Do not recommend.

Waffles were good. Oatmeal was good. Coffee was good. Not much selection for bagels. Muffins were not good and tasted old. Room AC worked well.

There was an open hole in the ceiling above the shower with what looked like a camera in it! (I put a washcloth over it to shower but made me feel very uncomfortable and I did report it to the front desk staff and showed it to him). The hallway smelled of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Hallway and Room was very old and outdated, the bed was not very comfortable. It felt old and frumpy, actually sunken on 1 side. Extremely thankful it was a very short stay! Will never stay again. I’m not very picky but it was extremely creepy and would definitely not recommend. Walls super thin, you can hear everyone inside and outside talking.

Not what I expected.

Parking was good.

When we arrived, the hotel gave my room to someone else. The room that they initillaly tried to move me to was not clean. They found another room upstairs, but the air conditioner did not work and they had to come fix it.

Exceptional

They have remodeled and it is really nice now. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. And the front desk was friendly. I will stay there now that it's been redone.

Check out should be 12 noon.

the place itself and the amenities were all very nice, the staff all seemed like they didn’t know how to answer question

I like that they had a decent sized pool and that the breakfast options were plenty, the rooms were pretty nice. they were also very accommodating with late check in and early check out (we had some unplanned, non hotel, things happen our way)

no elevator, but I know the place is small. when we came to check in, we were a little worried because the other guests who tried to check in before us were having issues with their reservations. it was crowded in the little waiting area and a little awkward because the tension was high. the breakfast portion, I understand there were a lot of guests, but the little breakfast room got crowded quickly too. when checking out, I check my bank withdrawals and I had a Wyndham Wooster charge with the pre authorization, which was fine, but there was another $191 charge also from Wyndham Wooster, which I wasn’t sure what it was for. I asked the older man at the desk what that other charge was, and he said he didn’t know and that it was probably booking.com, which wasn’t true because then it would say so. all for it to come down to all charges from my account we’re erased and then just the original price I knew I was paying, was taken out almost two days later. it was a confusing process.

Nothing about my room was working!

No remote for TV in my room. Tried to use the rooms phone it didn't work. Called front desk on my cell phone and asked for a remote. Lady with glasses at front desk said come get it!! I asked if they could please bring it up to me because my dinner had just got delivered and she snapped at me!! Said NO super rude and just hung up on me!!

Disappointing

The price was good. The staff explained the process of checking in.

The bathroom was very small, it was probably newly painted but not really cleaned up well. The toilet got clogged all night because after calling 2x we were told that we'd have to come down and get a plunger. We finally got a plunger in the morning after another phone call but had to plunge it ourselves. The pool was only open 9-9, and we didn't have time to use it because of that limited time. The pool is right across from the desk and there is no lifeguard, so the time constraint was annoying. The breakfast was so so. It would have been nice to have some fresh fruit. Also the breakfast was only until 9. Other places have it at least until 10. The wasn't even a comfortable place to sit in the room

I won't stay here again!

The pool was nice and clean

My room was awful! Walked in to see a wad of hair in the corner on the wall by the tub. Beer cap found by the night stand between beds. Every mirror was dirty and had a film where it was wiped who knows when, hand prints and something speckled all over 2 of the morrors. The carpets were not thoroughly swept as there was debris along edges of beds and corners/nooks by the stand between beds. Layer of dust on lamps as well as fingerprints on switches and door handle plates and I could go on and on!!!! Breakfast was out of eggs, sausage and waffle mix! Had to wait while they microwaved the eggs and sausage, and fill the dispenser with waffle batter. This was the worst I've stayed in ever!

The size of the room for the price was big. The pool and hot tub are open and not crowded. Its in a nice quiet location.

The room we had looked like it was under construction. There was painters tape on the ceiling in the bathroom and the bathroom was missing paint. The bed was always making a popping noise whenever someone moved on it.

Only one chair in the room. There was no where to sit but on the bed. Bed kept sliding sideways. There was 2 adults in the room.

It was close to everything we were doing.

There was only 1 chair to sit in and it was a roller for the desk. There is no place for our company to sit in the room, except on our beds. Usually, there is a seating chair with or without a stool.

Everything was great! Would definitely stay here again.

It was a terrific value for the money! Even the breakfast included more than expected! The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable!

Overall, we had a nice stay. The front desk people were very welcoming too.

The room was very clean. We really enjoyed the pool. It was at a comfy temperature and the hot tub was nice to relax in The had a variety of breakfast things to eat like cereal, toast, yogurt, bagels, muffins and a waffle maker.

The only thing I can think was in the pool room the temperature was pretty cold. There was smaller heaters around the wall so maybe you can turn those on.
