My room was clean, had clean towels, and clean sheets. The gal at the front desk was very kind and helpful answering questions I had about the area. Only problem I had was there is only one washer/dryer and someone decided to leave their clothes in dryer all night😡

This was the cheapest option to stay a night in St. Cloud, besides slumming it in my own car at a Walmart parking lot (which I had actually considered). Nonetheless, I'm glad I elected to stay here. The staff is very friendly, and they are willing to accommodate anything within their power. It was quiet, comfortable, and there were lots of TV channel options. I would stay here again, easily.

I got put in a dirty room with no blankets then thankfully got a new room. Gave me the wrong keys for the right room and then the next day my keys didnt work. A lot of run around.. so if you pre-pay for your room make sure you have $100 cash to put a deposit down for incindenals

The hotel was in poor condition, there was no continental breakfast and there was trash left in our room from the previous guest. Pool was closed but was not notates on the website that I found.

They had four breakfast options the ice machine was broken the pop machine was broken they didn't have extra pillows or anything the beds were very uncomfortable I felt a screen in my back the whole time I was there housekeeping never came in our room we had to walk down to the laundry room and get towels from the front desk because housekeeping said that they never had any

Never stay here!! It is very unsafe. Strange people lerking around at the abandobed gas station next to it. Very very dirty and smelled terrible. There were bugs in the bed and bathroom. The carpet was wet for some reason. There were pepple partying outside in the parking lot playing loud music and drinking. It is not a place to take children!!!!

Truly awful. Dirty, no shower curtain, doors to the outside didn’t lock, noisy. The front desk guy had awful body odor. I was there for an hour and left. Didn’t bother asking for a refund from him as per other reviews they said they get “mean”. Truly a waste of money.

The area around the hotel is abandoned. The hotel is in need of major renovation. Our room had a barely working toilet and a non working tv. Continental breakfast was coffee and help yourself to one muffin. Listed $10 nightly charge for our dog but charged $15. Not a great stay.

I made a review and sent it to the company and have not heard anything back. There was a used needle in the drawer of our table in our room. The floors haven’t been vacuuming. The bedding was like a dorm comforter that was just thrown on. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The entire place smelled like smoke. We didn’t even stay longer than 10 minutes. There were stains on the bedding mainly the pillowcases. I have pictures of everything and will be doing a public review.

The sink didn’t turn on. It looked like just a prop. There was a bunch of toilet paper shoved in the wall where the pipe came in. Big cigarette burn on the toilet seat. Charging outlets didn’t work. Pretty sure the bedspread hasn’t been washed in awhile.

Horrible experience. We could not stay due to the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallsways and chemical smell inside of the rooms to mask the smoke. Staff have refused to give us a refund - we have spoken to hotels.com, two front desk staff, and the general manager, all of whom have refused a refund.

It smelled of smoke and marijuana consistently. The air conditioner had leaking underneath so my socks were drenched and mildew was present. The worst was that we had a pullout sleeper sofa in which we asked for sheets and a blanket for my son, and they seemed puzzled and needed to “check on that” but never not back to us, so my son had to cover up and sleep on towels that we brought from home.

The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke—so much so that all the clothes in my bag when I got home smelled like smoke. The area around the hotel was all under construction, The road was torn up, and you had to go through a Road Closed sign to get there. The in-door pool was under construction. The floors hadn't been vacuumed well; there were bits of chips and peanuts on the floor. The front desk staff was pleasant. But overall, the room felt dank and musty and smokey.

This property was not as pictures. Starting with the front entry, we were immediately hit with the smell of pet urine and smoke, and the furniture was torn. In our room, the pillows and blanket had several noticeable stains, and when we went to ask for others, we were denied. We did not stay the night

The desk was as helpful, and apologetic, as he could be but we felt unsafe and had to switch rooms due to dirty linens, no soap, no towels. We also had very poor a/c. We were even worried about whether our vehicle was secure. We were told there were cameras everywhere, though we saw none

Disgusting. Room was not clean. Found a needle in the room. We left after 5 minutes. Whole property smelled like cigarettes. I have pics and video.

We were given a room key for a room that was already occupied. Walked in on another guest. It made me feel very unsafe. It was after 2:00am or I would have probably gone somewhere else.

I had a very nice stay there. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom looked new. The only negative was the bottom of the tub was slippery for my shower and I had to put a towel in the tub to stand on so I would not slip. I would come back again. The staff were courteous and helpful.
