Pella is a great destination and Links is a great hotel when husbands want to golf and wives want to shop!

It was ok a lil expensive but its not the worst hotel iv ever been at. Yall need more staff tho those poor cleaning ladys were doing 14 hr shifts and still stayed nice and ready to clean the next room. The front desk lady was a rockstar needed more training on the bar but still did a great job with how busy they were.

Thank you for providing a couple of restful nights at Bos Landen. The staff was friendly, helpful, and respectful. The room was clean, and accessibility features were as described. Thank you!

Our 2 queen bedroom accessible room was layed out well giving privacy for those wanting to go to bed before others. Two tv's. Nice kitchen and great breakfast. Room could have been cleaner. Staff responded quickly to our requests to coffee pot not working, missing tv remote, no tp.

Reasonable cost and quite

I was told when we arrived that the room was ready. Upon entering the room, it was not and it was dirty. The bed was unmade, the toilet had “poop” in it. The mirror was so dirty, there were dead bugs on the window sill and the alarm above the bed was hanging down. I went down to reception to report that the room was indeed NOT ready. They said they were short staffed and we could go ahead into town and guaranteed us that the room would be ready by the time we returned. We returned at 7 pm and everything was the same. I was disgusted. Reception had attitude and told us we could leave if we wanted but we would. Ot get a refund. They said Expedia was responsible for the refund yet I was told that I opted to pay at the desk. We then had to go looking for somewhere to stay. I am in my 70’s and was terribly stressed about all this. I am requesting my refund and would hope that Expedia would help me clarify this problem that definitly ruined our trip in Pella.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Place was top notch. Spendy but worth it!

Pet friendly clean room great breakfast awesome staff

Very clean with friendly staff. Love that the hotel was off the beaten path but still close to town and the lake. The kids loved the pool. The hand painted walls in the swim room were a unique touch. We will stay here again!

Room was spacious for 3 people plus 3 bicycles.

First room they put me in had a smoke detector hanging by the wires that was inoperable. They moved me to another room that was in a section of the motel that had not been cleaned for over 2 months. The counters were filthy with food Grease and the floor was also greasy filthy. The staff Did not offer any adjustments on the price and had nothing but poor excuses.

The hotel was great. Right on the golf course. Not around any businesses it was in a residential area. The bar could only seat 4 people and was in the hallway behind the front desk. There was a nice patio on the course you could sit on and enjoy your drinks outside the pool. The floors in the entire hotel were filthy otherwise the hotel was neat and clean.

Expedia quoted me a price that was hundreds of dollars less than what the hotel charged me. I confronted the hotel and they said that because I booked 3rd party they could not help me. I reached out to Expedia and they said that they were unable reach the hotel so they could not help me. This is a scam! Don't t use Expedia to book your hotels.

Nice hotel, very comfortable. Only issue was how dirty the floor was. It was a bare floor and just a couple minutes of walking barefoot my feet were black! Other than that it was very enjoyable staying here!

This property was very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. The only issue I had was loud kids in the hallway. I would have preferred to be situated away from the pool and kids, but once they calmed down, it was ok.

Bar/ restaurant was out of stock on almost everything. Ordered 2 burgers and a pork lion sandwich . After 20 minutes they informed us there was no pork lion and no buns, but we could have our burgers on a hot dog bun. They do no seemed to be prepared for more than 8 guests. The staff was great! Management needs a lot of improvement.

Hotel was nice. Took about 45 minutes to get a room. I believe this was due to some problem with the service team.

There was a hot air balloon event at Lake Red Rock and the hotel parking lot was full of big pickups with the hot air balloon baskets in their beds. It was difficult to park in there because there was little room to open your car door after parking. Also, guests were coming in and out of their room most of the night so the constant door slamming was annoying. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the couple in the room next to us arguing.

We were really happy with our one night stay! We brought our pup with us, they had zero issues with him. The room was clean with modern amenities. The complementary breakfast was way better than most. We will definitely stay again!

Wi-fi was not operational. Equipment managing is not in a climate-controlled room. Fitted sheet was sized for queen. Mattress was king. After third try to get a king fitted sheet, just used one-half of fitted sheet. Newly renovated, but cracked tiles in bathroom floor.

Great quality for the low price. Room seemed recently remodeled. Very close to golf course. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, decent free breakfast. Recommend for anyone staying in pella.

Love the staff and room. My only complaint is the shower head was too low on the wall. Being around 6 ft our shower head was around chest level.

Quiet area. Staff is friendly. Room was clean and pretty standard. Pool & hot tub area is as expected.
