Very good breakfast. Eggs, sausage, waffles yogurt, fresh orange juice, etc. Quiet, even though it’s right off I-70 as are all the hotels in Glenwood Springs. Underground parking was convenient because it was raining/snowing.

I expected a bit better hotel for the price we paid. One of the TV's had no internet connection, shower head was old and unadjustable, no dining area in the suite. Breakfast options were limited compared to other hotels. Our stay cost about $250/night but it sure did not feel like it.

Mattress was uncomfortable and the sheets would not stay in place. The under frame of bed was super squeaky and there was loud noises all night. Room was ok.

Observed individual sleeping in his truck in the parking lot for hours. Reported to front desk. Parking is extremely limited, even with the underground parking (which did not seem to be secured).

This Comfort Inn was very enjoyable and relaxing. I had a King room to myself and while I didn’t spend much time in the room, I loved that it had a balcony with a mountain view. I also loved the desk. The booking was very easy and I had no problems getting checked in.

We got there a bit early, and our room wasn’t ready yet. Fair enough. But it still wasn’t ready at check-in time. And when we did get to our room, one of the beds was completely unmade, pillowcases not on pillows, sheets not on bed, and comforter missing completely. And while they did eventually get the bed made up, we had no housekeeping at all the second day (of three). But I didn’t see any notices about limited housekeeping. The breakfast was bad, the eggs tasted of chemicals. And there was a fridge full of yogurt, but every single one was Trix strawberry-banana flavor. Silly rabbit, Trix are for kids, no grown-up should have to eat this sugar bomb. I’m sure they got a great deal on this flavor. But you get what you pay for. Or in this case, not even that.

pretty nice overall. Kind of pricey imo it's a pretty average hotel. The lighting in the room is pretty rough but we loved breakfast on the balcony ❤️

The bed we slept on came over on the Mayflower-it was poorly made and there was a large square in the middle of the bed that was sunken in. My husband and I fought all night to get out of this hole -extremely uncomfortable-this bed should have been thrown away decades ago.

The property is a bit dated. It's in a great location, and we felt safe the entire time. It's right across the street from the Colorado River.

I didn't feel welcome for hospitality industry. It wasn't hospitable. English was broken. I asked for an early check-in coming from Valleyview procedure was told that I could do it for $100. Doesn't seem very hospital to me was that the going thing around here or is that a side hustle? Un Willing to help in every way I asked. Price didn't justify the experience. Jasmine & Joshua

Everything is great about this place except no cleaning person showed up for 3 days straight to clean the room or take out trash and there wasn’t much option for breakfast.

When we arrived for check-in, we were told that Comfort Inn was over booked and they booked us across the street with Quality Inn. Even after confirming the booking, this was a shock for us. They never called us to tell they are over booked. We could have looked for something better. We don’t like Quality Inn and would never book there ourselves. But at last minute we did not have the option to do anything.

I loved this place! We stayed here and woke up super early to go to Hanging Lake in the morning. It was only a 14 min drive! We had coffee and breakfast prior, and the views from the balcony were amazing! The bathroom had all the basic amenities, and it was spacious enough!

There was a problem with our card reader on our door which we had to return to the desk 7 times over a 3 night stay! They never did get it working correctly, but they didn’t switch our room either. We just had to keep going back down for assistance from five different people, including the GM. That is unacceptable. When I told the manager this, he apologized again - great, but … he eventually offered to take $10 a night off the room. Better than nothing, right? But what he actually did was charge my card two more times for the three nights stay!!!! Now I have to get back to them and Visa to deal with that! Ridiculous! Plus, the whole time we were there, water was being pumped out of some basement source into the street - not eco-friendly. Very disenchanted.

We stayed here after spending the entire day at the hot springs. The hotel is less than 10 minutes away from Glenwood Hot Spring Pool. The building seems new or newly remodeled very modern. Our room was nice and clean with lots of space for all 6 of us. The breakfast was nice with a variety of options. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

We were given their worst room probably because it was booked through Expedia. The room was behind the elevator which made it way smaller than a regular room for the same price. Rooms are not cleaned or towels changed until after the third day.
