I like the facility, the quietness, and the location. My only complaint is how loud the wall heater and the central HVAC fan were. Everytime they came on it woke me up.

This was a beautiful big property and the nicest Best Western we have stayed at. There were lots of trees and views of the mountains, pool, two spas, pickelball courts, play equipment, fire pits and a warm fireplace in the lobby.

Great location, within walking distance to most attractions. Our room was clean and tidy. Nicely updated and it looked taked care of. Hot breakfast was tasty and helpful to get the mornings started. The room entry door had about a 3/4" gap at the bottom which could be fixed with a larger door sweep. The dresser drawers kept opening because the dresser wasn't level. Both items we were able to work around with no problems.

This hotel is in a great location with many amenities. It is close to hot springs and has pickleball, volleyball, fire pits, and a year round pool and hot tub on site. The breakfast was terrific with many options including waffles, cereals, breads, eggs, sausage, potatoes and even tortillas and green chili so you could make your own breakfast burritos. The bed was comfortable but the pillows could be improved. My only complaint is that housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:40am on our day of departure. Why in the world was that disruption necessary when we weren’t schedule to check out for several more hours? Overall, the room condition was good and staff was friendly so we are likely to return in the future.

Overall our stay was great. The location was convenient, the breakfast and amenities were excellent. However, we were there for 3 nights and didn’t receive housekeeping the entire time we were there (even without the privacy tag on our door); no towels, no trash removal or anything - we did not like that. Also, there were some cleanliness components that could have been better but not major concerns. We would stay there again.

We had the "honeymoon suite", or king suite. The bathtub was the selling point, and it did not disappoint. The fireplace was nice, but it was not seasonally necessary. Breakfast was good, love those waffles, they're were tons of options. The bed was even comfortable, albeit squeeky. My main gripe about the room was the carpet was bunching up in areas throughout the room making little stumbling lumps as i cruised around the room. Did not utilize the TV over the tub, but it was an interesting touch that i have yet to see in any other hotel room. It was close to town and the hot springs, firepits at night, and quiet grounds.

Clean and comfortable. Check-in was delayed but I suspect that had more to do with the staff tending to the neediness of clientele than anything. It’s clearly a facility created for the resort-minded class of traveler. Customer service was great but navigating around all the whiny customers was not.

Staff is awesome! Very nice property. Nice amenities. Only issues: toilet didn't flush (slow water flow), AC worked in longer intermittent periods. Beds not too comfortable but okay for one night. Pool, jacuzzi very nice!

Love the landscaping, pool and whirlpool. They even provide clean towels in the pool area. Hospitality was excellent. Big drawback for us was the bathroom -- extremely low toilet and tub was slick with safety bars too low. That's why we probably won't be back.

Overall the room we stayed in was a little older and the bathroom was very small and cramped for 4 adults and one kid. It was a small tub with very little room next to the toilet and wall to use the bathroom. We were in the basement suite where it was very musty and had 20-30 gnats in the sinks daily (we plugged the drains nightly) Overall it was ok for what we needed in a 2 day stay but probably won’t get that room again. Outdoor stuff was great for our 5yr old.
