Pillowcase was stained or dirty. Carpet in hallway and in room were loose and dirty or stained.

The room was not clean and furniture was very old l , carpet dirty and the shower curtain in the bathroom was torn. I do not recommend especially for the price only good thing was the staff and how close it is to the mall

After a two hour commute, we dropped off our bags in the king suite room and my partner went to use our bathroom. She came out disappointed and told me that an ant started crawling up her leg. She than told me she saw a good amount in the bathtub. A quick glance within the bathroom there were a large group of ants in the bathtub walking around a previous guest hair strands along the walls and the shower handle. While disgusted by the room’s conditions we were in a rush so we felt like we could deal with the issue later on in the night or we could switch rooms Once we came back to the room after socializing with friends. (Coming back to the hotel around 11pm) We didn’t want to take a downgrade in room in terms of size so we took the effort to kill all the ants and clean up what we could. This effort took a good 20 minutes for us to become our own amateur exterminators. We ate in the front room and then took a shower in the semi clean bathroom. Noticing the ants were still coming from either below the tub or under the ground. We were disgusted but we did not want to complain. What led to this post was when I was checking out, I showed the video of the ant colony and dirty tub to the check out host. The front desk didn’t really seem to care, just told me “I will tell house cleaning” then thanked me for my stay. Not really concerned about the Ant Farm. This was my go to hotel when I visited the Sunnyvale/Hotel Area. Unsure if this will remain my stable hotel

The rooms were well put together with a very comfortable bed. I found the breakfast a bit lack lustre and felt it was bit impersonal with no staff, at hand, to ask any questions.

we were able to make it to our reservation because our car engine blew up. i tried calling a couple times after to see if we could get a refund. they never picked up the phone and have tried to get a refund through the insurance we bought but nothing. wish the customer service was better.

Property is outdated, and AC didn’t work

The hotel was a bit dated but lovely nonetheless.Staff were friendly and super nice. Great place to stay.

I lost 13,000 in the hotel! Just room fee they charged twice $6500 in one month!

It was very comfortable and roomy. The TV's were a bit dated.

The hotel is right by the freeway, which is a convenient location. I wouldn't say I like the hotel because it needs a major renovation. The carpet in the room needs washing and cleaning, ac in the room is super loud, the bed squeaks, and the bathroom is outdated.

This was such a disappointing stay. The pool was not available for use and was filthy. The elevator inspection was 2 years past expired and a temporary inspection that was a year old. The continental breakfast didn’t even include hot foods like eggs and bacon. And the carpet in my room was stained to high heaven. I won’t stay here again.

A gym was advertised but not actually on the property. Disappointed that the pool was out of service. Everything else was good.

Bathroom needed maintenance

Price increased significantly, but overall quality of bed, pool and breakfast declined.

The Cupertino hotel could use an update. Pictures online are deceiving.

The hotel is very dated. Elevator was not working. We had to switch room as first room was not vacuumed. Fire detector was hanging from ceiling and not connected Horrible visit. Won't stay there again

Housekeeping was terrible.

Although it is an older property, the rooms were updated and clean with plenty of room and wonderful little touches. Can’t say enough good things about our stay!

From the second we walked in it was filthy, the carpet was disgusting, waljed straight to tbe restroom from our long trip and before I opened the bathroom door I could smell was sewage and as soon as I open the door there was water leaking from the ceiling, never made it to the room, tried to canceled still got charged.

Towels were not provided though we called the housekeeping 2 to 3 times. But they had the time to call us and tell to vacate the hotel. Elevator was not stopping at 2 nd floor . When they knew elevator was not working why did they give us the room then . Their hallway carpets were stinking and full of stains. Common Bathroom was smelling bad .

I liked that everyone was helpful and welcoming. It wasn’t too loud. I was a little concerned about the elevator and the kind of randomness with the floors. Would come here again.

Supposedly the hotel is under renovation. Please consider this lightly when reading this review. Woke up with bites on my legs. Bed bugs or fleas?Poorly lit hallways Outdoor walkways dirty Rooms are carpeted, wondering about the cleanliness of the carpet. Continental breakfast was unappealing. Hotel had a old/tired smell. This hotel allows animals. I am an animal lover, however, don't think animals belong in hotels. One of the elevators was not working. The other elevator worked, but made a lot of noise which was concerning. Fountain in the middle of the courtyard had green water in it that looked like a huge algae problem. I booked 3 nights in this hotel. After my first night, I went to a new hotel even though I could not get any type of refund. It was that bad! Steer clear of these 3rd party reservation opportunities as they are not customer friendly. Work directly with the hotels for reservations as that will provide you with more flexibility and recourse. Beautiful Hotel! Will stay again

The elevator was not working that time. The stairs going up is a little musky and carpet are outdated if not worn out. Pool was nice. Room was ok.
