One of the worst stays I have ever experienced. Dogs barking and arguments from adjacent room. The room was dirty with gross stuff on the floor, smelled gross, water turned cold during shower. People up all night making noise, bad area with homeless people wandering around, cigarette buts left on the hood of my car, horrible experience. The only positive experience was the clerk comp me for the stay. I got maybe 3 hours of sleep so really bad when I had to go to work.

Front desk person was friendly no issues, however room wasn't cleaned, water on floor, pizza boxes everywhere, took a look then packed up and left never stayed in it, cost me $72 non refundable, suspect area will never return

Front desk check in was very easy. However, the lady barely spoke to me because she was speaking Spanish to co-workers. Never really made eye contact. The room was so small you could barely do anything but sit in bed. The bathroom was “clean” but in desperate need of deep cleaning. The property is in desperate need of major up-keep. The door shut but felt somewhat unsafe. The floors were the only good part of room. No carpet which was great.

Everytime they charge me a 200.00 deposit. For a room not worth 75.00 a night.front desk agents and management are rude and not friendly to the "lower class" trying to get somewhere to clean up and sleep for the night.

It's cheap for a reason. If you do want to just bring your own blanket and cover the bed and sleep on top of your blanket. The sheets on the bed had a lot of hair (definitely not mine) the room kinda stinks. The sheets were filled with cigarette burns not that it matters but obviously people are smoking in the room. I couldnt turn on the atav since the remote control didn't have any batteries. The shower had a lot of hair and it was dirty. Well as what ive daid it's cheap and budget friendly you just have to bring your own things to accomodate your comfort because you won't have any in this place.

I stayed at the other motel right next-door year before last and it was super clean we had a decent breakfast. I stay at this motel no breakfast candy machine with little selection. All convenient store is closed early so you can’t get anything across the street at the Allsups. It closes before 11 o’clock there’s homeless at every bus stop on Cerrillos late night Denny’s locks their doors and leaves the customers in there so you can’t even approach to possibly eat there, that’s all in the motel was OK not an exceptional clean. It’s substandard. There were no bugs but it did. It was clean to the look. I wouldn’t put a black light in here and there’s a lot of permanent stairs there that are dealing with things that are probably not legal plus a lot of fighting and a lot of loud noises and it was packed there was Zozobra hundredth year anniversary added to everything else as well as other festivities going on in the city, but that shouldn’t change the type of surroundings or hotel atmosphere that you would want to have going in. I won’t be back to this motel ever again thanks for the lesson it was I graduated. Don’t need a new one.

Shower was dirty, fridge was wet inside and soaked all our things, staff was doing laundry throughout the late night in the room next to ours and sounded like a jet emgine. Called the front to ask when they planned to stop doing laundry and front desk lied about it being the laundry machine but thwn it immediately stopped. Our room was next to the laundry facility. Also was going to charge $40 more if booked directly from the front desk so went outside, booked through 3rd party instead. Otherwise no complaints so it is sad i cant leave a better review amd focus on the positive. Worst stay, no sleep, gross shower takes precedent. I want a credit for a free night stay or refund.

The bed was very comfortable, and the proximity to local dining and Meow Wolf is great. However, the grounds had quite a bit of litter, including hypodermic needles, which made it difficult to safely take our dog out for potty breaks.

tweaker central, drug deals going on in parking lot. 1 year old daughter found a bullet shell casing on the ground. No dumping police spray painted on the dumpster in their parking lot

The room was clean. The bed was not what we wanted, but clean. Very tired from a long day of travel. The room was quite. Homeless at the very back, afraid to take our dog for a walk at night time. But all and all it was a good visit

I checked in on a friday afternoon. The employee was friendly and quick. I checked out the following wednesday, and never had my room cleaned nor new towels or bedding. I thought motels provided housekeeping after the 2nd night. Slightly disappointed with motel 6

Buggies. Lots. Apparently the building towards the back has bugs that come from the trees?? Lots of bugs. Even in the sheets and on curtains. Pretty dark parking lot. Did not feel very safe being a single lady. It was too late to go elsewhere. They gave me a room in front building. No bugs thankfully. Lots of homeless people after dark in this city unfortunately. Noticable after dark especially.

When I checked in the front desk staff seemed put out while helping me. The first room I was given was right next to the commercial laudry for the cleaning staff. I couldn't hear the TV it was so loud so I went back to the front desk to ask fir a different room. The second room I was given had something funny going on in the adjacent rooms as every hour of the night a guest would fire up a super loud truck with no muffler and drive away only to return 15 minutes later. Three times I had to get the key cards programmed as they wouldn't open doors. Probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had!

I didn’t call ahead for first floor, I had a knee replacement about 6 months ago and I can walk around just fine, but carrying heavy things up/down stairs is not the best. The wonderful staff got me a room on the first floor, I was able to park near the door and not carry bags up and down stairs. The only couple things I have feedback on is the parking lot, the turn in isn’t very wide and as I was exiting to go out to eat, I was almost hit by someone turning in that didn’t see me. And the back spot where room 125 was not very well lit. There was light, just not as much as you would like in a new place that you’re not completely familiar with. Otherwise the staff was AMAZING!!! And facilities so much nicer than the CO springs Motel 6 I stayed in the few nights before!
