Not in the greatest of areas, property lacks any kind of fencing or barrier from streets with homeless present. Was concerned of my car getting broke into or catalytic converters stolen. Pulled in at 11pm and rolled out at 5am. Suited my need for a quick shower and few hours of sleep but would be miserable if had to stay longer. Beds and pillows are terribly uncomfortable. AC unit is loud and barely works, rattled off and on all night long. Shower head dripped constantly in fact shower floor was puddled when arrived. Only 1 ice maker for property located in the “lobby” which was on the opposite area of the property where I was assigned, far from convenient. TV is a small 32inch, the non black out curtain barely covered the window due to a couple missing rungs bright lights from the outside walkway and street illuminated from all 4 sides of the windows. Doors are loud to open and close heard the neighbors door bang open and close till after midnight. All in all fine in a pinch and suited my need of a shower and few hours of sleep, bring ear plugs and a night mask.

Booked hotel in SC on accident. HOTEL REFUSED TO REFUND MONEY WHEN I LIVE IN CA. BS AND BIGGEST FRAUD RUNNING HOTEL IVE EVER SEEN. WHEN IM IN SC, I WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE.

I’ve never written a review, but it was that bad. I accidentally booked a smoking room on the app, I didn’t even know a smoking room was a thing but apparently it is. We tried to change it for non smoking at check in but were told this is all that’s available so took it, because also told we could not cancel to go somewhere else because it was past check in time. Went to room and it was completely filthy and grimy. Went to hang clothes up so that it wouldn’t have to be on the floor and there was nothing in the entire room to hang anything on, not even a towel hook, it was removed. Asked for maintenance to have it fixed so clothing wouldn’t be on gross floor and no maintenance person. Then noticed it was getting cold in room and tried to turn down thermostat for ac, and it didn’t work at all. Ac is stuck ON in room 24/7. Cannot be turned off. It was freezing so again asked manager for help, and manager is the owner. He didn’t care and said can’t help. Called hotels.com and they called and asked manager if he would refund the room so we could move hotels, he said no he won’t. Hotels.com did nothing else, they said they would give us a 10%credit for our trouble but that has yet to happen.

All in all from Motel 6 it was very nice. My only complaint is that the bathroom door was cracked/ separated at bottom so if we closed it, we got stuck in it, but when I told the property manager about it, she was immediately apologetic and promised to get it fixed as soon as possible. We did not tell him until we checked out so it’s not their fault. We probably could’ve got a different room, but we’re just too tired.

I am very pleased with everything - so far! The check in, the room, the accessibility of everything from food to coffee... This is an excellent stop for most of what you would need on the road readily available, as well as quite decent accommodations!

It's a Motel 6. Door had large gap at bottom. The disinfectant and/or cleaner used on the vinyl floor had an objectionable odor. AC was noisy. Once the noisy fellows yacking by the stairs left, it was more relaxing. Don't believe I will return after this stay.

We stayed at this property, as it was the only motel available during the Red Bluff Bull & Gelding sale. We had hot water, a bed which is what we needed. We brought our own pillows and extra blankets. The room had a sizable fridge and microwave, but no closet or chest of drawers. It was FINE, but a little bare bones. Staff was very nice.

Room was clean. Everything worked. My only issue was key quit working every day! We spent our days at an event. Came back. Key wouldn’t work. 2 times 3 day stay. They fixed it quickly so that was good. Otherwise a decent room for the low end motel.

Stayed 3 nights for a rodeo. I wanted a bottom floor room, not many people staying there they said only room was around the back, pretty sure people in those rooms living there and pretty sketchy. They were up all night very noisy, room had a wierd odor had to get new wifi code every day

This is BY FAR the best Motel 6 we've ever been to. Ask for room 211 for a great ac, great hot shower and they have a fridge and microwave in the rooms here which is rare in motel 6

Check in was fine once I found the lobby. Drove around the building twice trying to find the lobby. No sign, just a little office window that was all blocked out with paint and a jammed door that was hard to open. Looked like the entrance to a shady adult bookstore. Worst lobby I have ever seen. The Gentlemen working reception was very friendly, polite and professional. I told him the lobby was very hard to find and he said he had been asking for a sign to no avail. Room seemed clean.

Me and my kids loved this place. At first I initially booked for a different day and they were so helpful in modifying the dates. The manager was really nice as well. I believe their pool is the best hotel pool in Redbluff . Their rates are great. 5 stars. We enjoyed our stay.

The hosts are lovely, the rooms are VERY clean, it's close to freeway, gas, food, etc. Couldn't ask for more! They are very accommodating for my pets too..We would highly recommend this motel and would definitely stay again.

This has been our go to hotel when on a road trip to California. It is right off of Interstate 5. They recently upgraded the rooms. Very nice. As always the staff is friendly . For price and accommodations this is a great value
