Nice hotel room if your staying for 1 night . But parking is terrible if you have a big car, shower took 10/15 minutes to turn hot.

As we walked into the room it smelt refreshing and very clean. The shower roof was a bit mouldy though the mattress was comfortable and pillows too. Parking was. a bit small to drive in out though.

It was ok

Easy to get to, does the job if you’re looking for an inexpensive short stay. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable enough. The heater worked well and there was a decent sized tv.
However there was still hair from a previous person in the bathroom, the shower head had a leak that caused it to shoot directly at the ceiling when showering and we had to use a hand towel to stop this. There was also an exposed live wire above the bathroom mirror.

Great location & price.

A very spacious and comfortable room with all you need and a great location with plenty of eating and drinking options close by. Great king bed, sofa and table seating, and large TV.

I think it would be nice if the heater was turned on to have room nice and warm for on arrivals as it was very cold and took awhile for room to get warm

Easy and headache free check-in with a central location. Motel was comfy and exactly as described. Perfect for our one nighter.

Lovely stopover, a bit steep for walking.

Clean, basic accommodation.
Friendly staff
Great shower.
6.0 / 10.0
The staff here are lovely and the beds and the shower were fantastic! If you need a knife, fork, bowls, plates then it appears you need to request these before you stay! Very annoying when you arrive at night and find none of these in the room and reception is closed. If a motel has a toaster and microwave then one would assume a knife and plate would be a given.
Also, parking spots are tiny. We had unit 9 and had to park down the road as we couldn’t fit our car in safely (we only had a Mazda 6 too).

Property needs to be easier to find at night....poorly lit and no illuminated sign out the front at all....Reception area was no better. Courtyard and garden could do with some TLC

Terrible matttess. Shower head broken

The location of the room was facing the road and a tad noisy.
10.0 / 10.0
Stayed at this hotel the night before the Ballarat marathon.
I had the best night's sleep that I've had in a very long time. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The room was spacious. There was a microwave, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities.
Extremely good value for money

All good, but for the cockroach on the bed.

Exterior needed a good clean in particular the front window sun blinds. The interior was surprisingly clean, if a bit dated.

So glad we stayed. Lovely room, not super fancy but very comfortable and spacious and everything we wanted. Would definitely stay again.

Big room comfortable bed quiet good shower.
Steep entry to carpark at top of hill which is a challenge to maneuver around. Overall a very peasant stay.
Plenty of food options available nearby, but crossing the road doesn't feel safe.

Walking distance to shops, restaurants/cafes, city centre, nice, tidy, quiet accomodation…would stay again…oh, and very comfortable bed

great position and tidy rooms
6.0 / 10.0
The room was large, it was also smelly and not cleaned properly. Food left in the fridge from previous customer, and used Bandaids on the carpet. The reception smelled mouldy and the gardens were really messy with rubbish lying around downstairs.
For 1 night is was OK, but i would go back

Nice new bathroom, but toilet too close to the wall. Sheets on bed up to high so both top and bottom sheet did not go to foot end of bed not good for tall people
4.0 / 10.0
Dated place but comfortable and clean, which for one night was all we needed. The sheets felt new and the ends and pillow’s comfortable. Noise levels weren’t too bad for a Saturday night mainly just loud cars passing but otherwise nothing.
10.0 / 10.0
We are never disappointed when we stay here.
Check-in is always easy and very friendly, the beds were super-comfortable, and the room was more than adequate for our needs. Thank you!
