Breakfast was awesome. Overall wonderful

From the initial check in to the checkout everything was above and beyond except the coffee machine in the breakfast area ( please just go back to the reg and decaf selections). To watered down ( fancy choice) coffee if that's possible. So convenient to everything downtown, I parked the car and just walked everywhere I needed to go.

Carol at the front desk was very nice. No one else was overly interested in speaking to us. Even the morning we left, I walked past three employees who were talking about another employee that wasn't there and I dropped our room keys in the container directly in front of one of them and she didn't even look up let alone ask how we were or did we enjoy our stay or even thank you staying. Pros - The place was clean. The room was clean. Carol was great. Cons- Elevator is very old, slow and small. Mattress is horribly uncomfortable, we had to go and buy an egg crate mattress topper to make it tolerable. Breakfast meh. Also wasn't acknowledged or spoken to walking in or out of that area. They were busy talking very loudly about their family issues, while people were attempting to get food. All in all the property is fine. The area is a little lack luster but we felt safe enough. It would seem that nearly all employees with the exception of Carol at the front desk, could use some training on customer service and acceptable conversation topics in front of customers.

The staff went above and beyond and were very accommodating to requests, but the building's age shows a bit, such as the elevator.

I was only there for one night, but would definitely stay there again. Comfortable bed, quiet, safe, good breakfast options.

The building is showing some age. It’s well kept, but the bathrooms seemed a bit dated, and there is only one small elevator for all guests and staff. Reception staff was helpful and cheerful, though they couldn’t do much when the WiFi went out.

The hotel it self was a great location close to restaurants, little bit of shopping and few things to do. Most of ALL the Hotel Staff were amazing!!! We visited the hotel do to a wedding. We were there with at least 50 people and the Morning Service from Elisa was Everything she was very welcoming and made sure we were well fed. The check in staff were very nice and always made sure we had complimentary bottle of water for my family. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. It was VERY clean, and the cleaning service were also polite and good. Thank you so much!!

Property was beautiful and clean. Beds were soft and comfortable and pillows actually were really nice. Not your typical flat.Walking distance to anything that you needed. Check-in was a little slow, but overall excellent experience.

Very comfy stay in a clean and friendly urban property. Trains could be heard several times overnight. Breakfast was great one morning, mediocre the next, but the breakfast room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping bent over backwards to ensure we had more than enough towels and toiletries. A very pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Plus Wooster Hotel and Conference Center! The lobby, dining area and our room were all clean. The continental breakfast was delicious with many choices. All of the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly!

This is a friendly and comfortable hotel in downtown Wooster. It is convenient to College of Wooster. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
