Generally was good, but a couple of issues. Expedia obviously didn’t pass on to you the name change and there was issue checking in Info said mini bar but there was not No exhaust fan in bathroom No face washers - had to request No “pillow menu” TV didn’t have channels on it only channel 7 cricket Reception tried to get it sorted but couldn’t. Connected my phone to chrome cast device but as I don’t have the premium Netflix couldn’t cast it so only option was YouTube. The wifi was not up to the task and felt buffering. So very poor experience on that level. Breakfast was adequate but very narrow area and got bumped a lot. Always ran out of forks! No muesli available Watermelon was like it was cut up 3 days earlier

Breakfast room kaotic, poorly designed, too small. Food area needs to flow in one direction as ppl pushing thru dangerously when hot beverages being carried. Put tea coffee and the hot water urn in another zone. Would not eat there again based on this mornings experience.

We arrived early 10:00am from Canada. The hotel was fully booked. They secured all our luggage, we went for a walk and lunch. When we came back at 2:00pm we were able to check-in. We appreciated that very much.

Comfortable rooms. Great location in heart of food district. Close to public transport and walkable. Prices were quite high for a room that was just a room, no view, nothing special on the second floor. Many flight staff seem to stay at the location. Maybe they had better lodgings?

Great and easy checkin in. The room was pretty good. The eonly downside was one side of the latex king mattress was indented and had a hump in the middle, so you felt like you were rolling out of bed all night. We had to prop a pillow under the edge of the mattress to make it comfortable enough. Otherwise it was pretty comfortable room. Breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel of this class, and service was very good despite it being quite busy. I'd stay here again if need be because the location is great being right in Darling Harbour and Chinatown area.

Friendly, easy check-in. Amazing location. Super clean, comfortable and large room. Bathroom updated with eco friendly products. Tea, coffee and fridge in room. Wonderful stay.

Hotel is in Chinatown, lots of food choices within 3-15mins walking distance. 30mins walking distance to Circular Quay. I love this hotel.

Easy check in and good location. Bathroom not clean and had rust, mold, and water damage. Bed was soft and bad base was in poor condition. Overall the property needs some attention.

The property is a bit worn out and needing a renovation. However, for the price per night it is very reasonable and you cannot beat the convenience of the location close to markets/shops, dining options, transport etc.

Our Furama Darling Harbour stay was perfect for us .. spacious room , quietness , easy flow of the room cleanliness and the hotel in all was lovely , staff so pleasant and helpful .. the position of hotel was convenient to trains , and Darling Harbour itself .. top stay !! Will go back again !!

Not a 4 start hotel under any circumstances. Tired and plain without any personality. The staff are lovely, and the breakfast was good. Parking is convoluted and away from the hotel in a parking station where a discounted fee was provided. Would not stay there again.

Great place to stay can see they have invested in the place since taking over from holiday inn. Really convenient location tk darling harbour and Pitt street. Staff were really friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at the property, the only thing that we didn’t rate is the cleaning in the rooms. Attention to detail, ie vacuuming the floors and making sure the shower floors were clean were not their strongest point. Otherwise great place for families to stay at. Let’s hope now that a new hotel chain has taken over, these details will be addressed.

Good location, friendly staff, however carpets not vacuumed despite asking 3 days in a row, and only supplied 2 towels for 4 in the room each time the room was serviced

The facilities are old, the bathtub drain valve has no cover, so you can only use the shower. The food is delicious, but the seats are crowded and uncomfortable. The staff are not smiling and are not frendly.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Housekeeping made the beds and took out (some of) the garbage but did not replace used glasses and mugs. There were bugs in the drain that came out when the shower was turned on. We had booked three nights but left after two.

Very welcoming front desk. Room Comfortable and Clean. Spacious room! Breakfast was well catered for - although busy - items refilled quickly and tables cleaned and cleared promptly. Only thing that was wrong - bottom sheet on bed was not big enough to fit bed - so at least 30cms of bed did not have sheet on. Possibly housekeeping placed wrong sheet on bed! . A small inconvenience but worth mentioning for housekeeping to make sure it doesn't happen again!

My expectation on the Hotel Room is not commensurate to the price. Very basic. The air-condition was not sufficient. I requested for coffee cups to replace the used ones and the lady was taking a photo to have another person replaced. No bottled water. You have to buy in the vending machine.
