Beds very saggy, Room only half made up. Staff not at reception for checkout at 8am , when info said they are open from 7am. Have stayed at this Motel regularly for several years, but new ownership/Management are letting the previous High standard slip.

The family room was nice and very large - queen bed in first room, with fridge, TV and storage space and then queen and single in the other very large room with a door between. It was freezing cold but once we worked out the heater, we were nice and warm! No microwave, which would have been handy in a family room, but a small kettle was suffice.

Clean, spacious unit. Easy to get to. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Maybe updating the bathroom and decor would be good but not necessary as room was functional and tidy. I didn’t notice a restaurant, that would be very helpful as when we arrived, we were tired and didn’t feel like going to dinner. We ordered Uber eats so it’s not a big issue not having a restaurant on site. Thank you. We will book again, should we need to.

room did not look how it was advertised. Walls very thin and noisy, smoke alarm was broken and kept alarming and waking by us up, phone was broken and aircon was broken too. maintenance guy came to inspect and left our room smelling like cigarettes for the rest of the day

Overall clean but the property has changed owners , they should update website as they advertise Bar and Restaurant, they were all shut down , i went there from Melbourne for our 25th wedding anniversary, disappointed there was no Bar , i could have stayed at the Henty , so that was a bit disappointing, there was no explanation from the owners when i asked why

Never in my life have I stayed in accommodation as filthy as this place! The shower was filthy with thick white smears all over the glass and mold along the tracks and in the drain. There was long black hair all through the bathroom and there was fecal matter on the wall next to the toilet. We didn’t notice this until we returned after midnight from the even we were attending with the hopes of having a shower before bed but after seeing the state of the bathroom I couldn’t bring myself to use it. We had housekeeping knock on the door at 9am when we were checking out at 10am. The bedside lamps didn’t work above either bed, there was no toilet brush nor any washing up liquid to wash out mugs before we could use them again which begs the question how many people use them and just rinse and dry them and put them back in the cupboard? When I checked out and spoke to ‘the manager’ he refused to acknowledge there was a problem with the room even after we went back with him and showed him. His attitude was disgusting! Don’t book here, spend your money at a place where they actually care about your stay and aren’t going to be shut down by the health department in the near future!

The room matched the pictures and was lovely. The Smart TV's in the main bedroom and second bedroom where of great use and very much appreciated. The shower was pretty lackluster and changed temperature on it's own frequently, and had very little pressure. Didn't talk to the concierge much because he wasn't all that friendly or welcoming when we arrived. Didn't bother going across to the restaurant due to this initial interaction, so can't comment on the food. It should be noted there is no pool onsite, despite conflicting reports online. Overall a nice play to stay on the way to somewhere else, but I wouldn't consider this your ultimate destination or home base for a long stay.

The front desk guy was very pleasant. The room was huge, modern and clean. A couple of major issues though. The tv is in the lounge area and not watchable from bed, whilst on holidays who is watching tv on the couch? So it needs a tv for the bedroom also. And the pillows were like sleeping on logs. The hardest pillows ever.
