It’s hard to see how a town such as St. Cloud could command such high prices for a hotel.

Our rooms were clean but no hot water,hard bed,lack of breakfast options& hall haze not good.

The maid was amazing. She very nice and polite.

Unfortunately the beds were really hard. We couldn’t get rooms right next to each other. I have a big enough family that we need two rooms and she had four right in a row open and we got the two open ones as far apart as possible. I have kids and the hall just stunk of pot. I’m not a prude by any means but when you come out of your room and there is a haze in the hall….. anyway the water never got above lukewarm and the breakfast room had toast cereal and waffles. No fruit eggs any thing else very slim choices.

Superb

The woman who was working the front desk when we checked in, I did not get her name but it started with an o, was fabulous! Fabulous! She was so nice and so friendly and very helpful to me and everyone else that was checking in at the same time

It was fine, I'm sure if my son plays travel bb next year, we will probably stay here again.

Room was decent, close to mall and other holiday inn to meet with other people on my sons team.

hairs on toilet, bed a little hard, but ok. Breakfast was only toast by 7:15am, there was cereal but that was it. I did get coffee, but went to refill and all were out. The front desk lady was very sweet, happy, kind, and helpful. Maintenance guy was friendly and courteous and showed me where I could get more coffee.

Location is close to many restauraunts.

Facility is rough around the edges. Could not get out of 1 side exit door due to not being shoveled. Walk way to entrance not shoveled, over come with ice. Out side of entrance very thick coverage of ice. All laziness and not salting and sandin as needed. Lawsuit ready to happen.

would not stay again, not worth the price

I was having surgery the next morning in the location was decent to the surgery center

The room was dirty in the microwave is not clean ink stains on the bed. There was hairs in the shower the paint above the shower, and above the sink and the shower was also peeling. There were cigarette burns, and other chunks of carpet missing.

okay for 1 night stay

the staff were accommodating. the bed was comfortable. their breakfast didn’t have a variety but the waffle make and coffee is good enough.

Thank god for Perkins next door, where the wifi worked.

Location and price good.

The facilities are a wreck. I felt sorry for the staff who had to work in such a dump.

Overall not a good or enjoyable stay

not much. we waited in the lobby for almost a full minute before anyone came to help us. the room they gave us was not yet cleaned and we had to go back and wait again to let the staff know and we’re given a different room.

The room smelled very heavily of cleaner and was hard to stomach. It didn’t look like the room had been vacuumed and the blanket on the bed had a large burn/rip. We had our 1 year old with and didn’t feel comfortable with her being on the floor. There was also an exposed outlet that we felt was a safety hazard. we ultimately decided not to stay and checked out the same night. We also needed to put our child’s milk in the fridge and didn’t feel comfortable using it because of cleanliness.
