A check in I was told our room was not booked as hotels.com told us. Fortunately the front desk staff was fantastic. She took the time to find our reservation and book us in the correct room. She also took down adequate information from me to provide to management so the problem was corrected without having to do anything else on my part. Great hotel, great gym, sauna and hot tub area.

As always, our stay at Meadowmere was delightful. Friendly staff, convenient location and lovely quiet room.

Very nice well-maintained property. Would come back again!

Terrible overall stay. No offered discount that was sent to me by the hotel. Noisy everywhere kids running past 10p hot tub closed. Kids screaming at pool and running thru halls. No towels. Fire pit closed on holiday weekend no less. Had family here and was so embarrassed.
2.5
It was an amazing place to stay. We were completely satisfied with the amenities this hotel offered. We had the 2 bedroom family suite for 3 people. Close to everything we wanted to do.

We were woken up at 2 am from fire alarm and decided to leave when we didn’t hear what was going on

Kristin Adler, front office manager, could not have been nicer or more pleasant. She was helpful, kind and always had a smile.

We loved the fact that it was a 10 minute walk to town

Initially we were given a room that was not reflective of the standard we are used to at this resort. After 2 days management offered to relocate us in a much better accommodation

This was a very good stay for me and my significant other, it was so nice and such a great area we convinced our friends to come and meet us, and they ended up getting their own room and staying as well! Nothing but great things to say! Highly recommend!

Would stay here again.

Many amenities.
I was a bit surprised about the size of the room and bathroom....small. Only one bed side table
2.5
The 2 queen bed room that we reserved was a little tight for space, but the hotel gladly offered us other accommodations when we asked at no extra cost. The king room with a fireplace was perfect!! Bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very clean and updated. It had great amenities too! I liked that front desk was open and free coffee available 24/7. I would definitely stay there again.

Upgraded to suite with Jacuzzi for 2 - fireplace - very classy!

AC unit / pipes behind bathroom mirror made a lot of noise when AC kicked on , allowing only a few hours of sleep night .. very frustrating

Location was convenient for walking or taking the trolley to the town center for dining or shopping. Room was soacioys enough and very clean. There was a refrigerator and coffee maker. We would have l Iiked a microwave. But that was a minor issue. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The pool and whirlpool were great too!

Front desk was nice and just a great stay overnight. Didn’t take advantage of pool or jacuzzi, maybe in the future.
Walked all over from here. Thank u

Room is okay. Small bathroom. Resort layout is confusing, with buildings not labeled. Amenities were okay, not great. Coffee maker did not work. Walk to town is 1/2 mile and Perkins Cove 3/4 mile.
Nothing outstanding

many different activities to engage in, pools, fitness center, etc. Staff wasnt engaging or helpful. The Pub on premises is a joke bartender looked like she'd rather be any place else than where she was. She certainly wasnt interested in waiting on you. Just
another bartender with an attitude who shouldnt be in the service industry I walked out

2nd weekend in August - very much peak of the season. We understand. Housekeeping of the Hotel was probably short staffed . Carpets, and walls of the hotel rooms and hallways are very ran down, room had dirty carpet, persistent smell of urine in what looked like a reasonably freshly renovated bathroom. Fireplace generated terrible smell of burnt dust - not exactly romantic.
Too many people for the size of the pool. Filthy floors and merky water in the SPAS. Room 506 (facing the pool ) became ridiculously noisy. Of course obnoxious uncultivated population with very few manners and deeply rooted sense of entitlement is a plague of such moderately priced places. There is clear attempts at elegance and comfort - lovely conference room, doors don't close though, and no restrooms near by. Fabulous theater that was showing Disney movies, a bit too much AC. Property is situated in large lot, nice greenery, I would say - place has great "bones" Cleanliness of the property is very questionable. We asked for room to be serviced Sunday morning - nothing happened, not even trash was removed. After we complained, front desk staffer came, brought us towels and removed trash. In fact Front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would applaude their patience and gracious calm that they exuded.

I liked that the property was right next door to Jonathan's, a very good restaurant.
I did not like that the quality of the room did not equal the cost.
