One night stay on way to Key West. Great for families with safe pool, beach, enclosed spaces to play and shops/restaurants close by. Onsite restaurants and bar and parking. Would have liked to have stayed more then one night.

Absolutely loved our stay! We rented a two story, two bedroom villa that exceeded our expectations. Having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer for a nice treat on a family trip. The villa was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The beach and swimming area were amazing. We were able to snorkel and see tropical fish! Can’t wait to come back for another stay!

The property is very well kept. It's extremely clean and beautiful. I think they are understaffed and therefore felt the services were not excellent. We were treated well, but not 5 stars. The room is big and nice, but had no closet. Which is really strange. Overall, do recommend the property.

Without a doubt a BEAUTIFUL and very TRANQUIL facility. The staff was helpful and friendly (specially Ana at the Tiki Bar) The room was spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Having said that, I think the nightly rate is too high but nothing compared to the price of the food/drinks at the bar! To be fair, the drinks are a little above average with the rest of the area, which still doesn't make it right but it is the keys... however paying $42 dollars for a "seafood basket" that was mostly fries with three pieces of shrimp with two tiny pieces of some awful fish is ROBBERY!! I think that the powers in charge need to have a little more respect for their customers and their hard-earned money! Just because you are a tourist (or as in my case, not a tourist but an almost local) it doesn't mean that your money doesn't have value or that you have enough to make them an unfair amount of profit. One big negative of the property is that there is no breakfast available so you have to drive somewhere as there is only a Cuban cafe within walking distance.

We got a free upgrade to a home which was wonderful. Dated inside though. No keurig. 4 old tvs with no firestick or one tv to get anything but 20 year old shows. If u have mobility issues the beach is a long walk with the beach bar. Too many pools. Only need one. The restaurant is too expensive and no view. Overall the cost is for too many amenities that could be better organized. Not enough staff to have bar service at the pool all day.

The property was vast and beautiful, but there was no place to sit and rest. It was over 200 yds from my hotel to the beach, there was not one bench or chair along the way to rest there were side walks everywhere thru the hotel buildings the pools the activities area but no place to sit down I was tired when I reached the beach.

The Hotel lives up to its name “Tranquility”. Luxurious, Clean , Beautiful pool & beach & Tiki / sports bar was good with nice drinks . Lots of things to do in hotel including bikes, water sports, putting green / beach volleyball Rooms are clean and spacious. Great idea having a wristband as your room key. Small pool outside our room was being maintained so that was the only negative but apart from that it was fantastic. Highly recommend

Nice hotel and good location and over all good. But price for one night is very high and not price worthy for a couple, on top of a very high price they took extra charge for using the pool and beach, 52 USD a day. Soo I can not recommend this hotel

It certainly provides tranquility and a calm and relaxing environment. Beautiful views of the water and sunsets. Peaceful. Some maintenance needed inside the unit. Dishwasher upper rack was broken and did not clean dishes well. There were some missing utensils for cooking. Downstairs bathroom had strong mildew odor and the floors were sandy when walking barefoot even though we did not veture to the sand. There was also evidence of termites on the upstairs railing above the stairs.
