Was told breakfast wasn’t available for me after I was told when I checked in breakfast time and prices.

UN - comfortable

Heated pool was chilly. Tv kept freezing for 2 days and nights. Finally changed rooms. Was compensated for 2 days. (Thanks). Lookin’ for a better heated pool.

had to repair toilet,constantly running,flapper pull chain to long,toilet so low to the ground , when i sat on it my dangly bits got wet,inverter valve for shower was cumbersome/worn out,never could get the water temperature for shower the way i wanted it ☹️

Good traditional spot for Shelton area business. Is there for decades but nicely renovated.

The room was right next to the outdoor air conditioning condensing units which are all located right in front of the windows of the hotel. The noise was deafening.

The place is nice. The quality of service was not.

The property was clean.

I lost my AirPods in the room, when I went up it was being cleaned. The lady said nothing was in the room, I know I left it in the room. I requested them to contact me once they found it. Still no answer.

I am dissatisfied with the service that was provided to me I paid 137.00 for poor service

I liked the location there was lots of choices for food and shopping

well first of all I arrived to check in and the attendant checked me into a room that was already occupied I opened the door and scared the poor people that was already in the room so then he gave me another room and it had a kitchenette in it so I went to the grocery store and purchased steaks and came back and the stove didn’t work due to the hotel not having the proper pots so I spent 50 dollars on groceries and I still ended up eating fast food the attendant was nice enough to come upstairs only to tell me that we had the wrong pots and there wasn’t anymore in the hotel this was one of the worst stays I’ve had in a hotel I was very disappointed
