we have stayed here many times, and this was the two worst hotel experiences of my life.

Acceptable property, but not at that price.

Egg product was decent.

Bed was hard. The sausage not very flavorful. Breakfast selection was thin. No pepper.

Hampton Inn in Tyler, Tx the night before was spectacular

staff was nice

the bathroom door was so hard to open and close, it was the barn door style. like my mom couldn’t open by herself. Breakfast was terrible.

Fine, with the exception of the night staff.

Night staff wasn’t helpful. Rude when I called because my tv wouldn’t come on.

based on cost it was fair --

The location was perfect starting point for the next day -- able to gas up next door, get some water and snacks for the trip. It also had couple of options to eat lunch across the street and then an easy access to I-49 to continue my travel.

The LG TV had trouble getting a signal. The door to the closet was stuck, so I could not open it. Since I was unable to open the closet door, this prohibited hanging up any of my wife's clothes. The snack bar in the lobby near front desk check-in does not carry any Pepsi products.

Exceptional

Staff, breakfast, nighttime teas, cleanliness, comfort all great!

Really can't point out anything terrible. Room wasn't cleaned by staff any of the days of our 4-day stay though but still nice!

Hampton quality has gone down.

The beds were old and bathroom was not clean

No complaints. Hotel staff friendly. Great Location. Cracker Barrel like next door!

Hotel was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Room located on the Interstate side but did not notice the traffic unless a loud semi which was a couple of times.

Request room on opposite side away from Interstate.

Will not be staying there again….COVID-19 is real….

Room was very large which we did enjoy.

Breakfast - The hot food was was horrible- half cooked sausage , omelet appeared to have come from a bag , low fat milk….no hot grits or oatmeal. Room not cleaned - when we walked into the room, we immediately noticed bed half made, tub had dirty rings around it, white powder substance in carpet which led us to believe carpet hadn’t been vacuumed

I left early.

I did not eat breakfast due to covid. I did not care for the location.

The hotel did not have a mask mandate in place, and that made me uncomfortable being there.
