Nice rooms, breakfast every morning, and location to food places and strip mall area is all walking distance. The General Manager is a stand up guy and accommodating to guests.

Arrived for a 5 day stay to find the floor carpeting soaking wet below the AC unit. WIFI was not working and was told by the front desk staff they didn't know how to fix it or when it would be on - it was not on for the duration of my stay. AC broke completely by the 3rd night of my stay. Would not recommend.

Wasnt aware the pool had been closed for 3 years. Laundry was down. But the bed was comfy and the room was clean when we got there.

Staff shut my key off after first night with no notice. After driving 8 hours in, spending the night and 12 hours of work, on Friday around 7p Was told by the manager/supervisor after my first night “that we need to talk, you don’t have access to your room”. She didn’t want to provide me a key to my room where my bag and things were from my Thursday afternoon check in. After I told her I need to get to my room multiple times, she finally gave me a key begrudgingly. I got my things and exited the hotel a couple hours later. This was the single worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been a Marriott member for 10 years and never have had this.

We went to visit our new great granddaughter We chose this hotel because of Marriott. We were very disappointed. The pool was closed due to remodeling. That was important to us. It said nothing in the website about the pool being closed. This hotel is not up to Marriot standards. We were very disappointed

It is not a clean hotel!

Not a good experience. First the carpet in the halls were horrible. Then there was mold in the bathroom. Did not have a hair dryer in the bathroom and when my husband went down stairs to ask for one he was told they didn't have any. No hair dryer???? Breakfast so not very good. Only thing good were the eggs. Way below Marriott standards

I booked the room searching kid friendly hotels and there was not kid friendly about it

The description of the amenities said they had a pool and they didn’t so I got stuck staying here with no refund reservation not happy at all

It was okay, nice front desk man but once we got in the room the tub was missing a stopper and the phone didn’t work to call the front desk. So I just stuffed the tub with a rag. Other than that it was nice and quiet

First, I could not get the thermostat, heating unit to operate. Second, the hot water never made it past lukewarm for shaving or for my shower. There was NO blanket in the room although temperature went to 35 degrees. For breakfast, the eggs were watery and the apple juice was hot so I poured it out. Did not find anyone working the breakfast area.

Breakfast was terrible. We were there at 7:30 and nearly everything was empty. Bedding was bad: no top sheet and comforter was stained. This place is not up to Fairfield Inn standards.

I was charged twice. Garrett is the only person working at that hotel that was kind. They had no housekeeping scheduled due to a holiday. So I towels sitting outside of my room for 1-2 days.

Room keys kept failing. Bug infestation in one of our rooms. Small breakfast area. Pool in construction. Treadmill failed while coworker was running on it.

Air freshener in the room was sickly sweet and made my sinuses go crazy; nice headache all night and most of the next day. If your policy is to not vacuum the rooms the carpet should be dirt colored rather than dark blue. Breakfast was good..

THE TOILET WAS STOPPED UP, SO I CALLED THE DESK AND ASKED THEM TO HAVE IT CHECKED BUT MAINTENANCE WAS NOT ON SITE. THE ORIGNAL ROOM THAT I WAS IN HAD BUGS, NOT SURE IF THEY WERE BED BUG OR BABY ROACHES. I SPOTTED THE FIRST ONE ON MY CELL PHONE WHEN I AWAKENED AT 3:30AM TO GO TO THE BATHROOM. THE NEXT ONE WAS WHEN I GOT UP THE NEXT MORNING AND IT WAS CRAWLING OVER BY THE MICROWAVE. THEN A LITTLE WHILE LATAR A BIGGER ROACH CRAWLING THE CABINET WHERE THE MICROWAVE AND REFRIGRATOR WAS. I WENT DOWNSTAIRS TO REPORT THE BUGS AND TO REMIND THE THAT THE TOILET NEEDED ATTENTION, THIS WAS AFTER 9AM BUT MAINTENANCE HAD NOT COME IN YET. AFTER I SAW THE LARGER ROACH, I WENT BACK DOWNSTAIRS AND REQUESTED A ROOM CHANGE. I NOTICED THAT IT SEEMED AS THOUGH SOMETHING WAS MISSING IN THE ROOM BUT COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHAT. WHEN I WAS CHANGED TO ANOTHER ROOM, I REALIZED WHAT IT WAS. THERE WAS NO COFFEE MAKER, COFFER OR COFFEE CUPS, CREAMER, SUGAR OR STIRRER PACKS IN THE ROOM. THE KLEENEX BOS WAS JUST THROWN ON THE BATHROOM COUNTER AND NOT IN A HOLDER. THE DRAPES WERE BROKEN AND WOULD NOT CLOSE ALL OF THE WAY. IN THE NEW ROOM THEY WOULD NOT CLOSE ALL OF THE WAY EITHER, AND THE LIGHT FROM THE OUTSIDE SHOWN BRIGHTLY IN BOTH ROOMS. HOW CAN ONE SLEEP? OVERALL, THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, AND OH, ONE ELEVATOR WAS OUT COMPLETELY AND THE OTHER ONE WORKED WHEN IT WANTED TO. OVERALL CLEANLINES DOWNSTAIRS WAS GOOD.

Expedia listed the hotel as having guest laundry but they don’t. They also are listed as having a pool but the pool is closed for renovations. Shower curtain too short so water pours onto the floor.

The staff was very nice and the waffles were good for my kids on the breakfast buffet. However, the pool has apparently been closed for months and I was not notified that it would be closed before booking. The pull out sofa looked and felt like it was about 50 years old. I also had no idea housekeeping doesn’t come every day. The blackout curtains did not black out any light and being on central time the sun was shining in at about 5:15 every morning. Overall I think the hotel just needs a refresh.

The room was not clean went we came back from outside. The curtain does not hang right and we asked for more towels for 6 people. they just give us only three. We have to wait until the next morning because the cleaning people had all gone home.

The pool is out of service. Lights in our room were not working. The pull out double bed had a twin size mattress on it so both my kids were not able to sleep on it. Woke up in the morning with a puddle of water on the floor from rain that leaked into our room. Overall, or experience.

First room...no heat. Second room...TV didn't work. Third room...curtains broken...but I kept the room because I didn't want to move a third time!

The only reason I chose this hotel was for the indoor pool. When we get to the pool, there is a sign saying that the pool was out of order. Nothing was posted about closed pool when booking. Very disappointing to spend over $200 expecting an indoor pool and then getting there in your swimming trunks only to have a sign say out of order. Fitness center is less than adequate.

False advertising! There is no pool and no hot breakfast, just some cereal and stale breads. They should be charging half of what they are considering the condition of the place and the lack of amenities. No signs of active bedbugs, but mattress stains indicate a previous infestation. Everything is broken and falling apart. It's reasonably clean and definitely not the worst place I've stayed, but for the price I expected much better. We stayed here once over 5 years ago and I remember it being way nicer, so it just hasn't been well kept.
King room is TINY compared to most hotels. Won't stay here again. Checked out and canceled the rest of our stay after one night. Moved to a different hotel which is much nicer.

Over 3 days i had 4 rooms. Tv's not working, furniture falling apart, cockroach found in room alive. Very frustrating

This is an older property and it is noticeable; though, not so much that I would totally discount another stay. My room had a bit of a light odor but again it did not linger so I did not voice it to the staff. My biggest issue was in the bathroom where the shower curtain just barely reached the tub and also did not extend to the sides too well. I spent half my shower time readjusting it as to not soak the bathroom floor.
The staff on duty was excellent and very helpful in trying to solve an issue I had ... which reminds me, USB charging ports would be a nice addition to the rooms until the next remodel is due.

The front desk staff was friendly and professional. The two gentleman working the evening we checked in worked diligently to make sure we were taken care of.
