Good location.

Perfect, charming hotel. It was a very convenient location for us - close to my office near the European Commission and easy for my husband to get to the main tourist areas in the city by metro. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was clean and well maintained. We checked in very late in the middle of the night and the front desk staff member who checked us in was incredibly kind and moved us through the process swiftly. He gave such a warm welcome to two weary travelers - we were very grateful. We will definitely stay again if we’re ever in Brussels.

So convenient for work with EU.

A surprisingly nice and well-equipped place in the European District, with lots of great dining options nearby.

Service was very good, the reception staff are very professional and breakfast excellent. However, my room was in need or a refit. The bathroom basin was cracked in several places and the carpet, although clean, was very worn, as were most of the furnishings. Not a 4 star, more like three and not worth the 4 star premium price.
3.8
Ok and clean, dated rooms and very poor selection for breakfast.

Very disappointing 4star hotel. It looks like a cheap 3star hotel. No hote amenities (no shampoo, no hair conditioner, just liquid soap and that's it). AirCon was not working. Avoid !

Booked a City room, with air conditioning (32c outside on that week) but upon arrival was told it was only a regular room without air conditioning! Tried to sleep with window open but noises made it impossible for me to sleep, which was the point of the hotel!

It was a very good location. I would have regarded the list price to hight (ca 300 EUR) but the offering via hotels.com (126 EUR) it was an excellent solution. I did not use any of the services as I normally on business trip's just use the bed. But excellent location, fresch, clean, reception open late (as you normally arrive late after a workday) and a bottle of water on the room and a nice bed. Bacsically all you need

Seems nothing much has been done since 1980s. Breakfast just average.

Great location. Very friendly staff.

Firstly at check in the receptionist called Denis never acknowledged me just took my passport without even hello or welcome.
On the website I have booked a city room which clearly stated I had air-conditioning.
When I got to the room alas there was no air-conditioning so when I went back down to reception I was told that I would have to pay €25 extra for air conditioning With matter of fact attitude.
Unbelievable extortion

It was more than I expected. Very comfortable bed.
Even the baby cot was nice, comfortable and clean.

I Really Love it 😊 very nice, very clean and smells fresh, cozy beautiful room and accessible to the city center and transportation.

We’ve stayed one night at this hotel. The location is great, nice area close to the city centre (25 minutes walking). The room was clean and nice, underground parking free of charge. I do not know about breakfast as we did not have it at the hotel. The old gentleman receptionist is not friendly at all and I think he needs some customer service training. Other than that, it was a good experience.

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I booked this hotel stay in the summer during a heat wave. When we checked into the room it looked nothing like the photos. This was not a huge issue, but it was significantly more dated than expected and the room cleanliness was questionable.
We noticed that there was not air conditioning in the room or a fan. Given the condition of the room and the temperature we went down stairs to ask to be moved. The front desk associate said that the hotel was fully booked so we could not be moved. At that point I asked to cancel my reservation with a refund for two of the three nights due to these circumstances (which would have been the charge had we never checked in). I felt this was fair given we spent 10 minutes in the room before we decided to book else where.
We then spoke with the Sales Manager who offered us to move rooms. This was not helpful since we had already booked another room given the front desk associate said that they were full. The sales manager eventually agreed to refund one night of the three night stay, which I do not think was fair but the hotel was so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave.
When I came home I contacted Orbitz regarding the refund and they were not able to agree with the hotel to issue the refund. Ultimately it was a horrible experience with the staff of the hotel who at this point literally have both lied to me, and with the quality of the hotel; which was also misleading.
STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE.

Very good location two metro stations fromm the center of the city. Excellent breakfast

Very dark lobby and entrance, they coudl have more personal to take care on guests. Breakfast is bad and no service there ... Good hotel if we consider it as 2 Stars hotel but as 4 stars - not good. Sorry but this is the truth.

remote didn’t work inside the room apart from that everything was good

This is a very nice and clean hotel and is close to many restaurants! The distance to the Grand Place is very walkable! If we had any complaint, it would be that breakfast was 18 Euro per person and it was honestly not worth that price. Other than that, the hotel was clean, cute, and in a good location. Would recommend!

had a great time

Dated room, some things updated but the hair dryer in bathroom is just too old. Using your mouth would be quicker for drying your hair.Heating wasnt working so at night it was quite cold. Dampness on ceiling in hallway in the room.Wifi wasnt working at all, neither in room or in lounge/reception area.Pleasant staff at reception.Definitely not a 4 * hotel

This is a TWO star hotel. This is NOT a 4 star hotel. One member of staff on at all times!! What a joke. This place is a 1970s dilapidated 2 star kip. They should be shot. I’m suing them.

The Toilet seat was broken,The kettle I had to keep my finger on the switch to boil ,first night only given 1 coffee sachet when it was a twin so only had 1 cup second night given 2 sachet's I think a few more would be appreciated.Needs a little bit of maintenance as some paint work was peeling,Otherwise very good location .

Worst ever hotel exerience, arrogant staff,, no AC in room, it should have been BIG BREAKFAST and there where almost nothing! But worst of alll the arrogant staff

Lovely hotel but not advertised correctly. Very hot stay and in general it advertises air con. The city rooms do not have air con yet the club rooms do! Main reason for booking a hotel is that it has air con. Free parking also is available but only if space! This is in very small print! Another reason for booking yet we had to pay street parking daily at €13.50! Good room for a city break in terms of size, cleanliness and amenities. Nice beds/pillows. Easy for centre on metro and lots restaurants around. Perfect if not as falsely advertised as it was for parking and air con!

Stayed here for old times’ sake and it was perfectly fine, if a little tired round the edges. The shower was rather disastrous - more ended up on the floor than in the bath, so a lot of mopping was required.Parking is an asset.

Good location near EU area. Near metro and shops. Good value. Helpful staff.
3.8
No free parking spot for 3 days in a row. Malicious advertising of free parking, in fact is verry, verry limited.

The tv remote i had ask every to get one at the receptionist can be more courteous and polite.

Too many things to list all:
No air conditioning or fan in a temperature of 98 to 107 degrees.
The hall way/ corridor so small that it was almost impossible to take one’s luggage to rooms. The Room lacked descent chair and table- difficult to move in freely if you were two
