Everything
The room was hot when we arrived, the AC wasn't on. No yogurt for breakfast

Did not try what ever they offered. Several breakfast cafes in the area that were excellent.
The manager was very polite and helpful.
Looks like they were redoing the rooms....bathroom was partially finished. New woodwork but not painted, no towel racks, towels were poor quality. old bed quilt and pillows

Spacious room, very very clean with many amenities - I especially got use of the ironing board/iron. Value for money was excellent.
Website indicated breakfast was included. A sign was up at the lobby stating breakfast was not available. There was another note that said coffee in room. There was no coffee anywhere. There was a great amount of noise directly upstairs (we were in room #15) very late at night. The noises were odd and somewhat frightening to be honest.

Large room, comfortable bed, got the job done. Front desk staff was helpful.
The heat had been off for a long time, so the room was REALLY cold when we got there - probably 50 degrees. Would have been nice if they had turned it on prior to our arrival.

The customer service was good.
it definitely needs a huge renovation. it didn’t feel clean and the rug and the bed over used. it didn’t smell clean.

It was convient, close to town which was nice if a late night trip to the store is needed. The staff were polite and pleasant.
On the TV was a white spackle type texture, there was a red stain on our ceiling, the shower curtain had black dots on the bottom of it. The internet wasn't the best either it kept going in and out, the rooms weren't sound proof so you heard everything that was going on in everyone's room next door or above you. I wouldn't recommended this place if your looking for something with privacy, stable wifi connection, or comfortablity. This place is ok for a 1-2 night stay but not a week long trip.

The office clerk was very polite and helpful.
The location was good.
It was clean.
The room had a odor. like old, maybe the rug or curtains.
I believe it was mostly in the bathroom area.
The room could use airing out from time to time.

The noise from Route 95 was a bit unsettling while trying to get to sleep.

Price. Comfortable bed and good towels.
One way traffic made getting back to motel longer then getting to Saybrook. Still convenient. Repainting the walls would improve the ambiance. Comfortable for a short stay.

Nothing, we checked out early do to the poor condition of the room.
The room was filthy. The bathroom smelled of urine. The chairs were so dirty we covered them with bath towels before we could sit on them. We could not take our shoes off because of the dirty carpet. We slept with our clothes on. We were not able to find another room and checked out two days early. We were up-charged by $100.00!

The staff was friendly and helpful.
The facility was a strip motel from the 1960s or so with few obvious upgades since then. It had no food or drink options and was about a mile and a half from the train station and nearest restaurant/bar.
