I did not get the room after I paid for it. There were no workers there to let me in the hotel. I was ripped off and not refunded.

Room was clean, ac worked well and motel was in a good location for dining. Very adequate for an overnight stay.

The room was clean. The place was overall in disrepair slthough it appeared they were making improvements. Our shower drain was so slow you could only take a 5 minute shower. The upper walkway had huge cracks in it. Lots of freeway and emergency vehicle noise. The staff was exceptionally friendly which made up for much of the issues. Small but adequate breakfast selection. Towels super thing. Bed and pillows uncomfortable.

Towels were gray and see through. Totally disgusting! The curtains on the window were falling off and dirty looking.Bedding was absolutely horrifying. Dirty looking and the blanket was full of holes, some of them were cigarette burns. Imagine that in a non smoking room. Also the room smelled of old cigarette smoke and dirt! Bathroom was old , worn and dirty.
This place needs to be condemned and torn down.

Lack of staff, hours of office open, stay was during high occupancy in the area (quilt show) which drove pricing high.

Very old. Bathroom had mold. No vending. No one on property during night from 11pm to 7 am

Dirt cheap. Great place for a single guy who's passing through to stay. Zero frills. Desperately in need of a gutting and re-build. Sheets dirty - washcloth had stains - there was no hand-towel at all. Heater didn't work at all - at ALL.
Since I travel with my wife, unlikely we'll hang out here again.
Good thing: A Freddy's is across the parking lot...

The Inn needs to be updated. It’s OK for a cheap sleepover. The walls are thin so I was awoken by a young boy crying at 2:22am. He cried for about 20 minutes. Not many occupancies as it was Tuesday. Lobby has no place to sit and wait while clerk attended to someone else. The tub was getting filled with hot water for my daughter to bathe and it sounded like we were visiting Niagara Falls! At first glance at the tub I thought I saw 2 cockroaches but they were 2 mid-size chunks missing from the enamel-covered cast iron.

Spent the weekend because power was out at my home. My only gripe was local holiday traffic around the motel. Comfortable bed and clean room. Not a bad stay at all.

It was an interesting stay. I had to stay in Paducah due to weather conditions on my trip. This was the last hotel/motel in the city that had an available room. The rate was cheap, so you get what you pay for. I didn't have super high expectations. They did have a staffing issue, there was one person at the front desk who had to run keys to a guest while I was checking in. He was very friendly, but you could tell he was busy. There was another lady that was there that kept calling him to switch rooms around. So as I'm checking in, each call delayed my check in time. They had some maintenance work going on throughout the hotel. The lobby was very empty, not really any amenities. The lobby was closed from 11pm-7am, but there was a phone number for emergencies. Desk was a mess, a lot of tasks and procedures hand written and taped on the wall. You would normally expect these to be typed and laminated, under the counter so the guest doesn't see them. The room was dirty and old. There was an obvious lack of cleanliness. The carpet was matted down and the bathroom tiles were sticky. Dust on the lamps and table behind a desk lamp. The comforters were old, used, and had cigarette burns in them. The beds were very comfortable surprisingly. TV worked well and the lights all worked. It was what I expected for what I paid for. Cheap motel. Seemed like whoever is running the hotel is new at it maybe. It had a feeling of unorganized chaos.

Just a quick one night stay but the room and facilities were better than expected. I was at the mercy of Google maps and it was tricky to find the hotel hidden behind a Freddy's as the sun had gone down and the hotel doesn't have a lighted sign that I could see.

The rooms were surprisingly large. There were some odd damaged areas to the room, but there was a fridge and microwave! It sucked to not have continental breakfast too.

I booked a room on my Expedia app when I went to check In they said I couldn’t because I had a local address on my ID they charge my checking account and when I Tried to let them know that since I couldn’t stay I would need a refund they try to tell me that they didn’t take any money out of my account but my bank statement obviously shows that they did won’t give me a refund when I contact Expedia they tell me to contact the motel when I contact the motel they told me to contact Expedia

It looked NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE ADVERTISED! Staff had a nonchalant attitude, the room was NOT thoroughly cleaned, and according to the comment card someone name Bre cleaned the room??? No way!!! The sheets on the bed we’re dingy, dog hair on headboard and on the floor, it smelled, the room was dirty, the room was dark and dingy even when the light are on, a drink was left in the refrigerator, the manager Karen had a nasty and unprofessional attitude. I found out that this hotel/motel has a private owner that goes by the last name of Patel and unfortunately I don’t know how much is going to get done about my inconvenience. FYI Home Depot is right across the street! Yes, I know that I’ve could’ve switched rooms but why after driving hundreds of miles and extremely tired should I come to a place to switch rooms…it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to go across the street to Home Depot and get some paint, a carpet shampooer, carpet deodorizer, some outlet covers, patch up the holes in the wall, purchase some cleaning supplies to clean the room especially the damn toilet seat! DISGUSTING! I hope this help with your decision after reading and looking the pictures NOT to stay here…..oh & it would only allow me to post 8 pictures…believe me I have more

The linen and towels were not clean. Burn holes in the bedding even though it was advertised as a non-smoking room.

I checked into my room early in the afternoon as I had been driving since around 7:30 the night before. I asked for and was told that my room was a non smoking room. In fact, there was a sign on the front desk starting that ALL of their rooms were non smoking.
Upon entering the room, I could tell that it had been smoked in. There was a cigarette burn on the bedspread and an ASHTRAY on top of the microwave!
I decided to try and make the best of it and took a shower before climbing in the bed.
I woke up a while later as I was freezing. I got up and tried to turn the temperature up. The AC unit was broken... the buttons to regulate it were somehow fallen behind the cover, and it was set at 60 degrees. I finally had to unplug it to shut it off.
I tried to go back to sleep, but the stale cigarette smell was overwhelming. When I reported all of this to the front desk I was told that because it had been more than 30 minutes, they couldn't refund my money.
I then asked to be moved to another room. Keep in mind that ALL of the rooms were supposedly non smoking rooms. The desk clerk hesitated, and then told me that all of the remaining rooms were smoking rooms!
You can be assured that I will never reserve a room in a Hotel 7 Inn again!

The property was old and dirty. The clientele seemed seedy. It felt unsafe.

Front desk staff took my credit card behind the counter, out of my sight then asked for my PIN so she could enter it into the machine for me. She also charged me for the room when I had already paid through Expedia. When I brought it to her attention she told me to show her my receipt from Expedia. While I was looking for it in my email I asked her if it shows on her computer system. She said no and only refunded me once I showed her my receipt from Expedia.
