The room was clean. When I was there I saw 5 roaches. No cleaning of the room. The man at the front desk was nice though.

I stay here a lot. I like it because it's hassle-free.. I book it online, show up and 5 minutes later I've got my card key taking bags to the room. Staff is great 24hrs a day.. Just the fact someone is at the desk 24hrs a day is great.. Housekeeping is great and really nice.. They take good care of me..

The hotel definitely needs repair. Window didn’t close properly, and we had paid extra for a room with a fridge but the fridge was barely cold and the button to adjust the temperature was broken off. The smoke detector was open and no battery was it in. I would avoid this motel.

The ac units recycle the air in the room versus the outside air. Since, the property allows pets, the ac units blow out air with the pet smell and dander. The filters need to be changed more often and hallway carpets need to be deep-cleaned. The animal odor is quite invasive.
Staff is attentive but the animal owners need to be held more accountable.

Hallways had a smell to them. Pool was ice cold for being indoors, not heated, the heater in the pool area was broken. Half the channels did not work. Would be on a channel watching something and it would go to no signal for hours before working again. Very limited channels. Hotel personal did not speak English well enough to solve issues that arouse. We were given 2 towels for 3 guests and told that is all that is allowed. We asked for pool towels and got small hand towels.

The room was absolutely disgusting. When we first arrived we noticed that the hot water wasn't working. Called the front desk and she said "try again we havent had any complaints in that room". Then i noticed a panel inside the wall was open and there was access to plumbing fittings.
Then i noticed that the eye-hole in the door was packed with toilet paper. What the heck?
I go to use the bathroom and there is urine and feces in the toilet.
The next morning I get out of bed and feel something under the sheet. I oull the sheet back and off the mattress....thefe an opened ased bottle of sex lubricant. I about puked.
Absolutely no room service provoded obviously. They clearly dont change the linens.
To add insult to injury, this it the first motel 6 I have stayed at that doesnt offer or provide any soap or shampoo. .... in the nastiest room I have ever stayed in.
This location should be shut down.what an incredibly bad representation for motel 6.

The staff was great, and changed my room when I found it did not have a fridge or microwave, but the building is old and needs lots of maintence. No coffee in room and only avail is limited in office... no creamer or other supplies.
I was stressed out with the fact that the external doors were kept unlocked 24/7, so easy access for any non guests. I have a well behaved service dog, but other dogs were left unattended often and barked alot just by walking down the hallway. Parking lot old, lots of oil, dirty. Floor in my room caused black staining to my feet when walking barefoot, even when I first arrived, which makes me wonder if anything ever gets mopped. Bad cocking and tile work, upper floor hallway carpet a bit smelly and very stained up. Does have lots of vending machines so there is the ability to get a quick meal without going out. For the cost compared to what you get, I would not stay here again. As I've stated though, no complaints with the staff.

The young lady at the desk was wonderfully helpful. She deserves a raise. An ok place to just get by for the night but quite noisy all night and area it is in not the greatest.

My room didn't have a flip lock on it was broken off.
Also my Tv was not working, kept saying no signal. When i called feont desk she said "ok Noone there to fix it ,but shell put a note in for it." Then hung up.
I went down to the feont desk asked if there was by chance a toom with a working tv and she said the one other room didnt have a lock so thats why she didnt put me there i informed her well the room i have now is without a flip lock anyways ..she was like oh it is im sorry . The other room is a 2 bed an there no other 1 beds opened ..but ill make a note of it about lock...
So i went my whole night/ stay with No tv at all or lock on the door and sadly nothing was even attempted to be fixed i was told basically well sorry about your luck .very unhappy.

Was actually decent. Close to several shops, gas stations, and a walmart. And for the most part clean! The toilet lid was too large for our specific toilet and not nailed all the way down. AC is in very poor shape. Other than that had a good stay

First thing some guy was blaring his music and staff was breaking into his room when we arrived.
Homeless guy was camped outside our window all night. The place reeked of grossness. Never would I ever stay here again and honestly it’s turned me off of motel 6 for life.

Check-in was OK but that's it. I don't if I should start with the dirty carpets in the aisles, the missing battery in the fire alarm, the sticky floor in the room or the dirty light switches', the dirty guy that was laying on the floor next to the elevator or the messed up couple that claimed to be guests and wanted access but didn't wanted to report to reception or the non existing management that allowed all that to happen.

Extension process was a pain otherwise the room is okay, plenty of parking but I recommend you don’t arrive after 11 pm and if you don’t need to extend you’ll probably enjoy your stay

The room was infested with bed bugs I even told him about it they wouldn't give me new sheets or new blankets they wouldn't do anything and then didn't give me my deposit back as well I have pictures of the swollen bites from the bed bugs and pictures of the bed bugs
