No room service
No toiletries, they didn’t even gave water to drink

Comfortable and affordable. Great central location for southern Ontario travel. Wish the breakfast was more than a boxed lunch style

I've been many times to your motel and the last time was quite a deception. Even though I had paid for 2 nights before getting there, when I got there, they charged my an extra night. The next morning, after checking with my credit card, I asked the receptionist to refund me for the extra night, to which she refused mentioning to send an email, which I did immediately. To date, no return from you for a refund.

Service is very bad and the elevator can’t use when you from upstairs to the ground, so every time we had to use the stairs which is far from our room and the stairs have a smell badly.
In the room no coffee machine, fridge and microwave.
The heater doesn’t work well and felt cold at the night. The FREE breakfast is a bagel and an apple which you have to wait a line to pick up from the front desk.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend to go there.

You guys need to fix your thermostat issue. Complains re this go back 7 years. Set the temp at 18, went to work and 8 hours later when I came back, the room was a stifling 27.

It was a short stay with a late airport arrival- the front desk clerk had zero personality, spoke 8 words to me, the elevator only went up, not down- the rooms are rough and dated and they “tried” to make it look like a renovation, there were blood stains on the bathroom walls and shaving cream all over the shower curtain- you get what you pay for.

I arrived at the Motel 6 Burlington at 02:15 am. The doors to front desk were off and no signs of an employee seen. I called front desk of the hotel and it went to voicemail. I was informed by 3 men who were drinking at the entrance if anyone from the hotels there. I was directed to small cashier's window. Under the blinds as NOT wanting guests to see inside. It's now 2:35 am. Yelling hello into the room, FINALLY an employee emerged who looked annoyed. Upon checking my reservation, which I paid IN ADVANCE, i was admitted. The men outside looked like alcoholics and drug addicts, dirty, and scabs on their face. The 2nd floor smelled like cigarettes and booze. My room's window was open, the room was cold. I wasn't able to set the thermostat. The wall above the headboard was disgusting as something was sprayed across it and hadn't been cleaned. I slept in my clothes on top of the sheets. In vacating my room the elevator on the 2nd floor was broken and I had to carry my luggage down the stairs. Upon seeing the state of the morning staff, I checked out without a word. Don't recommend this place for women, children or the disabled. Not safe as a facility, or by other guests. I asked for a room in the safer part hotel. He suggested the 2nd floor knowing the elevator was broken. Or he was negligent. If a fire or other emergency occured, I can only imagine how perilous on that floor was. You can go up, but not down. There was only one. I'll never stay at Motel 6 again.

Our third time staying there in a month, friendly staff and clean rooms.

Full of people that live there full time, smoking weed outside. Barking dogs (pet friendly so that is expected. The breaksfast was a container you pick up frem the front counter that includes a granola bar, pack of jam, bagel, and apple.
The furniture will remind you of the bed your greasy haired friend lost their virginity on in college.
It's a budget hotel. Just pay an extra 50 to not be paraniod about a break in or beg bugs.

This is the second time I've stayed here.
The staff is fine, the condition of the motel is.....ok. the hallways are cleaner than the entrance.
The biggest issues were A: running out of hot water, and B: a broken heater the first night. The room peaked at 37 degrees C!
This will probably be our last stay.

Was good overall. Just the checkin has only one receptionist on arrival causing check in delay. Otherwise, an ok place

They didn’t clean the room. Found blood on the bed, an old tooth brush in the washroom, and a broken crack pipe beside the fridge.
The wifi cut out halfway through our stay and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. When we asked for more clean towels they brought us a single towel an hour later and said it was the only clean towel left so they couldn’t give us another. When we got there the AC wasn’t working and someone had stolen the batteries from the remote and the thermostat.
You get the idea: don’t stay here unless if you have any other options.

Very convenient location, free little breakfast and good value; however, the room was meant for up to four guests yet the set up was just for two (towers).

The announce that you have breakfast included, but you only get a small take away container with a Bagel, an appeal, a muslibar and a small juice

My booking was supposed to include "free breakfast", upon check in they said cut off time was 9:30....at 9:00 front desk staff said it was not available but free coffee was available in the lobby???? The free coffee area was a total mess & they only provide powder creamer....they even ADVERTISE free breakfast on sign outside....IT DOES NOT HAPPEN! Would not stay there again, buyer beware.

Bathroom sink pipe leaked all over floor. Informed front desk they said would fix while we were out or they would move us. Got back told it was fixed. Returned to room and it hasn’t been touched. Floor still wet. Wasn’t moving us. Shower had no pressure. Only handful of tv stations. Front desk men were impolite. Asked for fresh towels treated me like I was an inconvenience and said they didn’t have many. This was early in the evening. Smokers stood in middle of sidewalks to front doors. When we return in couple years we will not stay there. I would request a partial refund. I shouldn’t have to walk in puddles of water and use our bath towels to soak up water.

Staff very rude and unaccommodating. I was stuck in an elevator for 2 hours they wouldn't even call anyone told people trying to help me that they had to call 911. And i didnt even get an get an apology.

They didn’t clean the bathroom before our arrival and when I said that to the receptionist they told me nobody was there to clean so ask me to do it myself, next morning I wanted the included-in the price “breakfast” before the time line but there was no more for that day…

Good for price. It would have been better if the AC was working

We stayed here just for a quick trip and wanted something affordable. But I wish we had found another place to stay since our room was not very clean and the building itself was not up kept. The « breakfast » was also very lacklustre.

You get what you pay for - kind of. Our motel room was quite dirty, we were only provided 1 towel and when we asked for an additional, we were informed that they didn’t have anymore. Hallways had garbage on the floor, the walls in the bathroom were stained with hair sticking to them. Bed was an old uncomfortable spring mattress. Only 1 electrical outlet near the bed. There are definitely people that live in this motel, and walking outside of the motel in the evenings/night didn’t feel the most comfortable. Location is inconvenient and not really walkable to anything. Very noisy plumbing, AC and people coming in and out at all hours of the night.
If this was an $80 a night motel room, fine. Was not worth what we ended up paying for. If you can, splurge a little bit more for a hotel if you can. If you just need a place to lay your head for a night, and you can get a room here cheap enough, it will suffice. Front desk staff was very friendly and check in was easy.

I paid for a queen mattress but our room had a double mattress, that was very old and uncomfortable. I complained to front desk immediately when we first came into the room and were told that it was, a queen bed, and that nothing else was available. They only provided one set of towels and asking for more was a mission. The AC was very weak. I’ve stayed at Admiral Inn and paid around the same price, the bed was an actual queen bed that was comfortable and the room was much more spacious with a nicer TV and even a microwave. I would NOT recommend motel 6.

"Breakfast" was just bagels, and we didn't manage to snag any! Good for one night, but not quite as expected. Very capable staff, however.

We stayed for 3 nights due to Reno’s on our home . Every night there was a discrepancies. People randomly would knock on your door , would get phone calls in the room at 3:30.Staff are lovely and helpful but that’s about it about this place and so over priced.

Well staff seemed nice. Room was okay but was missing towels, only one small bottle of shampoo and one little bar of soap for four people. There were 2 towels when we arrived and when I asked for more, I was told they would put 4 in. when i came back to my room that night, there were no towels added. i went and asked for 4 and was told there were out.
Breakfast was a granola bar, an apple, a not fresh bagel. not much of a breakfast. No coffee or tea offered in the room either
