Overall, my stay was pleasant. There were just some minor things that could have made my stay a lot better. First, the sound proofing was a bit terrible. In the bedroom I was in, I could hear everything in the next room, even a person snoring throughout the night, which made it very distracting and somewhat unpleasant. Also, there was a constant stale smell in the room once I arrived and throughout my stay which was also unpleasant. Other than that, the view, the amenities, and location were great!

Great location in central Berkshires. Suite was well stocked and comfortable for 2 couples traveling together as you each have space and have a central place for socializing.

Great place to stay in the Berkshires. They had a lovely social hour on Monday. Only drawback when I checked in lady didn't tell me what floor my room was on. I had another guest help me with it.

I needed to get a new set of keys for my room becauseI left the originals in my room. It took about 40 minutes with rechecking ID and verification from my daughter and then a guard delivering the keys.

The staff was wonderful. The suite had everything that we needed and felt like home. I was there for a hiking trip and location was convenient and loved being able to relax in a jacuzzi afterwards.

Great hotel. There is a movie theatre, small arcade, and indoor and outdoor pools. Great option if you are in the area for skiing, hiking, fishing, and other outdoor activities. The only issue is that there is only one restaurant near the hotel and it is higher end. Otherwise, if you want to eat out, it’s a 20 to 30 minute drive.

The Wyndham Bentley Brook is one of my absolute favorite places. It’s so relaxing, the staff is wonderfully helpful and kind, the units are immaculate and the amenities and activities are terrific. Couldn’t be happier.

We ended up checking out a whole day earlier because the walls are so thin that we could hear the guest in the room next to ours. Unfortunately the resort could not accommodate us with another room so my family and I decided to shorten our stay…..didn’t feel we should be uncomfortable on what was meant to be a vacation.

We loved our stay. Our child got sick while we were here and the front desk helped out with an extended check out and provided many crafts. everyone was friendly and helpful. Super close to Jiminy. Enjoyed seeing a Hanukkah display up as well as all of the beautiful Christmas decorations. Well done.

Very good weekend. It was very off season, late November, so nothing going on. We knew that when booking. Was a very nice quiet couple of days. Dinning options was the only downside. Needed to travel about 20min for decent restaurants. The only restaurant around the corner was stupidly expensive. $18 for a burger that was smaller than the average Burger King cheese burger, yes cheeseburger not whopper. lol. If you want fries that was extra

This property is amazing and the staff is so nice ! There is plenty to do at the hotel itself including the movie theatre,pools and game room. My 4 year old loved it here as well. We will definitely be back again !

It was just what we were looking for. We needed a “recharge the batteries” weekend and this was perfect. The grounds are beautiful and the unit was great, everything we needed. Checkin and checkout were easy the staff were very welcoming. We will be going back.

For the money you can't beat it. A one bedroom with a kitchen for less than a hotel room? Come on be serious :) Bed very comfortable, location great. It is not the Marriot, but a great price and lots for the money.

Somewhat quiet- we could hear the party above us most of the nights. Gorgeous mountain- nice pool although the bottom needs to be cleansed! Will go back!!
