POSITIVE POINT: The airport is really just 10 minutes away! That’s very convenient. The young woman at reception was very calm, kind, and helpful. The breakfast was very good: baguette, brioche, sliced bread, Nutella, jam, coffee, milk, water, yogurt... for the price, it was really worth it, especially since the breakfast room opens as early as 4:00 a.m.!
NEGATIVE POINT: Unfortunately, the small bathroom had an extremely bad smell, like sewage. This odor wasn't present in the second room, but in that room, the bathroom door didn’t close properly! It would also be greatly appreciated to have a small mattress in the crib for the baby's comfort. Also, the hotel’s proximity to the airport means planes fly directly overhead. Don’t forget your earplugs! :)

I just wanted to share my experience from my recent stay, and unfortunately, it was the worst I've ever had. The room was incredibly small; even after booking a room meant for three people, I could barely walk around. The toilet felt more like a cramped cabin, and the TV was the size of a tablet. There was no soap or any additional cleaning supplies in the bathroom, which was quite disappointing.
To make matters worse, the staff was quite rude and unhelpful. One staff member, in particular, a woman named Merville, was uncooperative when I needed assistance. I was struggling to get an Uber to come to the hotel, and despite explaining that I was expecting one, she deliberately did not open the external barrier. Each time I booked an Uber, they were not allowed to enter, even after they rang the bell. I had no choice but to walk to the outside entrance to meet my driver, which was incredibly frustrating. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

No Hair dryer
difficult to communicate

We booked a hotel transfer but when booking it was not made clear where the pick up point at airport was (we are non French speakers) in my opinion the email conformation could have included a photo of the pick up point not the 2nd page on the booking form. We eventually paid €44 for a taxi it was a late night arrival.
Hotel was clean & basic

When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist couldn't find my reservation. I waited 1.5 hours at the reception to get my room. The room was dirty and there were no towels at all. The breakfast was really weak. I don't recommend anyone.

Fine hotel for the price. Near the airport.
Super nice and helpful personel.
The room was so-so but fine taking the price into consideration. We used it for sleeping before our morning flight.

I needed a bed for a night, and could not get a room at the hotel I get used to use at the CDG airport, everything was booked and so expensive around because of the Olympics, so I got what I found. The smell in the hallway and bathroom was terrible, the room was OK but very small. The staff was not very friendly even when I call to ask about the shuttle, but somehow helpful with booking the shuttle for the departure when I got to the hotel. The shuttle drivers were very nice and very helpful though. I will not use this hotel in the future.

Terrible beds, too small and uncomfortable. Toilet was too small and staff were not helpful.

Our room was on the second floor by the entrance door. It was the smoking place outside and very loud. We had hard time sleeping through the night. The smoke was permeating through our window.
Our toilet wasn’t flushing properly either.
3.4
Facilities met expectation for a short stay at CDG airport. No frills rooms, tight space. Friendly staff.
3.4
Very friendly people. Helpful and good manners. Love it.

People were partying until after midnight.
When we thought they were done and we could sleep, others started fighting and the lady ended up having a nervous breakdown from 1pm to 5pm….

I arrived 45 minutes before check in time, although the room was ready, they refused to let me check in without an early check in fee. Trying to fill a water bottle in the morning was refused to me, I was told 500ml was too much and given a glass. Found a dirty cup in my room and there was no soap. Disgusting property.

Budget hotal

Leaking AC, and no towels. One of the beds was not made. Lobby smelled like a beer/ pub at morning hours…
The rest was ok. Location is decent. Close to the airport, and at the fair price.

The room was tiny, but workable, and the window which opened made the room more comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly and guided us to public transport which allowed us to easily and inexpensively visit central Paris for the day. We also used the public bus to return to CDG without paying the €7 each for the shuttle bus or €30 for a taxi. It was easy and took about 30 minutes. All things considered, we were happy with our stay, but disappointed by the high price (€200 in advance). The changeable electronic sign outside on the street advertised rooms for €125/night, but at the desk another changeable electronic sign advertised rooms starting at €365/night.

Nothing impressive for the price. Room was tiny and the bathroom and shower equal more to a caravan than a hotel room. It was in a great location for the Conference Centre and there is a Shopping Mall with restaurants within easy walking distance but overall I was disappointed with the quality vs price.
3.4
This hotel is as basic as it gets. The Room was small and the bathroom was tiny. My bed was comfortable and it was quiet at after 10pm. Book your 7Euro shuttle to the airport when you arrive.

Very bad
3.4
Everything is fine except the room and bathroom size is extremely small and the staff is less friendly. Breakfast is good considering the price. Staff need to respond to international customers with a better attitude; people are traveling from outside and are less familiar with French culture.

good value for price

I like the style of the building and the room, I liked the electric window shades, I like the retro styling, however owners need to take better care of the property. Lift was out of service the entire stay, vending machines did not accept credit cards, only coins, airconditioner did not work at all. Fan would blow however it would not cool. No currency echange at the front desk, shower drain was very slow and staff never did bother to fix it my entire 7 nights stay, many other issues dont have time to go in to details right now

This hotel is not to bad. The room was clean and the rest of the property was as well. It’s also right nearby the airport! Even though it’s a little far from the city center, it’s still a decent hotel. The breakfast buffet was alright, not the greatest, but alright. The room was a little small as well. Overall, a decent hotel.

Broken elevator. Tiny rooms.

My stay wasn't good the beds where hard and the AC didn't work. There is a strange mold smell coming from the bathroom like if there was a leak and the just covered it up by adding a shower fixtures. They only thing good I can say is that transport was good to go into Paris and airport.
3.4
Me and my family got bites all over us asked for refund for stay no manger on duty in night time. Rooms smell like black mold is in the bathrooms but they covered it up with adding new toppers.

If you book in advance you will still not get what room you booked for

Thanks

Some staff at the reception just need to be more professional when addressing clients.

The place is nothing like the pictures posted very deceiving. You can hear people in the hallway. You have to pay for the shuttle to take you to the airport it is not free. It is a continental breakfast so don’t expect anything hot. The coffee and tea were great however. There are no places to eat around the area so if you stay there bring food there is no door dash. There was a place you could order pizza from in the lobby but let’s just say France and pizza don’t go together
Unless you are there to stay one night to Cathy’s flight something if that nature I wouldn’t recommend it

Upon arrival, a large group was checking in, the front desk agent was all alone dealing with a dozen of person while the other lady was hiding in the back office until the group was gone. It took me over 20min to check in at 11.30pm only because the second agent didn’t seem to come help her coworker. She finally came out to help when the large group was checked in and asked who was next on line. Only myself and other couple were waiting by then.
Room was clean, bed was very uncomfortable and not steady.
Breakfast is a mess, another 20min queue to get in the breakfast room, no cups no glass no silverware available. Some knives were available at some point.
$7 shuttle bus to the airport. Very under-staffed and not so pleasant overall.

Property used.to have a.shuttle bus and it.doesnt exist anymore

To be fair we only paid €10 each a night. But on every interaction we had with the staff, they were incredibly rude. They even charged us adults rates for breakfast, even though our child is 9. We tried to tell reception, but they said no! The room is just bigger than a double bed with the single over the top of the double bed. The bathroom cubicle smelt really bad, you can lie in bed and hold the person hand whilst they’re sat on the toilet! It’s that small. The train station is a 30 minute walk or €10 each way in an uber, and then to get to city centre it’s €15,so all adds up, if your there for Paris x
3.4
Very good hotel but small options for breakfast and very noisy, bed small and low to ground
3.4
The room was clear but the smell wasn't good
3.4
It was a good place to stay and shopping mall close by was easily accessible.
3.4
Convenient and staff were very helpful

When we arrived the hotel looked very run down, the carpet to the rooms was very messy, on entering the room it was small, laminate, the bathroom pod was very small and dated, the staff were very good, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well, the security shutter on the wimdow gave a good piece of mind when sleeping with the window open, some noise from the main airport close by, handy for disneyland paris and public transport to paris, we would stop again

not good

Great small room. Receptionist, spoke great english
