Unsure if the property was short staffed…unable to get clean towels. Room was supposed to be cleaned nothing was cleaned, food left in the Fridge from previous users. Just unpleasant.

The overall appearance of the hotel was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, cleaning was service was great, however the rooms could use upgrades I’m regard to new carpets and walk-in showers. The service was pretty good as well no complaints there. One huge problem I had was being charged twice to totaling $300 in addition to the incidentals and paying for the room in full upon arrival. When I noticed the unauthorized charges (2) I went to the service desk to inquire. My bill was pulled and they immediately saw the discrepancy. I was informed that the system had a known glitch and that it does that sometimes and there nothing that could be done about it. The charges would fall off of my account as if they never existed. This was very concerning and poor service in my opinion because to not address a known glitch is diabolical when it pertains to the money of your guests who have already paid for their stay especially around the holidays. I wasn’t offered another option and the associates seemed to have no care or regard for the glitch. Because of this glitch I was unable to complete my Christmas shopping with family during this thanksgiving holiday which is a tradition in my family. This issue highly inconvenienced me and truly hope this “glitch” in the system gets fixed so that it doesn’t interfere with people’s money or whatever else they have going on while on vacation trying to enjoy a nice vacation.

The hotel is ideally located in downtown Atlanta so that’s a plus along with polite staff. The rooms do not have good sound insulation. We were on 21st floor and could hear cop sirens all throughout the night. The shower tub drain was not draining well.

The hotel itself was beautiful, and the room comfortable, but the shower never got more than a little luke warm (even after letting it run for 20+ minutes) and the toilet barely flushed. Also the towels were as hard as cardboard for some reason.

Had issues with my key card. Front desk said they handled the issue but when I tried leaving the property my key card still wasn’t working. The garage area is very dirty had an u safe feel when you’re entering or leaving. I was on level 21 and my hallway smelled of weed all night.

The room was so noisy all night. Someone revs their engine forever!! When people enter and exit their room, doors bang so loudly. $55 to park a car per day is just plain ridiculous. Food was ok. The bar at the Marriot was definitely better.

We were completely blindsided by the deposit. That information should definitely be on the website. I was shocked at the $75 per night when the hotel was already pretty expensive. The area around the hotel was ok just wish we got one a little closer to downtown. Also thought the no breakfast with our stay was kind of weird, not use to that. Overall the room was good and the staff was very nice but some things caught us by surprise.

We had a very nice stay. Every single employee was kind and helpful! The room looked a little dated, but it was comfortable and adequate for our needs. We did not expect to have such an incredible view!! Of course being downtown, the area was very busy, but we felt safe and comfortable.

Checkin was slow and difficult. There was no information about property. No explanation of where to go. Room wasn’t super clean. Wallpaper peaking off. Painted over rust almost everywhere. Broken. Curtains. Staff tried to enter room 5 hours before checkout!

My room and the entire hallway smelled like marijuana the entire time. It was so potent it gave me a headache that I kept my entire stay. My daughter had a huge tryout for a college the next day. She showed up the next am smelling like weed. I am requesting a full refund for this stay. Very unacceptable.

Very nice stay. Found the beds very comfortable. Breakfast items available in the marketplace were very convenient. Hotel staff was very accommodating and quickly assisted with everything we requested. Our concierge Jaime was great! The only thing I can caution is even though we were on almost the top floor the road noise was still very loud.

The property did not offer the channels ABC or ESPN due to it having DirecTV. I was unable to watch college football games in my room. The older model TVs did not allow app connectivity . If I would have been aware it would have been a deal breaker
