Really nice resort with friendly staff. Breakfast with a great choice of food. Restaurant and bar is nice but expensive for Thailand, Europe prices for everything. Overall the hotel was nice.

Such an amazing, peaceful experience here!! Cannot rave about this place enough. So beautiful, such friendly staff, was so sad to leave!! Breakfast was amazing - great restaurants for dinner options too. Everyone was just so nice and welcoming we absolutely loved our stay.

The hotel need to pay attention much more in details according to the bathroom function for example our bathroom got block all the time after had a shower; the water run very slow and the smell of the toilet. The hotel beach was lovely but cannot swim as there were so much rocks! The garden was beautiful but there were lack of vibrant colour from flowers! We ordered some foods from the restaurant and two Thai dishes was disappointed 😔 but the burger was delicious. The breakfast was ok; the only good thing was coffee and fruits. Overall it was ok but we won’t come back.

Nice location by the beach, and rooms were ok but some needed to be refreshed a bit. We had a cottage which was nice and clean but had alot of ants in the cupboards and countertops which annoyed the kids a bit. Otherwise the food and service was generally good and the distance from the beach was perfect.

We stayed in hillside room, so funicular was a fun touch. It's a slow ride up and down and only one car was running, so there was a wait. Grounds and pool amazing. Breakfast was splendid. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I feel quite disappointed in this property. The website made it look great, in particular the beach bungalows where we stayed. The bungalow was clean-ish, but very dated and ugly. The beach itself is litteted with plastic bottles and other rubbish. You dont see these photos on the website ! We also had our doors open to our beach bungalow, and were rudely told by a cleaner to shut our doors. Why ? Who knows. The whole point of a beach bungalow is to enjoy the view and sound of the waves. I would never stay at this resort again. It was a huge disappointment for me. The hotels mantra is about looking after their environment....they need to try harder.

This accommodation is outstanding and very comfortable, spacious and serene. There is a very large pool and private beach to frockling around in. The staff are so kind and friendly. I would highly recommended this place to stay!

I was expecting more from such a resort. On my arrival at 21:00, there was a water break, it is the last thing you want after over 20 hrs on the road. Then again they had to shout down the water flow and electricity for the afternoon.

Also, ask for Woody from Goodwill Phuket to take you sightseeing around the island for a day, super cheap and unforgettable. Thank you, your staff made Phuket a magical experience, highly recommend! 😊

If you want calm, beautiful gardens, amazing lagoon pool than this the hotel for you. 25 minutes to town in the free hotel shuttle is very handy. Jung Ceylon mall is fantastic for shopping and food. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back. Recommend the pool access room.

Overrall great experience, would reccommend this hotel. Staff was amazing, even gave us a late check-out. I recommend packing water shoes because the beach has a dead coral bottom so if you wanna get in the water you have to wear water shoes. Also beware, there's a lot of mosquitos at this hotel. Pack mosquito repellant!

Absolutely fell in love with this place. The breakfast was amazing. The food, the pools, the staff, the amazing lush greenery. Absolutely gorgeous property. We would definitely stay again. I would recommend a very small grocery store for small items like sunscreen, tylenol, etc. Not much on site for gift shop etc but it was all fantastic.

Loved the location for a quiet and relaxing stay and the shuttle to Patong for shopping and eating. The breakfast was excellent, staff friendly and very helpful. Will definitely go back!

This resort was so beautiful. I came here with my husband and teenage daughter and we enjoyed our 2 day stay. The attention from the moment you arrive was great, we arrived a bit early, but went to go have lunch at the restaurant and the food was sooo delicious. Our entree plates, appetizers and dessert plates was presentable and delish and it exceeded our expectations. The resort is huge so our room was on hill a bit far to walk in this Thailand heat but they have a cable car and tuk tuk to take you to and from your room to the lobby area. There are so many beautiful places in the resort for beautiful pictures because of the asthetic of it. Pool was clean and we had clean towels daily. If you wanted to walk out the resort theres nothing nearby as everything is a drive down near Patong beach about 7-8 mins away by car. All in all I would be back with my family, but next time we’ll def get a room closer to the pool or beach.

While the property itself is somewhat beautiful, the surrounding landscape needs lots of attention. Everyday we did see pool cleaners but no one caring for the lush landscaping around everything. They must have been doing painting between guests because we had plastic on our light switches and there was still painters tape on the fake shutters in the room. The breakfast buffet was huge, so many options and very good. The menu the rest of the day was just ok. All the Thai food was amazing but if you moved away from that you might be a bit disappointed. Ie….. the pizza was soggy so it’s hard to handle, the nachos are very flavorless and no salt somewhat stale tasting but they come with a small amount of guacamole which was runny and pico not salsa. The staff by the pool only work at the restaurant so no one comes around for drinks during the day. You have to go to the bar yourself for drinks. The lounge chairs by the pool were all very uncomfortable, one tour had a bar in the middle of your back but both were not good on the lower back. The petting zoo in the mornings is very cute, small colorful birds, piglets and rabbits all to feed. Lastly, if the front desk says they are going to contact you when you’re room is ready, don’t be surprised if they don’t follow through.

Great scenery. Nice pools . Enjoyable atmosphere. Had to fight mosquitoes throughout the stay. Keep in mind if book rooms with pool access or near the pool.

Initially we had a room which was high floor and not practical The staff were very nice and changed it for us to a room on ground floor section Staff very friendly and remembered us and names whenever they saw us Very polite

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. The hillside 2 bedroom was comfortable and beautifully decorated with an amazing terrace and sea view. Our teenagers really enjoyed the large pool. The beach was nice, but some restrictions to swim when low tide.
