The fine print should include there is a cost to parking and it is $31/ day!!!!!!!!
We won’t stay there again.
It is convenient to the Plaza and all of the shops but so are many of them.

It was a beautiful hotel and in a great location. Also, the food was amazing!

Santa Fe is lovely. The heating the hotel must’ve been out because it was freezing. I had gotten sick due to the weather and had to cut our stay short, luckily was refunded. Expensive dining. Paid $50 for a cup of cereal and yogurt and my partner had a plate of eggs and bacon. What part of that amounts to $50??

Very run down Hilton. Dirty carpet, peeling wallpaper, ceiling peeling in the bathroom, poorly working AC, broken frig and no icemaker in hotel. They passed out ziplock bags of ice. Water from faucet was extremely cloudy and unsafe to drink. Stayed 4 nights and cleaning did a terrible / incomplete job each day despite us filing a complaint with the front desk. Front desk not helpful / rude. We were promised to get a refund on parking and 1 night stay for our troubles but did not get it when we checked out. Had to lodge a complaint with Hilton corporate to get any resolution as the hotel would not called me back.

Everything was fine except a very slow registration and a live mouse that necessitated a room change. Dining coupons were offered as compensation.

Clean and comfortable but dated. Toilet ran and shower not got hot; maintenance came and couldn’t fix it and they offered nothing to address the situation.

Good location but this hotel needs a renovation pretty badly. One room didn't have HVAC, one didn't have hot water, one was overtaken with ants. Of our group, no one had a decent room experience.

The room could have used some routine maintenance, but the tall probkemn was the Airb Conditioning. Noticed AC wasn't working, but no big deal, told the front desk and went out. Came back and AC body only wasn't fixed, but they had forgotten to send somebody up. Reported it again and went out to a movie. Got back, and it STILL wasn't working. They sent up somebody but adjusting the controls didn't help. Asked for another room, told they didn't have one. Finally just slept miserable.

We came for my birthday weekend. The Hilton was perfect! We were able to walk to all of the restaurants and shopping areas we wanted to go to! Wonderful place to stay!

The property is a beautiful historic building that is very up to date. Our king room was spacious, with a seating area, desk/table and great walk in shower. Excellent service from check in to departure. We had an excellent dinner and drinks in the Ortiz bar. The breakfast buffet wasn’t anything special. Enjoyed sitting by the pool. The location is a short walk to the plaza and lots of places to shop or dine.

Very good location, close to the plaza. Nice, helpful staff. Bartender was a dud, spent more time at the end of the bar laughing with his friends, and ignored customers at the other end of the bar. Off putting but not a major issue.
Check in was a breeze, and Adam was friendly and helpful

Beautiful Hotel in ideal location. We had a marvellous stay and the guys in Otiz really looked after us during dinner. The room was lovely, well appointed and spacious bathroom. The only downside is the noise. We could hear people in the hallway. The cleaners also tried to barge in before checkout time and I find this really annoying.

We stayed for the Burning of Zozobra. Great location to walk to the Plaxa and Zozobra . The room was a little outdated for the price and DONT buy from the pantry unless you like paying 3 dollars for a trail mix thats 1 dollar at the gas station

You were very kind to us after the shooting. We enjoyed the pool and Spa.

Everything was nice! My wife and I were in town to see Ghost Files Live. Everything was in a walking distance and check in was quick and easy. Parking was unexpected but was fine!

Very pretty hotel in a good location. We were a little disappointed by the view of nothing but the dumpster from our window. I feel as though we were given the worst room because we booked through an app. The pool area was not at all impressive and needs maintenance. The free coffee and snacks were a nice offering.

We had a great stay at this Hilton. The staff was friendly, rooms were well appointed with lots of storage, ample parking and a nice pool. Super convenient for visiting the plaza.

Excellent location and great service

Check in was horrible. Was stuck on Sandoval road waiting to pull into the hotel because the check in was so terrible slow. They only had one desk attendant for a very busy check in. So had a wait outside in the vehicle waiting to get off the street and then another wait inside waiting to be helped and checked in. I was then given wrong directions where the entrance to the elevator was.

There was only one issue. Told that the overhead bathroom light did not work (early in stay)….repeatedly [3 times]. It was never corrrected or at least addressed (if it couldn’t be fixed).
Otherwise, the establishment was superb.

It’s a great hotel in old Santa Fe. Nice pool and easy walking to see the town

Overall great, and very convenient for my trip to Santa Fe. The room was ready when we arrived, check in was quick, room was clean and quiet. The safe in our room was locked when we arrived and maintenance didn't have the proper tool to open it for us, but brought us a different safe right away. Some of the front desk personnel seemed very new and weren't super helpful when we had questions. Most of the personnel were very helpful and friendly.

Well located but tired/dated hotel. Bedding was not crisp and was stained. Room service knocked on our door 3 times at 8 pm and woke us.
Staff was very attentive and friendly especially in reception and the Ortiz restaurant where we had a nice buffet breakfast.

This is a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We only ate breakfast in the restaurant but is was very good as well. The only negative was the pillows, you head sunk all the way to the bed.

For the money I spent here, I would have expected soft-close doors on all the rooms. Instead, well into the night and starting early in the morning (including one memorable event at 3:00am) it was bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! I’ve had quieter stays at $90 just-off-highway motels.
On top of this, while I realize I’m not a huge HHonors member, being given the room immediately off the lobby, with its own attendant noise, was kind of insulting, really.
It’s a nice appearing property, and the location certainly contributes to the room rate, but if and when I’m back in Santa Fe, absolutely I’m staying at a different hotel.

Very nice. Great location.

The property is definitely beautiful and historic. The rooms are awesome and clean. The pool is beautiful and clean as well. Here is the issue. I travel a lot. And I always put a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door to indicate that I do not need service. I did the same here. I received THREE letters under my door requesting that I remove the “Do Not Disturb” sign to indicate if I need service (which I did not). The letter also stated that if the “Do Not Disturb” sign is NOT removed from my door, the hotel management reserved the right to enter my room every 24 hours. I have never experienced anything like this in any property. I understand that this is being done for guest safety but some people are just private and if you are a private person, this property may not be for you. Additionally, they do NOT store luggage, so if you have a conference and need to store your bags — good luck. Parking is $27 per night. If you are planning to eat in the area, you must make reservations on any day. Otherwise expect to wait for 1-2 hours.

I liked that the location was in walking distance to plaza. Felt towels and toilet paper could be better quality. That there is not a fan in the bathroom was a disappointment.

Nice area, walking distance to everything

Beautiful property right in the middle of the action

Located in walking distance of Santa Fe’s best restaurants and central to the surrounding attraction. Enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay here!

We booked a king bed room, got 2 double beds, its smelly in room hallways, and our room was smelly.
5.0
Staff was friendly and we were within walking distance to shops and variety of resturants. Will stay here again.

The property was ok, very little on amenities. Lobby area offered cold water and coffee and that’s about it. As Hilton Honors member I was stunned when I discovered a better room rate through Expedia than through my Hilton app. They are also seemingly very inflexible for my need of an early check out, since I had to cut my vacation short due to a personal health need.

Pretty hotel and great areas.

Beyond the outdated facility. Having to pay $20pp for a breakfast buffet at this pricepoint of hotel is unreasonable.
8.0
I did not like the walk to my room. It seemed like a city block to get to room from lobby. After walking for hours in city, I dreaded the long walk when we returned to hotel.
8.0
Good location and super helpful staff. Super convenient location and a nice pool. However, I did have a couple issues. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, so after 5 nights it was really a problem. The only other thing was we had trouble exiting the downstairs door several times. Sometimes it would open, and sometimes it wouldn’t……very frustrating because there is NOT a key reader on the inside of those doors. In the case of a fire it could REALLY be a problem.
So it was a pretty good stay, but next time I’ll try something different.

Room lighting not working. Curtains broken.Very understaffed front desk. Maid service not available after 2PM.
