Fantastic a 1 night stay.

The staff were very friendly and came right up with bedding for the pull out couch. They even called me right after checkout to let me know the maid found my daughter’s AirPods in our room. Top notch!

The staff is super nice every time I stay . The rooms are big and updated . They have nice appliances and their stoves work great . I never have any complaints when I go there .

Above and beyond friendly welcome for my son and I upon arrival. Room was great, appropriately stocked and clean. Housekeeping lagged during the latter end of our week stay. Lacking soap to wash our hands and the unbearable smell after three days of diapers sittingin the waste basket. Even the hair conditioner ran out. Breakfast is disorganized at best. I recommend sending staff to shadow the Residence Inn sister location on Taylor in Roseville. Overall wonderful experience. Thanks 👍

I enjoyed the convenience of this property. It was within walking distance to shopping and dining options. The property itself was clean and quiet.

Overall happy with the property. Room was clean, quiet, great breakfast selection in the morning. Was disappointed the pool wasn’t available a few of the days we were there. We purposely didn’t go over the weekend because of the crowds but was not available for us to use on Monday.

The AC in the lobby and breakfast area was not working. We had to take breakfast back to our room to eat.

We had a good stay. Intial room we were put in had hair in the bed so the quickly changed us out to another room. staff was very friendly. Garbage cans on the property were overflowing.

Clean , nice hotel

Great location close to everything you could need. Room was dated lots of wear and tare.

Showed up around 10pm to check in. Lobby doors were open, lights on appeared to have someone working. Sat in the lobby for 40 minutes, called the front desk several times. No one ever came. Had just drove 5 hours and needed rest. I had to leave and find another hotel.

Although the rooms were clean enough, the family suite that we stayed in was incorrectly advertised as 5-6 people capacity. The sofabed in the living room for the 5th person was TERRIBLE. I couldn't even sit on it, so I slept on the sofa itself - which ended up being a really uncomfortable night. Also, the staff and management need massive improvement: - I checked in online a day prior confirming that we were 5 adults checking in, but we were never provided with (or asked if we needed) a set of towels and bedding for the 5th person. - the hotel had no housekeeping who could help with the sofabed - The reception didn't send towels for over a half hour after we called them. - During breakfast, the staff just stood around/chatted with each other and were completely unhelpful when we asked for certain items. The breakfast was sparse, and stale - even my dog refused to eat the scrambled eggs (and he never refuses those!) Finally - I am completely shocked at the non-refundable fee of $100 charged for my dog. With that large a fee, I would expect that basic courtesies be provided in the so-called pet friendly location. There were no pet bowls provided & no true accommodation for him accompanying us (a small green patch at the front of the hotel does not make it pet friendly). A much higher fee than most other hotel establishments, it honestly wasn't worth it. It would be preferable if they made the fee refundable (so damages could be covered). NOT staying here again.

The TV was in the corner and could not be angled to better face the couch - horrible design idea there!!! The door lock would remain in the lock position, resulting in it staying open when coming and going until one had to turn the handle, sometimes with the key. Dangerous if in a hurry bc not sure if door would close properly. AC was noisy to had to turn it off at night to sleep, waking up to a hot room in the middle of the night. Liked the fully equipped kitchen! Came in handy a few nights. Sofa made a good second bed (didn’t use the “bed” part of it”. Susan, the night staff at check-in was great! Helpful, friendly and courteous!

Checked in Wednesday, didn't get cleaning until Tuesday. Twice they straightened bed, empty baskets. Breakfast few poor choices, constantly ran out of items, terrible coffee. Terrible wifi, had to co outside using the phones.

Staff was great with some recommendations and helping us to check in and easy out.

Good coffee & breakfast. Extremely dim lighting in rooms. Can definitely use a good lighting upgrade. Everything else good.

Very pleasant experience. Room was well kept and staff was inviting. Literally only downside was hot tub being shut down for maintenace. Otherwise great experience all around. Thank you

Convenient location, walking distance to mini eateries

The location is GREAT. Parking is easy. Staff is friendly. Could use a little love (bathtub needs a redo) and more lighting in the main area. No extra blankets or pillows in the room which would have been nice.
