We stayed for a family wedding in late September. We were NOT advised before arrival that nearly all of the common areas were under construction. No one was ever at the front desk, the hallways looked like decor from a haunted house and you could not use the main entrance for the entirety of our stay. When we tried to tell the front desk staff of our concerns, she laughed and asked if we'd looked at the website, which allegedly detailed the work being done. It does not identify ANY construction to the property. We also attempted to contact the hotel through the Hotels.com messaging app for information prior to arrival, but they never answer. The room itself was OK. The A/C was loud, and the room was not cleaned or made up during our 2 night stay. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, so everything was always damp for hours after a shower. For about $30 a night more you can stay at thr Hampton Inn and get breakfast included. Go there.

The room was not the cleanest. Sheets had a couple stains, shower was slightly dirty and the floor wasn’t not fully vacuumed. Lifted the cushion of the chair only to find candy wrappers and goldfish.

nice option of indoor/outdoor pool. rooms are dated but comfortable. Surprised room wasn't ready upon arrival aft 4p after some scrambling at the front desk, mgt & cleaners room was ready less than 10 min. Like the restaurant on site too.

4th floor was musky smelling, coffee in the lobby had grounds in it, I was double charged, you can't get any signal from your cell phone in your room, the outlets by the bed did not work on either side. Never going to a four points again or a Marriot Bonvoy, you'd have to torture my first born to get me to stay there.

Very nice facility, but poorly kept. Management or staffing issues?? Dirty, smelly, no towels in the pool area. Just a lot of little things that added up to an unpleasant experience.

So room was clean staff at front desk first night fine. Discovered no shower gel in shower. Notified front desk next morning. Said will get it handled. Never happened. Notified front desk that evening by ph said she had some. It would be better if I came to get as she was busy. Went down hour od so later. She acted annoyed that I was disrupting her bs session with her friend. She could not find anything and handed me a bar of soap. Cleaning service also came that day and did not fill shower gel or empty trash. Basically sat new towels on sink and left. Next morning notified staff. She was great and it finally was done room cleaned as well. Used to be the place to stay not so much anymore. Restaurant is so so staff great about it. Will not stay again very dissatisfied.

I did not like the property at all my bathroom, floor, windows, fridge, counter etc was dirty. There were cob webs everywhere and food under the bed. The light fixture was broken and I barely got service even with WiFi. My key card wouldn’t work for door 3 etc. I would not recommend or come back

The hotel was nice, the front desk worker named Ashley was 10/10 she was so friendly and pleasant. The negative: I booked a 2 bed queen room and was given a 1 bed king. The hotel was sold out so I was unable to be moved to a different room, and no refund was possible either. So 1 bed for 3 adults and a baby. 3 people slept great while one had to sleep in a chair. It would have been nice to have been notified in advance that the room I booked was not available.

Check in was easy, staff was polite, room looked very clean and remodeled. Room had fridge and microwave. Nice pools and hot tubs. Restaurants and stores within one or two blocks to walk to.Trolley pick up to go to the Island and around pigeon forge right in front of the hotel. Hotel looks more like a motel (but very nice and family friendly) with four stories, individual rooms with outdoor entrance, and has an elevator, as well as a ramp, in addition to stairs to get to your floor.

It was a bit noisy. I was there for 2 nights and had no housekeeping and had to ask for fresh towels. I was charged $50.00 for incidentals that I didn't use and was told I had to wait 48 hrs. for it to be returned.

My family was there for a wedding. Everything was about average. The room was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The only negatives were that the entry door kept getting stuck when trying to enter the room. We had to ram it with our bodies to get it open. Since we were only there for a short time, we didn’t want the hassle of trying to find another room since there were other events taking place. The bathrooms were a tight space. There was barely enough room to move around.

Very frustrated with this hotel, I booked in December and when I arrived April 5, I was told that they overbooked and that there was nothing they could do. They then went on to say that they secured a room at different location 20 miles away. When I asked how much the hotel was per night they told me they didn’t actually move the reservation they just suggested that I stay there. My problem is this, they knew they overbooked before 5:00 pm the day of the stay, a simple call would have allowed me to start working on a room sooner than 1 hour before the event I was in town for. If I had to go to Saginaw again and there were no other hotels other than this one available anywhere else, I d stay in my car. Things happen, but the way this was handled is inexcusable. Also, the potholes in the parking lot and the lobby wasn’t much to be proud of either.
