Older but nicely updated property. Great location to the beach, shopping, and dining. Only drawback for us is the outside access to the rooms. Otherwise a great option to stay.

Room was dirty. Had hairs on the floor in bathroom, dead bugs in light fixture in bathroom. Room door had a 3-4” gap at the bottom. Sand in and on the beds because they never changed the sheets. Had cockroaches on ceiling and floors. Wire hanging out of portable a/c unit. Toilet didn’t flush right. Would not recommend.

have stayed there twice overnite before cruising. Can park car there while cruising and take shuttle or Uber for about same price. Literally right in front of Cocoa Beach pier. Even saw a launch from the beach last time.

Solid affordable hotel in an otherwise expensive area with great beach access. Parking is convenient ($5/day), but the immediate area has a Publix and quite a few restaurants in easy walking distance. There was a basic, but pretty good breakfast included with my room. The room itself was comfortable and reasonably clean. Wifi was functional but not great. Basically, it's what you can expect for the price point.

Incredibly overpriced for what it is. The motel itself and the room were very shabby. The floor in our room was so dirty we had to wipe my granddaughters feet when she walked from the shower to the bed before we could grab her to put shoes on. Shower water pressure was a trickle. It was noisy with car/road and just parking lot/breezeway traffic in general. The front desk staff were friendly. I will 100% not stay here again. We were all upset that we spent this much money on a place like this.

We chose this Days Inn because we were cruising the next day. It took us less than 10 minutes to get the the port (there was zero traffic this day surprisingly- in the past we have been stuck in traffic to get to there.) Definitely a great location for those who need a quick place to stay before cruising. It was very close to the port & priced great for our one night stay. The room was updated and clean. We did experience tiny ants near the bathroom sink, but I travel with lysol so we had no problem getting rid of them. This is a motel not a hotel, in case that matters to anyone. There was not an elevator to get to the second floor which might be a problem for some. It was quiet and parking wasn't an issue. There is a hair dryer, iron, and refrigerator in the room as well and all worked fine. Just make sure to turn the refrigerator on! It is very close to the beach & pier and many nearby places to eat. We ate at the nearby Ale House & Cocoa Beach Fish Camp and both places we wouldn't recommend. The breakfast was basic but free- so no complaints. They had cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, toast, juice, and coffee.

Not a good experience as the room was dirty ... food under the night stand and toilet was dirty. The lamp do not work as did the outlets on that lamp. The bathroom sink drained slow. And when we checked out, the agent at the front desk said the system was down until around 11 am. And here it is a week later and I still have a hold on my account and no final bill.

Did not advertise that there was a parking fee nor a $100 security deposit. Did see a bug crawl behind the faucet fixture in the bathtub. Only stayed one night as planned, probably will not stay here again.

This Days Inn is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. This was our 2nd trip to Cocoa Beach; we stay at this hotel both times. The staff is wonderful, they accommodate requests for special needs (husband is lung cancer survivor & can't climb stairs), the breakfast is okay but the coffee is great & available 24/7, the rooms are clean and fresh. We had NO problems or issues during our stay! The beach is close enough for my husband to walk to with just a couple of rest stops to get his breath. This doesn't sound like much but for lung cancer survivor it is wonderful! The pier is also an easy walk. Shopping is next door and an excellent restaurant is round the corner. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a nice time but, the bed had a metal base which was noisy, and the mattress was uncomfortable. Also, I wish they had an earlier check in time, like 3:30 instead of 4 O'clock.

The noise level was insane. Between cutting down trees in the early morning. Mowing, weed whacking, garbage trucks, some sonic boom in the night. If you are looking to sleep you might look elsewhere. Location right by the pier. Just walk across the street. Room was comfortable.

Staff especially the front desk was excellent. The check in was very easy and quick. During the storm had water coming into the room from under the door. Asked for more towels to clean up and they never brought any. Door into room was stuck and had to hip check it get it to open and close. Turned light on in bathroom and saw cockroaches scatter. Beds were comfortable though. And close to beach.

This location is about a 10 minute walk to the beach, there are many dining places nearby that offer great food, the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and the area was quiet allowing for a great night rest. Would definitely book again if making a trip out to that area.
