This was the worst stay ever. I called in two days before to make sure they had a crib as it’s listed on the amenities list. I was told I would not be able to get one because I booked through hotels.com. I also asked if the room would have a mini fridge, I was told rudely that all rooms have mini fridges. When I arrived, I was not surprised by the service waiting for my room key. When I asked about the crib, I was told she would need to go find one if they had any left. When we got to the room it smelled wet and when I went to crack the window there was no screen and window didn’t lock. There was no mini fridge or microwave and the bathroom wasn’t clean. When we called down there was so much attitude and us being told there was nothing they could do. When I mentioned I was going to call the higher ups they told us to hold on they would be up soon. The manager came up gave us keys and said the new room is two doors down. The new room was the one that I paid for with the correct amenities that we were told originally wasn’t available. Plus there was a crib in the room. We had to call to ask for towels and was told to come down and get them and the room was not cleaned the 3 days we were there. The only way into the hotel from the parking area is up three stairs through an emergency exit. When I thought we had seen it all we found ants in the bathroom, on the second floor. The only positive thing was the nice cleaning lady who greeted us as we left our room.

The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke.
Our beds were hard and uncomfortable.
In the morning we found tiny ants teeming on the beds.
It was next door to a parking garage, so all night car alarms were chirping as people locked their doors.

The two ladies at the front desk were very rude. I have a heart condition and I was put on the 3rd floor and after
I climbed the 3 flights up i called the front desk to maybe get on a lower floor and she argued with me continuously and told me there was nothing else available. I dont believe she checked even because i waited a 1/2 hour and i called her. And again she was rude

While it was mostly clean, it was kind of shabby. I find it unacceptable that it was impossible to contact the property by phone AT ALL. They said a shuttle would pick up on the top and bottom of the hour well they were 10 minutes late @ 4:30 am. Minutes count when you are catching a plane. To check out, had to bang continuously to get the check out person. Overall, service sucked.

Need to be updated very out dated

No fridge in room no microwave! Fire alarm went off. There was no ine telling us anything where tomgo wheat was going on!

The attendant was sleeping when I got there to check in. She told me the park behind the building and then the elevators were Just off the lobby. It was dark. I asked if there was another way to get in besides walking all the way around the building she said my key card will work on the back door.
The morning attendant was not any more pleasant. I thought you had a continental breakfast she inform me you didn’t but she was very rude about it
I’m really sorry I’m a member

Our shuttle driver on 9/24 @ 5:30 am would only do one stop…so my disabled husband had to walk from one end of the airport to the other. We’ve been staying here for years and I’m so disappointed that the shuttle driver doesn’t know to make multiple stops. Won’t stay here again.

It was a quick trip to stay for 1 night before our cruise. It was run down, the staff was very rude and unfriendly. A lot of drug activity and homeless people outside. Would not recommend at all.
3.1
No refrigerator, microwave or breakfast
3.1
Not a bad hotel, quiet which I like. However, it was obvious the staff were not enjoying their work. I did not run in to any staff that smiled or had “hospitality” on their agenda.
3.1
The attitude of the front staff was one of the worst.
3.1
It was old but clean, and the proximity to the airport was great.
3.1
Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff weren’t super friendly or very cheerful. Other then that it was a nice place to stay and very close to the light rail station.
3.1
When we booked the hotel, it said it included a complimentary hot breakfast.
We checked in....we were then told otherwise.
That has a fairly big bearing on where i decide to stay when i travel.
3.1
Outdated airport hotel that simply needs a refresh. The AC was struggling but in the end got the job done.
Good only for a short night stay.

I booked this hotel as I was arriving on a late flight. It was advertised as having an airport shuttle. It took an hour and a half to get my luggage and get to the shuttle pickup area. There was a number posted to call so they could tell you where to stand for the shuttle. Both myself and another lady called repeatedly for almost 2 hrs and didn’t get through and the shuttle didn’t go by once. When I finally made my way to the hotel at 0145 the guy on the desk just laughed, didn’t apologize and said, oh ya they still haven’t changed the number on the sign. Then they gave me the wrong room and I had to drag all of my luggage back to the front desk to get another room. It was 3am before I got to bed. I wasn’t given any compensation for the shuttle screw up. The room was okay but noisy. I would not recommend staying here.
3.1
The room hadn’t been made up from the previous guest, but they but me in a different room, which was fine. But the desk staff couldn’t have been more rude. They acted as if they were doing me a favor, and that I was just an annoyance.
3.1
The website says there is a pool, but there is not. There is no housekeeping and the staff is loud and rude. They use Dove toiletries, which smell fantastic, and the people who run the restaurant are nice. The bed was very comfortable. The phone did not work and the microwave was missing the turn tray. There is an airport shuttle that runs often. They deactivated the door keys at 11 when signs everywhere say checkout is noon. Basically, it would be a decent stay for a layover, but nothing spectacular for a real vacation. And lastly, the young lady at the front desk should be retrained on hospitality and offering simple respect to Ramada customers.

It was a really nice convenient, clean option for a good night's sleep after a late night arrival at SeaTac. We would definitely stay there again.
3.1
Shuttle service was poor. Driver and receptionist were unhappy and unhelpful.
3.1
Horrible experience with this app. Canceled our reservation 6 days prior to the date due to my 84yr old mother having covid and needing to fly home early. Hotel and app would not refund or even credit our account. Very unsatisfactory and difficult to work with… never again using this platform.
3.1
when I called from the airport to get the shuttle, I realized there was no contact phone # on the Hotels.com receipt. I called the Ramada and the desk person was very unhelpful. It seemed like a prison check-in w/ tiny speaking hole w/ desk person. Room was old/tired/peeling bathroom pain and cracked fixtures. The bright spot was the Vietnamese restaurant off the lobby.
3.1
We were able to check in early much to our surprise. The clerk was so very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and well decorated with the exception of dresser drawers that wouldnt stay closed. But the bathroom was another story. Seriously in need of an update. It had peeling wall paper and shower mold.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at this hotel. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to answer questions. Additionally, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard; the carpet was particularly filthy. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
3.1
One of the windows on our floor was completely missing, which is a health and safety risk. The reception staff was unhelpful and rude. The only drink machine on the floor doesn’t work. The staff left a dirty cleaning rag. There are loose tiles in the bathroom. Considering the decent reviews and price point, I would have expected far better from a chain brand. We chose it mainly for the free airport shuttle but would do better elsewhere.
3.1
The bed was extremely comfortable. No refrigerator or microwave.
3.1
The hotel is run down. Not worth the $180 a night

Check in lady with attitude. Not even want to say one more word!! My room face to ice machine and my window face to graveyard. Top floor kids run at night and morning. No rest at all. Very bad stay.
3.1
Stayed 3 nights never did receive cleaning service and when I called for it no one ever came. Had to use the same towels for 3 days and trash piled up inside the room. Very poor maid service.
3.1
For the record, I chose this hotel because I needed a very long stay of nearly 20 days, and any other hotel was either not available for that full time window, or so exorbitantly expensive that this was the only option. At the time, we were managing a number of logistical headaches, so we didn't really spend much time at the hotel for the first two weeks or so. It wasn't until the very end of that period that the hotel rooms were really used for anything other than sleeping. Either way, we chose this place because the price for that long a stay was tenable. So yeah, this hotel is pretty darn cheap. I should be clear, though, that I use the word "cheap" deliberately rather than "affordable."
This is a place you should stay for a maximum of a single night for no other reason than the fact that it is conveniently close to the airport and the shuttle service is quick enough that you can make it to the airport in approx. 10-15 minutes. For any other reason, stay away entirely. The place has effectively no usable amenities. Most of the rooms have not even a fridge; the smell of weed fills every hallway; the tub seals leak; the rooms had the musty smell of a swamp straight out of a Predator film.
On top of which, my car was broken into on the very first night after we left it for more than two days continuously, and the response I got was "Oooh, yeeeah. That happens. Them's the breaks." Magnificent place.

Hotel was dated, was dirty and dingy. Mold in showers. we will not stay there again.

The Airport Shuttle Service line was busy when I tried to call for a pickup upon arrival at SEATAC. I think I called the number 6 or 7 times within a 10 minutes but it was always busy. I can call the front desk number and went straight to voice mail. I had to look up the hotel's website and called the number there and finally got someone answered the call and arrange the pickup. Upon checking in, the front desk person was very rude and didn't like to answer questions from me. I would never again staying in that hotel. One good thing was the cleaning lady who was very nice and friendly. She did a good job.
3.1
A free 24/7 shuttle from the airport is advertised but not mentioned that you must call and request it once you get to the pickup location, directions to which are also not provided by the hotel, but good luck getting the shuttle as it may take half an hour of calling the hotel before someone may answer to send a shuttle for you, which is not fun to wait for after landing at 3 am, especially when you finally arrive at the hotel and wait another 15 minutes for someone to appear at the desk to check you in. The building in general is outdated and dirty and in a state of disrepair so you may get a huge jacuzzi tub in your room but also it may not have a functioning drain if you suffer from my bad luck. You get what you pay for, mostly just be wary of the shuttle if you are counting on it and expect inconveniences where it may affect your travel plans.
3.1
No pool
3.1
Nice property. Close to SEATAC airport, but not enough shuttle trips back and forth to airport.
