Hotel was great for the price. Exterior makes you question it but inside is nice. Did seem to have some unsavory people staying there completing transactions in the hallways and the parking lot. Good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was extremely limited on what is offered, so I’d suggest going out for it.

Our room was clean and spacious with a king size bed, small refrigerator and microwave, along with a coffee maker. There was also a large flat screen TV. The hotel is older, but appears to have been renovated recently. A continental breakfast is offered. Friendly staff at the front desk and housekeeping was top notch. Easy access from the Maine Turnpike.

I tried to cancel my second night of this stay by 1:30 day prior (26 hours prior to check in) and they wouldn’t do it. The rooms have paper thin walls and the front desk was not helpful.

The property was fine over all. It is an older hotel but has been renovated. The bed was nice and comfy and the bathroom was super clean along with everything else in the room. You could definitely tell that the cleaning people care enough to make things nice for the guests. The check in process was easy but if your looking for happy cheerful front desk staff your going to have to look pretty hard. Someone is suppose to be at the front desk all the time but again if you needed any one you might as well pull the fire alarm, then you might get someone’s attention. Overall it is a perfectly fine place to stay and it is clean. For me and my wife the hotel was great because it doesn’t matter to us whether the staff is super friendly or not. As long as it is a clean place to stay, a decent bed to get a good nights rest then we are happy. The only reason I brought up a couple other things was because other people are picky. They pay $220 (CAN) for one night and expect to have people wait on them hand and foot. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to people looking for a decent nice place to crash for the night.

The hotel was very clean. Our room was also clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. However, I’m a stomach sleeper and the pillows were to fluffy. This was no big deal.

My wife and I were in Maine for a weekend wedding. We wanted to be close to the wedding venue and we were. We were looking for a place that was convenient; was quiet and where we would only be sleeping for two nights. This hotel fit our needs perfectly.

The toilet was clogged when we arrived however the staff quickly came up and fixed it. The grounds are filled with ciagarettebutts and dog excrement- maybe more disposal containers needed? Extremely nice person at check in.

This hotel was fine for a 1 night stay. The man working when I arrived late was very friendly. The breakfast area was very small, and they asked you to not take food up to your room. It got the job done!

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. Last year when i was in the area with my son, we stayed 1 night and the stay was great for the price. This time, I was by myself and I reserved a room with 1 king bed and got a room with 2 beds. The first room I was put in was missing a deadbolt. So I asked to change rooms, which they graciously did. The noise from the family next door was crazy until just after 10 pm. It sounded like there wasnt even a wall/door between us. Kinda disappointed with my 2nd stay, but very happy with the customer service re: the lock. Especially as a woman travelling alone.

Hotel room was clean. This is a no-frills hotel --no elevator to the second floor, basic services. Convenient to interstate highway exit. Not much to do in Lewiston.

The staff were exceptional. The buffet was great. We heard a dog barking for about 20 minutes after 10 o’clock at night. Obviously the dog was on attended. Also, my comforter had stains on it.

Driveway is a bottleneck. Parking lot areas felt unsafe as people were loitering in cars and a camper trailer, drinking, etc. They were calling out to us as we were going into the building.

I didn't like smelling strong cooking like kimchee at 11pm. Overpowering. I didn't like an employee walking the halls yelling into their phones at midnight. The room was lovely. Clean and smelled nice. The lobby was great. The continental breakfast was appealing. Overall a good stay.

I had a medical urgency issue and they were willing to work with me, pleased with two of the desk ladies. Breakfast food was not overly impressive, but got the job done. Housekeeping staff was pleasant. Room was small with a tight layout, but felt clean. Bed was comfortable with generous number of pillows. Hallways smelled of that fake air freshener I don’t care for. Parking and back door entrance close to room was good. Good room for the money.
