The entire hotel needs an update. The sheets were dirty and the towels had stains on them. The carpet was peeling up in the hallway. No elevator????

This was a good, no frills hotel to stay for the cost. It is nothing special, the breakfast was quite minimal but the property was clean. Don't expect anything special and you should be fine. Good location for access to highways and late night food options.

For some reason, the humidity in the room was extremely high. It was not humid outside. While the room was clean, there was an odd smell.

The hotel was filthy and smelled like cat pee! There is mold on the walls and carpet in the hallways. The window in my room was unlocked (first floor), and the screen looked as though someone had broken in.
The room said no smoking, but smelled like someone had been living in there smoking every day!

I was surprised and dismayed that i had to carry a heavy suitcase up to flights of stairs.

The night clerk on wednesday the 8th was very rude. The woman during the day was excellent!

The bed was comfortable, however the tub/shower had no flat surfaces so you had to juggle bottles and soap and such. There were two small towels for three of us, decaf only in a crummy little coffee maker, breakfast was a joke. Dry muffins and “juice” and tiny yogurts. Don’t advertise this as breakfast. It’s not.
Front desk staff was great, working with what they’d been given, but this place needs a full overhaul by the owner.

The woman who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and easy. The evening was very quiet. The facility could use updates, the room wasn’t super clean.

The bedding was damp. Also there was a smell that wasn’t pleasant in the halls and room. Everything was clean though. Also the breakfast was as basic as it gets.

The room was spacious, what you’d expect. The bathroom plumbing, particularly the shower, was barely functional, having been damaged. I was able to shower, but just barely.

The room was not as depicted in on line photo. We requested an ADA room as my husband has Parkinson s disease. The room was small and cramped There was no room key as the door lock was broken

The lock on the door was broken. They said they would fix it but never did. Also the carpet is pulling off the wall. They came into the room and switched towels and changed garbage cans, but did not make the bed. Breakfast was a joke. Apples were in bad shape. There wasn’t even water or ice. All plates and coffee cups were styrofoam which should not have hot beverages or be put into microwave.

I have stayed before and my recent stay was much the same as past visits. I had room 113 and overall it was fine, the room was clean, I like the furnishings which look nice, and the AC worked great as the room was quite cold when set at 60! The desk had some scuff marks but overall everything was in good condition and the fridge was a decent size and worked well. No microwave but there is one by the lobby.
The issue I had was the shower, while the water pressure was fine, the tub did not drain, and the switch/lever to drain the tub was broken, so after my first shower, with tub nearly full, I had to stand and hold down the lever for several minutes for the tub to drain, each time shower was used, so that was annoying. I do like the dove soaps tho and plenty of hot water. Also, the toilet opening is rather small, especially for a hotel toilet, so that was uncomfortable to use for BM's.
Check in was unpleasant, it was around 7:30pm and took several minutes for staff to appear from the backroom, and the woman basically said what do you want, instead of a friendly greeting of Welcome to the Baymont Inn, how can I help you? There check in procedure is rather lengthy, she had to print out a paper, and took over 10 minutes from walking and to exiting lobby. After, she chased me to car to sign a paper so I had to go back in again!
Breakfast was very lackluster, Special K was generic corn flakes, small bagels, yogurt, terrible coffee (iced was broken), and not much else...

The room smelled like smoke when you first entered but you got used to it pretty quick.

Other guests were loud and disrespectful .
There was a large police presence for some type of crime. (10 officers) my room was not clean and bathroom sink and tub drained slowly. There was a group of men smoking marijuana in the parking lot. I felt unsafe in the hotel

My room was facing the parking lot which wasn’t a great view and a light was shining brightly directly into my window. Also, some yahoos were yelling and partying close to my window late at night so it was a bit annoying. Thankfully, they didn’t stay too long. The stay was good overall, for the type of hotel but I just wish they had a better variety of fruit for breakfast. Only apples. I don’t know anyone who eats apples for breakfast and I didn’t see anyone take any in all three days I was there. Should have bananas at least.

The room has a musky sent, it did not smell good at all, I stayed 2 nights and three days and my bed sheets were never changed , I had to ask for clean towels after the room was cleaned! I will never recommend any to stay there. Over all I give it a -star . The worst experience and for the amount of money on top of a $200.00 security deposite that was required.

There was blood on my sheets, holes in the ceiling and dirt on the walls. Stayed there for 9.5 hours total after I stripped the bed down to nothing

Rooms very adequate. Price reasonable under today's conditions. Staff very pleasant. Room service NONE. Waited three days for fresh towels. One full day for a roll of toilet paper that was available at the front desk but not brought to room. No trash pickup. Might stay for a night, maybe two. But never for more than that, like the week we were there with no service.
