Good hotel for a night

Good location, close to the Highway, clean hotel with fast and good service; good amenities; friendly staff; you can bring your dog, which is a plus

Basic breakfast, what was supposed to be warm/hot, was cold; noisy hotel very early in the morning, as has many workers, or migrants maybe, who felt compelled to talk and scream loud at 4 am....

Spent my entire time in Lewiston at SureStay.

I spent my entire time in Lewiston at SureStay, a total of 8 days / 7 nights. Clean, comfortable room. Laundry facility. Very close to downtown Lewiston and the surrounding cities. Good breakfast selection.

Like the room, hotel so much I extended my stay there.

This was an extended stay from Sept 25th through Sept 29th and I was able to keep the room I was already in.

Stressful but ended being okay.

Breakfast was great. Loved the fridge and the tub was glorious. Morning staff was great.

They initially couldn't find my reservation. They sent us to another persons room and activated the key cards for it. If the tenant hadn't had the personal lock on we would have gotten in. Then we had to pay an additional deposit of $100 because i had my friend there as i was quite literally a shaking wreck. Tried to have me sign a contract stating i was aware of rules that i was not.

The folks who own/run the place are great-accommodating & caring. One of the owners remembered me.

Light bulbs. They were too fluorescent. This made for an uncomfortable feeling in the room. You can use warm glow lightbulbs that are led and just as energy efficient as the ones they are currently using.

The accommodations were adequate for our 1 night stay

Breakfast was OK and was satisfying

I had difficulty with the reservation and accommodations. I wanted a room for 3- expecting a couch as well as 2 fullsize (or comparable size beds-) To accommodate our party, I needed to secure an additional room (at a reduced rate- thankyou) but did not receive any reduction in the initial reservation cost.

Very disappointing. Will not return. Will be checking how much we were charged.

The checkout clerk/breakfast monitor was a pleasant and helpful gentleman. That was all that met expectations.

Did not receive the promised couch we were supposed to have in our room. Uncomfortable beds. Toilet not working consistently. Sink boards too small for personal items. Not enough wash cloths for four people. Inconvenient location. Back door propped open at night. Check in clerk required an additional $100 deposit even though he had my credit card information.
