The air conditioning in my room was not working properly. I inquired about it several times and was told that it was not working in the entire hotel, however, the hotel itself was cool, but my room was hot. My room was clean upon arrival, but was never cleaned satisfactorily during my 5 day stay. There was trash left in the cans, the kitchen area was not wiped down, and I ran out of toilet paper. I will not return.

Lobby is nice, but the rooms are VERY OUTDATED. And the bathroom in our room was very musty and sour smelling. Also, the room had a sliding glass door that was left completely unlocked.

There was no duvet cover on the comforter, the bed did not have a fitted sheet. It had a small flat sheet and then another small flat sheet and then the comforter, and then another small flat sheet on top. They finally brought sheets, but the fitted sheet was stained.
The refrigerator was broken.
There was water damage to The walls and ceilings and the room smelled of mildew or mold.
The air-conditioning was broken, but at least they brought us a box fan. That's why I'm giving the service more than one star

We had to switch rooms due to the condition of our room. The second room wasn't any better. Very very disappointed with the condition and cleanliness of the rooms...perhaps we were put in an older, un-updated room...but there was so many things, no air-con, refrigerator would not close, holes and large stains on carpet, someones nasty hair grease left on the headboard...i could go on, but i won't.
I asked if they had any clening wipes so i could clean the headboards and dirty doorknobs and handles and they said i needed to go down to thw lobby if i wanted them!
The lobby was immaculate, the bar seemed fine, the breakfast was great! The staff was mostly friendly and helpful.
But the rooms and patio were dirty/filthy! App won't let me add photos, but trust me, they're bad.

as soon as u walk into the room you are greeted with a humidity and the room felt damp.. not only that but there was no way to turn the AC up in the night because it was set to a specific temperature. there was mold growing in the bathroom and on the curtains to go outside to the balcony. my son would wake up drenched in sweat and so would we because of how humid it was in the room.. DEFINITELY DO NOT STAY HERE !! You would think it would be a nice stay because it’s embassy suites but nope!!

I honestly dont know where to start.
We check in around 2ish and walk to our room and its dirty, towels on the floor bed unmade and trash everywhere. Go to lobby and they give us another room, keys dont work , there we go again to the lobby , finally everything is good and we check in and put our stuff away and leave , come back around 11 pm and the room temp is 78 degress, long story short, we had mangamnet send over a fan and we had to sleep w the window open cause it was WAY TO HOT too sleep in there. total mess

Phone didnt work in room. They came up to check it and basically said im out of luck. Getting out of parking lot was a nightmare as the key to lift the arm was never working. Security Guard had to help us get out of parking lot. Elevator buttons didnt work as they should.

The rooms are in need of updating and a deep clean. Carpets are dirty.

When we arrived they had gave our room that i paid for. They didnt have pillows or blankets for the extra beds. The only good thing they did give us an extra room. No sheets no pillows for the pull out bed. Heaters didnt work. Balcony doors didnt close ad bathroom trash was full. Other then that was ok. Breakfast was okay.

The heat didn't work! We ended up having to change rooms and the other one was that good.
I had already booked our next trip to California and already made res. with Embassy Suites. HOPE it will be fixed by then.

Rooms are a bit dated. The size is great but the room smelled moldy. Also only one elevator worked at the time so it took forever to get out of the hotel. Staff is super nice. Lobby is nice.

1. Both Smoke detectors were broken and hanging from the ceiling. Even after notifying the front desk, no repair or room change was done.
2. All rooms have no control over temperature. My kids were cold and the heater did not function. Only option was to turn off the vent. Hotel received numerous complaints but nothing was done.
3. No answer to any phone calls to front desk, house keeping, nothing. Had to walk downstairs to request blanket and pillows for my kids. Still wasn’t enough as the rooms were cold due to heater not working. What kind of crap hotel is this?

Room was run down furniture was in bad repair . Shower tub had paint chipping off! the grout around the tile was moldy! At breakfast there was a omelette bar coffee and juice, toast or bagel, but no fresh fruit, no potatoes, no bacon, no oatmeal. The female omelette cook… rude as hell! Terrible stay. We did Text the hotel about negative issues. No response. By posting here we can only hope no one else is treated to this low standard hotel. Motel 6 and McDonald’s would be better. Do yourself a favor, don’t waste your hard earned money and stay here!

Unfortunately lots of things in poor repair including elevators and ice machines just basic stuff like that. TVs out dated 1 remote for 2 TVs in different rooms. Towels and basic soap, shampoo, lotion stocked very low. We were able to look past things being outdated and in poor repair. What is inexcusable is at 11pm children running down the hall stomping loudly with no parental supervision so much so I had to get out of bed and go outside my room and stare at the children for them to stop. But wait it gets worse. Young adults having a party on same floor so lots of in and out foot traffic I was young once so try to deal with things but then at 130am one of the party goes is in the hallway in front of our room on his hands and knees throwing up uncontrollably for 10 mins at least I text the number for guest service no response call down to the front desk no answer. Extremely disappointing we could not go back to sleep due to all the commotion and nonsense completely unacceptable

The elevators didn’t work. The AC didn’t work. Holes in the drywall around the hotel. Mould growing in the bathroom. Breakfast was disgusting. To top it off we booked the 930am airport shuttle. Front desk told us to be early as the shuttle left at 930, at 945 I inquired when we were leaving and was told they had no idea as the shuttle driver was in a meeting. So we ordered ourselves an Uber. This hotel needs new management and a lot of tlc.

When checking in on 11/01, the heating system issue was not disclosed. The heating system was not operating in all the hotel rooms and it was extremely cold to the point I asked for extra blankets and a space heater. Unfortunately, the space heaters were not available.
Due to the extreme cold room my family and I were in, I requested a credit for one night. However, I would like to request further compensation for the inconvenience.
Sincerely,
Alicia Lacey Oha

The room was gross! Pulled out the sofa bed and the mattress was covered in mold. This should be illegal.

The room was some what clean, there was stains in wall dirty floors, the room was really hot, there was no ac so the room was at 72 all the time. The sofa bed was old and no padding they also didn’t have blankets for it, I had to ask for them. The blankets were not change the 3 days I stay.

The room smelled really stuffy. I couldn’t adjust the thermostat and it was freezing in the room.

Overall, it was good but not great. The room AC/Heater wasn't working properly. The thermostat wasn't working so the room wasn't at desired temperature. The sofa bed mattress needs replacing. The springs were about to burst through which was awful to lie on. On the 2nd night, I decided to just sleep on the couch without pulling out the bed. The Breakfast was good with made-to-ordered eggs. The Staff was friendly.

Upon arriving at the hotel there was a big line of folks checking in and only 1 person available to check in, so the check in process was horrible, took about 30 minutes to check in. When I finally got the keys to the room, one key did not work, and the restroom did not have toilet paper.

Checking in webt fast & smooth. When I got to my room, I immediately knew that the A/C wasn't working. Maintenence guy came & looked & said that the A/C was working. I had to literally take a chair, stand on it w/ a piece of paper to show the guy that no air was blowing out of it. Not to mention the temperature kept rising from 71 to 79. I paid for a balcony room (cost extra), switched room. Desk guy said I'm going to switch you to a better room that cost more but won't charge you the extra. He said that the room also had the exact same balcony style as my original room. Transferred my belongings & my service animal to the other room to only find out that its a handicap room. The door didn't open when you pushed the handle down & try & keep these other people's dog from attacking my dog. Finally got the door to open by pushing thr handle up. Yes, the room was bigger but the extra money I spent for the balcony isnt what I got in this room. So extremely disappointed. I was going to a concert & didnt have time to change rooms AGAIN, as it literally took me 28 minutes to get into this room. If they're charging people that's handicapped extra for a handicap room they should be ashamed of themselves & giving a room to NON HANDICAP person is unacceptable. But overall the breakfast was great, the room was clean & will continue to recommend Embassy Suites.

Hotel needs a reno, furniture in rooms was scratched and old, front space of suite was dark without enough lamps, bathroom vanity was only partially installed, everything was additional cost without what was included being quality to start with. Evening reception was a few bowls of pita chips and hummus, plus some crudite, which was all gone before it was half over and never replenished. Made to order breakfast plus buffet the next morning was also lacking with nothing being replenished, lots of eggs but not in more than scrambled version, shortages of fresh fruit, less than decent pastries or other selection. Spoke to a Hilton employee who also stayed there that night and was next to me in line when I checked out. He asked me what I had thought, so I told him I was far less than impressed. He then went on in reply to tell me how awful he thought it was, how he felt any standard properties locally would have been better, that he thought it was far substandard, and then proceeded to lecture the front desk clerk on the deficiencies. Its a shame, because they know how to do better which for that location as far as the food was proven by the dinner I paid for there that night. It was decent. But of course it was additional, as one would expect it to be. The quality is not there with anything else.

Was pretty shabby for an Embassy Suites. The front desk staff weren't very polite, they made us pay for parking which I know none of the other hotels on that road make you do. The room itself was outdated, with stains on the walls and mirrors, the couch had big rips and holes in it, and the bed was very springy and uncomfortable.
The gym was practically falling apart, with construction tools strewn about, giant open patches in the wall, and gym equipment that was quite old. The happy hour was kind of a joke as well.
The valet personnel and cleaning crew were very nice and welcoming, which is one of the few bright spots of this hotel.
Overall, not what I would expect from an Embassy Suites.

I'll start with the good first. The suite room was super spacious and I've not seen a hotel in my past that gives their guest such space. The air-conditioning was perfect as it provided a comfort sleep. Here comes the bad stuff and there are many. Right from pulling over the car, the guests parking lot was too squeezy, the lots were compact size and leave very minimum room to backup without turning your wheels 10 times to ensure we dont hit the cars behind us. I was not told that guests are charged a $22 parking fee daily. Now regarding the stay, after a 7 hours drive when we reached hotel, during the check-in the staff who helped me abandoned me in the middle of it and started helping someone else without the courtesy to say "excuse me". Anyway, he said the room I ordered is not ready and has to be cleaned. If I dont want to wait I could get the 2 queen beds room versus the 1 king bed with sofa bed room that I ordered. As we were pretty badly soared up I went with the change, entered the room and got greeted with a very old smell reeking from the carpet. The 2 beds in the room were not queen but full. The amenities in the room were definitely 30 years old. Everything corner of the room was dirty with molds and stains. The carpet right outside our bathroom was leaking water and when we stepped on the carpet it was damp that immediately thrown my family off. We started to use slippers to enter the bathroom. The shower head was pathetic and took 30 mins versus 5 mins bath.

We’ve always had decent experiences at Embassies but this was our first time staying at this location and it was quite disappointing. We had two rooms for 3 nights.
Room 1- the AC & refrigerator didn’t work. There were no remotes for any of the two TVs, the mattress had a brown stain on it, and our grandson’s feet turned black from walking on the carpet. Also the light bulb in the bathroom exploded and was smoking. Me and my daughter went to the desk a couple times for the issues and were blown off until my husband came down to express his concerns. The solution they offered us was that we could check out immediately but they would t help us book at another embassy. We were on a tight schedule and thought that was very unprofessional since they didn’t try to solve any of the issues we raised any other way. After some back and forth, they moved us to another room. This room was better but the towels smelled like mildew.
Room 2- we also had no remotes, the coffee maker leaked water everywhere, the shower dripped constantly and our room phone didn’t work. I couldn’t call the front desk and had to call from my cell or go down to the front desk.
I understand they aren’t maintenance folks. We travel a lot so we weren’t expecting a 5 star services, however embassy has always provided solid services and the response from the 3 different front desk clerks was quite disappointing considering the types of issues we raised. And there were other guests having similar experiences

The rooms are roomy, breakfast was great.air conditioning not great, stink in the rooms, rooms need updates leaky faucet every time turned on, water goes over counter. Overall had a great time served our purpose. Suggestion to make an update to have stairs for those that dont like elevators.

The furniture in the room seems too old and room was still dusty.

We booked our stay for an anniversary but several issues made our experience far from enjoyable.
First, the bed in our room was extremely squeaky, which was frustrating as we had encountered the same problem during our last stay. We requested a room change, but the 2nd room had an even squeakier bed. Though we chose to stay in the room, it only got worse. The carpet/couch were damp, as if recently cleaned which left the room smelling like mildew. This prevented us from using the second room entirely.
On top of this, the phone in our room didn’t work even after checking the connection, forcing us to find another way to order room service.
The following day, when we tried to order breakfast, we discovered we had not been given meal cards after switching rooms. At the breakfast area, my partner was treated rudely by staff behind the omelet bar and was shooed away, being told he couldn’t have an omelet. This was humiliating, especially after waiting in line for 30 minutes. The staff I interacted with was understanding and still made me an omelet, my partner was too embarrassed to stay.
I went to the front desk to address this and spoke to an employee Michael, who did not offer any meaningful resolution. He made a comment that kitchen staff were “kind of crazy” and handed me meal cards w/out acknowledging the seriousness of our concerns.
Stacy & Roman were very accommodating & helpful but the overall experience was far from acceptable. Stacy was kind to comp our incidentals.

Room i was checked into had a nonfunctioning bathroom. Took the hotel over 30 minutes to send engineering up and then to get me moved to a new room. New room smelled weird and the AC was loud. Also was not really working well due to some weird "heat pump" system they use that kept my room warmer then outside and humid. Will never stay here again.

The staff were very rude, I was surprised that an embassy staff could be that rude t.

Not Safe or Welcoming – Be Aware of Car Break-Ins
We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. Our car was broken into on the one night we were there, along with two other vehicles. The staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent, as if this is a common occurrence. While the hotel itself is average for the price, parking comes with significant risks. If you're parking overnight, be prepared not only to pay for parking but possibly for a new car window as well. I would not recommend staying here due to the lack of security and staff support.

I had a king suite room 702 the room had a foul smell the air conditioning did not work

Surprise to see the room are in poor condition and not maintained well for such a hotel brand name
0.5
Poor front desk service, limited air conditioning, old hotel, no accountability or follow up. I feel sorry for the kitchen staff and cleaning crew, who were awesome, but the heat in due to poor AC is unbearable.
3.0
Disappointed. Older, a bit run down hotel. I’m disabled and standing in long lines for breakfast was hard. Staff once ignored me in the omelette area, after a long wait in line.
