Decent hotel for the price. Night shift staff nice, morning staff very rude and unhelpful. When I went to check out the front desk clerk was eating breakfast at the counter. When I walked up she walked off. When she came back a few minutes later she watched videos on her phone during our conversation. She refused to print out a receipt. Obviously doesn't want to be there. So if you are okay with a clean and cost effective hotel that is easy to get to? Perfect. If you want someone to check you out in the morning without an attitude? Go elsewhere.

My stay was a quick overnight stay. My room was very clean, the staff was nice and the hotel was quiet and comfortable!

I want thank the staff member working the front desk on the afternoon of 11/11, for the bottle of water when i checked in. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. A couple things however: 1. Water pressure was very low. 2. The toilet paper should be mounted over the top, not down the backside. This is for practical readons, not style. The paper is mounted in a position that makes it a stretch to reach, even for me at 6'1". With the paper end rolled at the back, the reach is an extra 3". Difficult at 5'2". 3. The shower floor is slippery, especially with your very soft water. It's an accident waiting to happen. You should install some anti-slip strips.

The overall stay was ok; the room served it's purpose. It was a clean room with working AC which I was grateful for. The only disadvantages were that the hallways were extremely warm, the elevator closest to our room didn't work so we had to walk to the far end of the hall to use the other. The staff was friendly and did their jobs. We were there because we were catering an event nearby so when we got back it was late and we were exhausted. I only became frustrated when, after taking the stairs to get to my room bcz of the elevator beibg out of service, I came down to ask for fresh towels but was told I had to bring the used ones down first; I thought that was absurd but anyway like I said they were doing their job. Some parts of the room needed work as far as cosmetics. There was chipped paint along the walls, one of the handles on the bathroom door came off when I went to open it. Also the toilet was extremely low to the floor. Im 5' 11" and felt like I was sitting on the floor. But all in all it was ok. I would book it again if it's just for a night or 2 but anything longer than that, probably not.

Room keys were a problem for us and numerous other guests. Everyone kept having to get the room keys reset. We had to get it done at least 4 times during our 2 day stay.

Front desk was amazing. Hotel accommodations were excellent. I will be back.

As soon as I stepped in the room fleas jumped on me. The receptionist at the front desk changed my room and sent maintenance to check the room out.

Desk clerk was not friendly, felt like it was inconvenient for her to check me in. She was rude about the non smoking and pet policy even after told that i did neither. She asked twice for my ID and credit card that was already on the desk in front of her and would have been more visible had she been standing.

The keycard door access was very hard and frustrating to use when trying to get in the room. The beds were small for 2 people to sleep in.

Run down rooms, dirty shower curtain, no extra clean towels available, empty coffee pots in the lobby, and the employees at check in was very dry and sort of rude.

I will NEVER stay there again! Upon arrival it was hot as heck in the hotel so much that I was sweating.
I got my keycards to enter my room & the keys didn't work. It 2a.m. & im toting lots of luggage only to have to go back downstairs several times to see what the issue was. Front desk clerk had to come up to let me in which took him a little while to open the door.
My room was cool but i feel like the hotel needs some major upgrades. Old fashioned microwave, the toilet had to be flushed several times, the shower is severely stained & better power from the showerhead would be great.
Fast forward to the next day. I had to move rooms because the room I was put in was for a party that was arriving Friday. I had to pack up my things come downstairs to get another keycard for a different room.
The keys didnt work for either of the rooms & its still hot as a sauna in the hallway. This time, i had to go down 3 different times & the manager had to come up to let me in.
I was informed that im not the only one that has trouble getting into my room because the card readers are old. I had to position my card in weird ways to get in my entire stay at the hotel & even maintenance along with houskeeping had trouble with their keys.
It was too hot in Alexandria to pack up all of the things that I brought to find another hotel & this location was the most convenient for me. I drove 14 hours, i was tired.
The side doors didnt even work! SMH I wish I could be granted some type of incentive.

The last at the front counter that checked us it at 11:30 pm did not even acknowledge us when we came to the counter for our reservation. We had to wait and watch her count all the change in her drawer before she even said ‘can I help you’. Then I set my license and card on the counter and she wouldn’t grab it, I had to hand it to her. To give it back she just placed it by her side so I had to almost touch her to grab it back. Wouldn’t even respond when I asked directions to the room.
One key card didn’t work and the other wouldn’t connect u til multiple trys.
Won’t be staying here again.

The only issue was it was hot on the third floor due to them having issues with the central A/C.However the room was nice and cold to sleep in. Greatful for the window units. But other than that I will be staying again in the future.
