Such a great place. Very convenient to everything. Lovely yard area with great views and even a barbecue. Would definitely come back.

We booked a two night stay online. I was disappointed, the pictures I saw online were very nice and made the room and décor look a lot nicer and newer than it was in person. The whole room could definitely do with an update, including the bathroom and sink area. The sink was located outside of the bathroom which was a plus since we had three adults staying in the one room. The beds were full/double sized, not queen, so also smaller than expected. However, the location was very convenient and there were lots of shops as well as multiple food options located nearby.

Extremely friendly staff both when we checked in and out, and the room was cute & very clean. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but they had a shower head to accomodate my six feet, so that was a plus.

We had a newer room which was very nice and clean. It had a kitchenette also. My only complaint was lack of mirrors! Getting ready for a wedding I only had the bathroom vanity mirror so it was impossible to check how I looked. Otherwise for the money it was good and the employee at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.

It was just a quick one night, but the rooms smelled like cigarettes. The man at the desk was great - very accommodating and helpful, property was fine for a one night stay, just wish it didn't smell.

Very helpful, real people! Many dinning options within two minutes.

Pictures are not worth a thousand words in this instance...

Although the motel is a bit old, it was charming, and the people there were very nice. I love the location and it was quiet and clean.

I will definitely go again.

Very convenient and reasonably priced for the area. Parking is also very convenient.

The room was clean but dated and had a slight musty smell. We liked that the room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Our bathtub didn't drain properly and we had to shower in a half full tub of water. We were in town visiting family and this inn was only a couple minutes down the road so it was very convenient. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Front desk was helpful…late chk out..

The staff were all kind, accommodating, and attentive!! They stated that they were currently renovating, which was evident from the updated decor, beds/ linens, dresser and fridge, but notably outdated carpet and bathroom. Our room was overall good. The bed was great! Pillows, sheets and linens were great. TV, fridge, dresser, desk and closet were also all great! I would recommend this hotel to others.

Great location, nice hot shower, friendly staff, basic room, not so clean, but “you get what you pay for!”

It was ok, just very dated.

What a beautiful and well maintained property! Rooms were immaculate and beds were comfortable and shower pressure and temperature was great! Love the natural edge table and the AC worked great too.

This is a very nice place, perfect for a weekend, clean -- my room had faux wood floors and not that old nasty motel carpet -- very basic but good location, food and shopping nearby or across the street. Get a room on the back side and you can smell the ocean air!

Clean, nothimg fancy. Facility is a bit dated, but it was convenient and not expensive.

Friendly staff. Convenient.
The Himalaya Café just next doors, and the adjacent Indian restaurant, are great for breakfast and dinner.

A great place to stay. Super nice staff. They accommodated us after our truck had mechanical problems while on vacation. Such nice people. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Dog friendly too! Nice grassy area for dogs with tables and picnic tables. Highly recommended

No frills, affordable, clean great place to stay! Bonus score is its directly across the street from the Tea Kettle which is the most AMAZING breakfast/lunch spot around!!
Do not miss out on walking right over to try them!!
Only disappointment is all their ice machines seem to be broken now otherwise a great place to rest your head.

The male gentleman at the front desk was super nice, very welcoming and very helpful! The hotel is outdated and has a mildew smell and spots on the ceiling. I also think having a later check out time i.e. noon would be better. The beds were comfortable and sheets and towels were very clean. I would definitely stay again with a friend for a ladies weekend. It's very close to numerous restaraunts and beaches and the fridge & freezer were large!

The place was dirty, so I would not recommend it to anyone.

I love it here. The staff are pleasant, the shower is hot, the ac is cold and the room is clean. Can’t ask for much more.

Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Didn’t feel safe

Needs renovation badly. Room was clean. It’s a basic 3 star motel. Yes, out of 5 stars. And yes, not same scale as hotel stars.

Tub had missing sheetrock around the faucet... yuck!!! They gave us just 2 towels

Beach a short walk away but “private”….

Excellent, humble place

There was nothing unique about the property. No continental breakfast, no public beaches close by or grills to cook on like their website said. We had never been to the area and there was nothing at the hotel to help us for example a map of the area, only 1 menu for a restaurant. Was told by the staff that we could walk across the road for breakfast or lunch....the road was extremely busy and too dangerous for elderly people to walk across. our bathroom door didnt open all the way, it hit the toilet. There was a 7ft carved wooden table with a bench that took up one whole side of the room. There was 1 very uncomfortable chair to sit on. Will not go back

The front desk person was quick but seemed to want to rush me out of there. I was given no information on where anything was besides my room.
I was on the second floor, with two dogs. I had to make about 5 trips up and down the stairs by myself, on a 90-degree day and the AC was not turned on in my room when I got there so you can imagine how miserable that was.
The first thing I noticed were stains on the bedspread. I know they always say that they're not washed often, if at all, but I had never seen actual stains in any hotel I stayed in. The sheets did not smell clean. The shower floor was peeled and cracking, and the tub spout was hanging off the wall. It looked like it would fall right off if I touched it. The shower head was pointed towards the shower wall and couldn't be moved, so I had to put my face almost against the wall to rinse shampoo out of my hair.
I had responded to the original check-in survey after night one, and someone from the hotel reached out to me a few hours later via phone. They had apologized for my experience and offered to switch my room, but with how hot it was and how much stuff I had, including the dogs, I declined. They also offered to help me move my things, but I again declined. I just think their best rooms should be offered upfront, not when someone complains.
I was very put off by the whole experience and ended up leaving the hotel that night. I drove over an hour to and from for work for the rest of the week.

Rooms clean and quiet

Very nice hotel and service

While the staff were courteous and helpful, the hotel is so run-down that it seems dirty. Half of the light belts in the room were missing. The sound proofing between top and bottom rooms is also poor.
If I hadn’t paid $200 for one night in the room I could have accepted the mediocre conditions more easily.

Loved the location!

Friendly, clean, well maintained, comfortable bed.
Good breakfast across the street at the Kettle restaurant.

I love this place. I have stayed here on multiple occasions. The rooms are clean, shower is hot, the people working here are pleasant. Would recommend.
