A clean, tidy hostel. Super cheap room. My only complaint was that my roommates (in a shared room) all snored very loudly and came and went at all times of the night. I think some were Uber eats riders, so kept very unsociable hours. However, that’s not the fault of the hostel!

We waited at the receptionist's office because he was busy at the first entrance. We could not buy products from the machine because the coffee machine and water vending machine were not working. We were able to buy manual coffee by informing the officer. In addition, the room heating was not working.
The breakfast at the A&O hotel in Venice is better. The internet connection keeps dropping so I connected to the computer using my phone's internet.
Good day.

Great place to stay one night. But remember your own bed clothesline because the bed is not made ready. And there us not electric outlet near the bed or a table in the room you can't change your phone or computer without standing up near the door.
Outside there is many people just outside the the hotel. Its not a comfortable place to be at night. Like there is no check around who is going inside.
It was nice to have parking place jusr outside, but was told to move our car 07.00
And the elevator is so slow that you can take the steps faster. Yes its true.
.but after all. It was at good place for the price. I would like to visit this hotel again.
And nice good happy receptionist to help ceck in. 10/10 for than man.

The hotel is good at the price. It’s clean enough. The hotel is not allow smoking but when you open the window, the smokes around you 😂😂. But at the price, it is very good. Breakfast at price 10€ but it’s poor and crowded.

Although staff were very helpful, the wi-fi did not work inside the room and only worked in a very specific part of the lobby. Laundry room and shared kitchen were also not available despite being in the advertisement. The room itself was not bad - you get what you pay for.

Booked a twin room and was given a dorm room due to lack of availability. The room was unclean when we arrived, dirty floors and walls. During the 5 days the room did not get cleaned. Had to request clean towels as they were not replaced. Bitten by bugs in the room.

They were building, but no noise complaints from us. Forward to a finished hotel

Construction ongoing at the main entry.

It was an easy spot to walk to and from the hostel. It gave all the bare essentials needed for my trip in Rotterdam and close enough to multiple forms of transport.

Satisified. The room was clean. The mattress was adequate.

Just enough the price you've paid for. Walkable to Central train station. Please note, the entire reception area or lobby is under renovation so their website's photo isn't the current one.

Lots of uncomfortable people, bad ventilation and small amounts of light inside the rooms.

Convenient location, 15 min walk from the central train station. Friendly staff, clean safe rooms.
No lift, so if you can't climb stairs let management know.

Your fraud, which changed the terms of my reservation from payment on the spot and the possibility of canceling the reservation with a fine, and I could not travel to the Netherlands due to not receiving a visa, I lost $350.

Gave someone else a key to our private room so other guests tried to come in our room - made me feel unsafe. Otherwise, was standard hostel room with very good location to city centre.

Not a safe area. Be careful out front after dark - you will be approached and robbed outside if not careful. No security at hostel. Standard A&O hostel, perfectly fine inside.

We stayed in Rotterdam for a day with my family. The room included one 2 sized bed and 1 bunk bed. When we entered the room, clean sheets were put and ready for the 2 sized bed but it was not ready for the bunk bed. Clean sheets for the bed, pillow and duvet was simply put on top of the bed like a pile. We asked the hotel staff whether if it’s normal or not, and they replied it’s normal. We had to make our own beds for the bunks. It’s the first time in my life I prepared the bed with clean sheets myself in a hotel :D
The walls and the curtain of the room we stayed had dead & squashed mosquito remains. I understand Rotterdam has mosquitos but at least the walls and curtains can be cleaned after guests kill them in the room. Water pressure in the toilet was weak, so you have to make and extra effort to clean it when you’re done.
Only positive thing abt our stay was location was great and reception staff was kind.

When it was Hotel Rotterdam it was a decent hotel, noit’s more like hostel with no frills. Heating didn’t work,

Bathroom not clean, hairs in bath and around toilet. No glass in bathroom, for facilities in room, no tea or coffee or kettle.
Don't use if you want to relax between trips into town.
Resident drug dealer on hotel steps at night, could be handy for some.

I had a noisy room, which was very elementary; I had to ask for a glass. Staff seemed uninterested.

City suite room as lovely and big, really comfy bed, excellent location. Room is noisy due to the trams, to the point of not being able to sleep at all, would be good to have fans in the room to drown out the noise as the air con is too weak
