Missed informed

I loved that my family and I were very close to the beach

When we checked in on a Tuesday Kaitlyn informed us that breakfast was closed Tuesday and Wednesday. So we ended up purchasing breakfast elsewhere even though breakfast was included in the price. I spoke with the manager Tony who then informed us that breakfast was in fact open Wednesday morning and everyday from 8am-10am. When I asked Kaitlyn why did she give us false information she stated that she only told us the restaurant was closed because that's what it said online. Long story short the ended up having to reimburse us the resort fee due to their employee not being knowledgeable about the property. Other than that our stay was pleasant and we did make it in Thursday for the breakfast which was excellent and we watched the ocean waves while we ate.

Propreté, l état de l chambre murs, le choix du petit déjeuner (choix café ou jus d orange mais pas les 2), qualité de petit dej très pauvre, du produit vaisselle à la place shampooing et gel douche

Este hotel tiene mucho encanto. La ubicación inigualable y las habitaciones son muy bonitas. Nos recibió una chica en recepción realmente amable y encantadora. Fue una estancia muy agradable. Se respira paz.

Lo que no me gustó es que no había armario para colgar la ropa en mi habitación. Y otra cosa fue la hora del desayuno. Varios huéspedes a la misma hora pasa desayunar y los desayunos se demoraron muchísimo. Me levanté con tiempo para disfrutar mi desayuno cuando solo estábamos mi familia y mis amigos pero al final fueron llegando más huéspedes y fue un poco caótico. Creo que hay poco personal para atender en los desayunos. No pude esperar al mío, se demoró tanto que me tuve que ir sin desayunar.

It was ok .

They weren't serving breakfast the 2 mornings we were there . The freezer had broken . They did offer the $45 resort fee to be waived . There was no resort . They had a pool and a hot tub .

The pet fee , $50 a night per pet . Our room had been remodeled and it was nice . The $45 resort fee and the $50 a night fee per pet should've been disclosed when we booked this stay . This is the reason you should always call and make your own reservations .

Exceptional

I had an incredible experience at Rainbow Bend Resort! The resort boasts a beautiful view that simply takes your breath away. The entire property was clean and well-maintained, and I especially loved the private beach, which offered a serene and relaxing escape. The staff was exceptionally friendly, but I must give a special mention to Maurin. Their communication skills were simply amazing, and they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. I can't recommend Rainbow Bend Resort enough for anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. It truly exceeded all my expectations, and I'll definitely be returning for another memorable stay!

comfortable rooms in lovely setting.

Setting is gorgeous, right on a little beach. We saw horseshoe and hermit crabs most days, and a nurse shark once. Pelicans were flying overhead as we had breakfast. Staff at reception were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Everything was so perfect, They have thier own beach, and you can rent kayaks from them for 20 dollars. The room was like a house, and in the night you could see the stars so clear because of the darkness.

Funky/cool place

This is a funky/cool little place, and we liked it here. Wonderful beach, pool, and hot tub. The owners are wonderful & accommodate if they can. We liked the location near Curry Hammock, but be aware it's at least 6 miles into town. The restaurant has an awesome chef, but is small and limited hours. They're open roughly 5pm - 9ish and closed Tues & Wed. You also MUST make a reservation, and you might not get in the night(s) you're there, as it's the 'nice dinner out' place to go for locals. Order the duck, it's awesome. Although everything else is too! Breakfast is not fancy, but it's cooked to order!

Booking's "do you want to upgrade" email told us we'd get a room w/ a view, which isn't what we got. When talking about this w/ the office, this seems to be a pretty common issue, and IMO needs to be worked out. This is an updated 'old Florida' place, right on Rt 1 so road noise is an issue if you're not facing the water. Also- just be aware - there isn't a bar or restaurant available onsite (other than the Thurs-Mon, reservations-only restaurant mentioned above). Like I said, just be aware.

great place to stay. nice private beach

property was a little worn looking outside but with ocean frontage like that it is to be expected. however, the actual suite I stayed in was very nice. the private beach is excellent, kayaks, paddle boards etc.. available to rent. we rented kayaks and saw stingrays and other small fish. the staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean and neat. nearby to other attractions in marathon. the on-site hideaway cafe was also very nice. don’t book if you’re looking for the four seasons but if you’re traveling on a budget alone or with family I cannot recommend this place enough.

Good stay but could be better?

Staff were friendly. The private beach is definitely a huge plus, great for watching sunrise. Free parking on site. Room is clean.

Check-in ends at 8pm, which limited our plans. The restroom outside the room (under the restaurant) is really nasty. I would not go in there. The room could have stuff, seems plain right now.

The view was amazing, the staff checked on us often to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything, very clean room and the sit down and order complimentary breakfast was amazing!

All of the traffic and people in and out of the restaurant and being loud right next door while trying to relax and enjoy the quiet.

Easy to park the car. A very nice view to the sea. It was clean and the check-in and check-out was efficient and fast.

They don't have breakfast. At least, what they provided was something but definitely not a breakfast. And they serve the juice in Polystyrene cups and use paper dishes. Environmental friendly is a factor to improve!
