My problem was about the toilet. I don't want to say much more, given that it's such a small thing to most, but wow, it informed how I perceived the hotel. What other things do house-keeping take short-cuts on?

I stayed at the Juniper for the first time this weekend as my friend and I attended a concert at The Mountain Winery which was close by. We picked the Juniper due to its close proximity to the concert venue, the reasonable price of a room (double queen suite), and the overall positive reviews. Staff were friendly and helpful, while the room was spacious and perfect for two people. Parking was easy to navigate and there were ample parking spaces available no matter the time of day. Because we were at the concert, we wanted to order food for our room upon our return. There was a great texting feature for Juniper, and so I was able to text the front desk and alert them that our pizza would be arriving and for them to keep an eye out for it. I received a response quickly and upon our arrival back to Juniper after the concert, our pizza was waiting on a table, ready for us to pickup and take back to our room. I appreciated the texting feature because I felt that I could communicate with staff efficiently and quickly if I needed to. Recommendations I would suggest would be a fan in the bathroom as it did get a bit stuffy when using the shower, but nothing we could not work with. Additionally, the use of the key card to access the floor our room was on was a bit excessive, however, we did appreciate the added security measure (it was just hard to manage finding our key card when we had a lot in our hands!) We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again! Thank you Jun

This was my second stay at the Juniper (although I've eaten here many times) and I have been pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the rooms are. They're very well-appointed with lots of natural light. The lobby is quite comfortable and the fitness center is better than those at most hotels. There are also lots of stores and restaurants within easy walking distance (and of course Apple and other companies are super close by). The staff is also incredibly friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, clean, and quiet property. Safe and easy parking in the attached garage was a plus. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! It was a great place to retreat to after a concert at the nearby Mountain Winery ❤️

Mislead me with advertising. The pool is a hike away at another site. We did not go to the pool. Restaurant and bar are closed on weekend. I wish I would have stayed somewhere else.

What a nice hotel in Cupertino-and super well situated for shopping, food, safety, everything. I love this area-and would recommend this hotel to anyone! I wish the pool wasn’t share with the Apartment complex next door but I get it-the hotel doesn’t have a pool, so they made do with what options were local. I think that was the only reason to mark one star off. Otherwise, we slept like we were in our own house. The breakfast was made to order-while the potatoes are spicy, I would recommend the French Toast and the Poached egg over tomato toast. And I’d likely recommend more, but that is all we had 😁. The hotel is so clean, comfortable, professional-we really loved our stay.
