Sea & Breeze is always a great place to stay. The staff are always nice and polite and very helpful. You can't beat how close you are to EVERYTHING!!!! Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, the Pier and the Beach.

My husband and I stayed here after going on a Celebrity cruise. We wanted our vacation to last a little longer before having to return home and go back to normal life. The room was cute, had a very comfortable bed, but could use a little TLC especially in the bathroom. It was handicap accessible, but there were no safety bars in the shower or anywhere to hang towels, washcloths, or wet bathing suits. It could use another shelf in the shower to hold shampoo, conditioner and what not. The screen size on the TV 📺 was weird. We tried to put it on a normal screen size using the remote, but it stayed small no matter which option we picked. The hotel location was great! We were within a few steps of the pool, beach, pier, tourst shops, and local eateries. If we're ever at Tybee Island, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Always go here when we go to tybee. Close to everything. Bars shops restaurants. Only a block from the beach Wet Willie's downstairs and awesome pizza across the street. Also every time i go there i meet awesome people on the terrace where u can watch people walking down below. Love it.

The staff was friendly at check-in/out. Room was fairly clean, but few amenities. Minimal drawer space, no closet, no towel racks. 6 out of 10. The price was good for mid-week, post Labor Day.

I have a f150 so it’s big so the lady at the front desk had us park in a no parking zone which I guess they use for big vehicles it was below the second floor well people were smoking and throwing there cigarettes in the back of my truck and burned a hole in my beach chairs and the morning we were to check out by 11 well it was 10am and house keeping just walked in our room didn’t even knock and we had the do not disturb card on the door my granddaughter was in the bed and I was fixing to get into the shower so other then that it was a pretty good stay

Nice pool. Convient to beach, shops, cafes, ice cream parlors, large pier. No staff on site at night to tame the all night party people. Can hear the conversations going on in the next room. Very outdated rooms with unstable wobbly room entrance door. AC unit worked well. Towels were clean. Lumpy bed. Toilet did not flush properly. Parking on ground level. Pool and rooms on level 2 and more rooms on level 3. Every side on level 2 and 3 had nice adorondac furniture to enjoy shade or sun to watch below all the comings and goings. Too expensive. Will not be back there again.

We liked that there was a roof pool, that was pretty cool. The room that we had was awesome, the bed was so comfortable my husband wanted one like it at home. The hotel was so close to the beach, it was a 5 minute walk. We will book again.

I loved the location of the property. It definitely felt like a "party" property and people were loud and drinking heavily. I was there with my kids so it was just weird. It was fairly old and my kids found a dead bug.

Moldy shower curtain. Pictures in listing must be old. Rooms need repairs and a deep clean. It says non smoking property but allows smoking everywhere but in rooms. Whole place smells like weed which hey do you but its hard to explain to a 4 year old that theres not actually a skunk. It is close to the beach but parking is TERRIBLE. Its very VERY tight and only 1 elevator on one side. We left our reservations early because of Debby and the potential for 24inch rain fall. No understanding from hotel staff. They looked at it like we will be at work so you can stay too which would've ruined a beach vacation. But its policy so I didn't throw a fit. However it doesnt make me ever want to stay again. Definitely wont be recommending this place.

There are great things about this hotel and some things that just stressed me out. If you have a larger vehicle, parking is going to be a nightmare. Luckily staff allowed me to park elsewhere when there weren’t spots I could fit into. It’s a great walk to the beach and food, but is it the most child friendly? Nah.

Updated motel room. Affordable with a kitchenette. Easy walk to the beach, dining, and shopping. Quick drive to North beach also. The fridge did not cool well so recommend to have a cooler if you want drinks or food to stay very cold.

Location is great but all the rooms need to upgraded. We were searching all over for plugs for my husband’s CPAP machine and all our phones and laptops, etc. There was a there was a limit to lighting. It wasn’t fair that the main light covered the entire room versus having a lamp on each side and one lamp in the middle and it would’ve been nice if you had the lamps that also had the electrical plugs in them. Also, there were urine stains underneath the toilet seat and the floor had not been mopped. I went over the entire room and bathroom with disinfectant wipes, and I had to wear shower shoes or socks, walking on the floor or in the shower. That’s how dirty it felt.

It was average, the closeness to the beach made it worth it. We didn’t like all the smokers outside. It seems the smoke came into the room through the a/c. If you’re allergic to smoke, I wouldn’t recommend.

For a beach hotel it was ok. Pool on property, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very close to beach and main area on Tybee Island. We were in walking distance to many restaurants. Great for grandparents and parents traveling with teenagers. Room was decorated with bright beach colors and very comfy bed. However, the floors turned your feet and socks black and the shower curtain had mildew. No tub drain and Toliet needed some bleaching from the sulfur water. It was relatively quiet, which was surprisingly wonderful being a beach hotel. Needs full size coffee pot in the room.

This was a good place. Travelocity gave it a "good" rating and I'm giving it the same. The people here were very nice except for 1. Our check-in was supposed to be 11am. Apparently one of their staff was sick, so we had wait till 11:30am. Pool was nice. a storm came up, and they made us get out of the pool. At 10:00pm, they closed the pool. A couple of us asked if we could stay in a little longer, but the lady said "I gave you 5 more minutes". Not so nice. Overall, nice stay.
