First time staying at this hotel and we will be back. Clean, great staff, kids loved the pool, great bar/restaurant with live music Fri and Sat night, Starbucks located on the property.

We have stayed here quite a few times over the past few years. The pool is great for kids and I like the lobby bar for relaxing in the evening without having to leave the property. Everything is always very clean and the bathrooms are very nicely upgraded with rain shower heads. The suites have loads of room and the TVS are smart TVS so you can log into your own streaming services. Comfortable beds and lots of pillows provided. The staff isn’t super friendly. Questions are usually met with bored stares and I when I asked to for linens for the pull out sofa on our last visit I got a big sigh and waited for a while before they were delivered. Overall love this hotel and would book again.

Staff was incredibly helpful, both messaging ahead of time to get us an accessible room, and also in person for check-in/out and allowing us an hour late checkout. Kids loved the pool/waterslide. Would visit again.

Arrived and there was a siccer tournament going on, they had overbooked but upgraded our room which was wonderful! The pool was awesome, the kids lov3d the slide and there was a childrens pool for the little ones. Loved the coffee shop in the lobby. We had a wonderful time, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and well kept.

It was mostly good. The staff was awesome! Super friendly, smiling and going out of their way to make you comfortable and even when there was an issue on their end with technology and the keys not working, they got you what you needed in spite of all that. The negative things were the technology aspect and they play music throughout the hallways 24/7, which they have quiet hours posted everywhere, and I would have thought the music would shut off during those times and it did not. It was very difficult to sleep in the living room on the pull out bed with the music coming through the door I used earplugs and a towel at the base of the door. The other part was the perfume type of smell in the place. Like walking into a store in the mall.You cough a little bit because it's so strong. The smell was everywhere and just when you think you've gotten used to it, you go to a different area of the hotel and its a different perfume smell. I get they are trying to create this fancy ambiance and all with the Starbucks and the spiffy restaurant, a bit too much for my taste when we were there for a birthday party. That being said, its a great place to have a couples getaway, or adult trip of sorts. I did miss a continental breakfast. The restaurant was making food and putting it out but with the few people, they couldn't keep up so people were standing around waiting for food and it was basic food too, omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cubed potatoes. So, 3 stars.

The hotel was great! Room was well equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was awesome!! Pool/waterslide should be monitored!! There are always kids stopping or standing and it gets a little unsafe.

Brief stay for one night. Front desk was friendly and excellent both at night and in the morning. The food and drinks at the restaurant were awesome too. Nice place for an overnight visit. I'd come back. They didn't have a shuttle driver, so the sweet front desk gal took me to the airport. Above and beyond great service!
