The rooms were very spacious and clean, but our bathroom was outdated and the toilet kept running. The pool was awesome! There was an issue with EXTREMELY LOUD teenagers in the middle of the night on Saturday night on our floor that woke up both us and my in-laws at 2AM. When brought to the attention of the front desk, they pretty much didn't care. The elevators also seemed very unstable. Breakfast was great and so was the hotel location.

Great room. Unusual setup. Next to elevator so it was a bit noisy. Good breakfast. Staff very friendly and there was coffee out in lobby in the evening time which was really nice.

We had a great stay for a quick overnight as we were seeing a concert in Bridgeport. Everyone at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. We would stay there again.

This was a nice hotel. Easy parking and close to a lot of dining options and highways. The room was clean though I think a little dark. The towels were thin and small. The breakfast was sufficient and hot. Overall I would stay again when I visit family.

I first start up by saying I booked on Expedia specifically to make sure I had the three rooms that we needed for our vacation. I booked three of the bigger queen rooms. I was the last of my party to arrive as we were stuck in Danbury, Ct in the horrible rainstorm. When I got to the hotel, they told me that my room was not available as they overbooked the hotel. They gave us adjoining rooms however the point of it was, we had to move all of our stuff two days later. I understand that we had the room and I shouldn’t complain, however I’m not sure that booking on Expedia was the best thing to do. I booked three rooms at least three weeks in advance. Very, very unsettling to say the least. Again, not sure if it was Expedia or the Hampton Inn in Shelton Connecticut.

Breakfast was blah, had to ask for towels, coffee and toilet paper (checked in with barely a half roll.) bathroom set up was weird. Double doors, odd shaped bathroom with a full length mirror that you couldn’t stand in front off. Dirty tub.

The pool was so heavily chlorinated there was a film on the water & your eyes burned in the hall. We're very disappointed because the weather was dreary so we couldn't just go to a beach instead. Otherthan that, the other issues were handled

The only issue that I had was our room smelled of dog urine. We had to buy room fresheners and a candle to mass the smell. Don’t let your kids play on the floor.

Traveling from PA up through Maine and stayed in this hotel on our way. My kids absolutely loved the pool and my 5 yr old especially loved the water slide. The room was clean and comfortable, staff was good, and free breakfast was a bonus.

Hotel has reduced room cleaning to an ‘on request’ basis. Was not made clear at check-in. Stayed four nights during one of hottest weeks in summer. Bed was made only by me, and trash was never emptied. Custodian came in to change a light bulb, but guess he didn’t tell anyone the trash baskets were full
