The front desk staff around noon were most impolite and even rude. They claimed not to have rooms available but while waiting, they checked in and gave a room to a pilot, and also to two couples who walked in and inquired if they had rooms. When I complained about this situation I was dismissed and I could not access a room until check in time when magically all rooms became available. The state of disrepair of the room was concerning, as well as the lack of extra towels, floor mat and the very few amenities. What is more, the size of the coffee cups was much bigger than the ones that could be used with the coffee machine, so there was no way to brew coffee. There was an empty paint bucket that had been left in the bathroom, the shower door was broken and, after the shower, the rest of the bathroom flooded because of a leak . As a frequent flyer through Mexico City, I would not recommend staying at the Hilton. Both the Courtyard by Marriott and the Camino Real Hotel, both across the street from Terminal 1, offer a much better service and are far more accommodating of guests' requests.

One good point was that it was cleanly. Also the restaurant was pretty good. But mostly our experience was negative. It took us 45 minutes to find this place- it was poorly signed and the directions we were sent were confusing. The room was very poorly lit and had few amenities (2 small bottles of water and a bar of soap). The coffee maker did not work. The thermostat was hard to control. Recommend you stay elsewhere.

Most airport hotels do not need to put much effort into facilities or comfort because they have a captive and mobile guest pool. The rooms here are small, pretty uncomfortable, the showers leak a lot, and the whole property needs a significant update. Staff was friendly. Food was terrible.

The access was through one elevator, no visible emergency exit or stairs. The lobby and elevator were dirty.

I arrived on a very late flight and chose this hotel for its convenience in the airport. The power was out in the hotel so I had to wait for almost an hour so I could check in. The halls were only lit with dim emergency lights. It was very difficult to navigate my luggage and no one came to assist me. I had to use my phone flashlight to gain entry to my room. With no lights I couldn’t shower so went immediately to bed. No apologies, assistance or compensation was offered. For the price of the room I would have expected better service.

Terrible arrival.. had sent indication via chat that our flight was delayed and when we arrived, our reservation was cancelled by the hotel, the front desk indicated that they were at 100% occupancy and nothing they can do.. as They did not receive notice that we were going to arrive late (by hotels.com) they cancelled... oversold.. terrible experience trying for one hour to get a room by the airport at 1am... this is a terrible service by hotels.com and hilton airport.. only after more than an hour, the front desk clerk went, cleaned a room and checked us in. Overall unnaceptable

Everything was excellent. The only thing that was wrong was the breakfast brunch. The eggs were very salty and burnt. At $40 US dollars per person I would have hope a better spread also other than a few choices of fruit and breads and one or two Mexican dishes.

The hotel did not have a working elevator and they failed to notify us upon check in. The walk to the terminal was really long and they also failed to let us know how to get there. The rooms are very loud you can hear the airport intercom and you can hear when the planes are arriving and taking off. We will not be staying here again.
