Old hotel, typical American style. Needs renovation, the whole hotel was old and worn. Most of the already poorly equipped gym was unserviceable. It is ok for one night, but not more. Breakfast was not good, but sufficient to get something at least (except the coffee, way too weak, like tea and it was to be honest undrinkable).

Great Hotel for $100 or Less but they get to now Charge about $170 or More when the Braves are playing so that's close to 100 Days a yr prices in that are shall be Jacked Up BUT Some "People" don't care about prices that are obviously Higher for No reason. BOTH Treadmills in the gym were Broke. Slim Chance they broke at the same time other than that it's a Nice Spot. Ladies Doing Breakfast do a pretty good job. Nothing Fancy but it's Free "Snack" Not a totally Real breakfast but this isn't Embassy Suites or Higher.

The layout of the room didn’t match the photos. The sink was outside the bathroom, which was weird. The toilet room was so cramped, you couldn’t close the door and be on the toilet at the same time. I didn’t want to close the door tho because it was so tiny I felt claustrophobic. Also, idk if it’s because the doors are metal or the gaps in the doors are too large, but the sound around the hotel REALLY travels. I was in bed and literally heard someone sneeze in the room across the hall AND someone saying bless you lol. The room also says there’s a microwave but I found out later that some rooms don’t have them but that you can ask the front desk for one. I learned that while I was checking out. One thing I liked is there are two entrances for both parking lots so you have easy access no matter where you park. The location is AWESOME, close to any and everything. I would stay here again but I wouldn’t stay in the same room. There is no option though to choose any sort of upgraded room so I’m not sure how I would go about getting a better room next time that had an actual full sized bathroom. Another thing I really liked is it felt safe. There are two sets of double doors and the second set are locked after a certain time, only accessible with your room key

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. I called when i booked my stay to see if they had a shuttle to the venue i was going to be attending, and i was told that they did. On the night i arrived i was told that they did in fact have a shuttle, but that the staff member had not seen it since she got there. I booked the hotel because of the shuttle and still ended up having to pay for parking at the venue.

Very comfortable bed with excellent pillows. Very quiet clean room. Furniture is a weird Metallica design. This time Hotels.com did not mess up and actually allowed the use of my reward certificate to go through. It was a real fight with Hotels.com constantly changing the booking details to try and kill the reward certificate which forces you to be very vigilant when trying to use it. certificate.

We left glasses in our room. We called the front desk and they confirmed they found them. Racquita (I’m sorry for the misspelling) said to forward a shipping label which we did with a scheduled pickup. We never received the glasses.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was incredibly impressed with the experience. The room was extremely comfortable, with cozy beds that made for a great night’s sleep. Everything was impeccably clean, from the lobby to the bathroom, which added to the overall sense of comfort and relaxation. What really stood out, though, was how welcoming the staff was—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. It felt like a home away from home, and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

Hotel was attractive….clean, updated and comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was very nice. However, the main reason we booked a room here was for the shuttle to and from Truist Park. The trip to the game was fine because people were going at different times but trying to ride back after the game was a disaster. We stood in the drizzly rain for 20 mins before we saw the shuttle for the first time and then only a third of the folks waiting were able to get aboard. Fortunately there were people who knew the way back walking. So we were able to follow them. I suggest if you are going to offer this service, you might consider utilizing two vehicles

Expensive price ($300 ) for a cheap hotel. Only reason we chose to make our reservations here was the relatively close walk to the Braves Stadium. Lobby was very nice. Room was average at best. I was given a handicapped room, tv remote was broken, no hot water and shower drain backed up into the bathroom.

The front desk employees were beyond exceptional!!! They answered all questions an helped with all the needs. The only recommendation i would make is the communication between housekeeping and guest. The housekeeper did not understand english which made it very difficult to get towels an wash cloths. I understand everyone is short-staffed but having someone who speaks english accompany them if this is a barrier would be a huge help. Other than that everything's was Wonderful and will definitely stay here again an recommend in the future.

The staff was incredibly friendly and respectful! On the downside, the beds were incredibly loud and difficult to sleep in. The bathroom door did not close, and the tub was not very clean. When I was checking out, I saw roaches in the lobby. I’m not completely sure that I would stay here again when I return to the Atlanta area.

Hotel was nice and clean. The only downside was they allowed the parking lot to be used for event parking for Truist park. We ended up having to park in the fire lane with a tag given by management. Other than that, it was great. Would stay in again.

My 2nd time here and I’ll be back next time I’m in Atlanta. The staff went above and beyond for me letting me stay with a late checkup because of a flight delay and the shuttle took me to multiple places to save me on an Uber ride. Thanks to them all!
