Desk clerk was very friendly, helpful & professional. The hotel was clean, beds were great & loved the extra large soft towels. Would definitely recommend.
5.0
Great location near South Plaza. An older hotel that has been nicely updated. Our room was spacious, and the bed very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
5.0
Quiet , older but quaint hotel located on the county club plaza , conveniently located shopping and restaurants!! We stay here once a year .
2.0
This hotel was old and not kept up. They charged per day for parking, which should not be necessary away from downtown. Its location is close to a rough part of town. Rooms smelled and the toilet ran all the time. Would never stay here again.

The staff was rude. The coffee store close and the pool. Are cars window was broken and four other cars broken into. Horrible

It’s very old, but it was quiet. Housekeeping could be better.

Love this property, don’t like that I couldn’t access my car after midnight because my keys were locked up.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. There are buses that pick up near the hotel. Plenty of restaurants to choose from as well as clothing stores.

Very nice hotel

The building is old but well situated. Didn’t have any issues checking in or out, everyone was friendly.
They did not ever clean our room during our 2 night stay. The room was loud and the door was off kilter enough that light came through the frame all night long.

Loved this hotel. There are are so many restaurants and shops nearby. There is a walking track across the street. You can ride the buses to get around town.

We were next to electrical service room. Very loud. No trash can in bathroom. Peeling paint on bathroom windows and no fan in bathroom.
10.0
Loved how close it was to everything on the plaza. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean.

Hotel was nice. Comfortable room. Disappointed that they only serve breakfast and not a full service restaurant.

Free water but not veey convenient to walk places

Disappointed that the actual amenities did not match the amenities listed on property description. Description listed Starbucks, restaurant, and laundry facilities. While there was breakfast service, there was no actual restaurant. The Starbucks was coffee urns only and there is no laundry facilities on site. Those were the three reasons I chose this hotel over others in the area. Very disappointed .
3.0
The location is great and the building has character. We were on a cross country road trip and one of the reasons I chose this hotel is it said there were laundry facilities. There were not. Additionally, when I checked in I was told I didn’t need to worry about parking but I received a “notice” on my car and the front desk told me they must have started checking… so parking was $20 a day. Finally, the sound proofing between the rooms was really bad. I travel with ear plugs for these situations but whenever our neighbor closed his door it was so loud it shook our room. The staff was very friendly. The front of this beautiful old building was littered with garbage and it made me sad.

We enjoyed our stay. You can walk to many restaurants and downtown. Bar was quiet and cozy. Great place to stay.

I knew the location was our primary goal but No fresh coffee available in lobby for that price was chintzy. They say Starbucks but couldn’t find it. Tried to do breakfast there, but no service. Desk empty- they were on a long smoke break. Rooms dated and couch saggy and old. Bed was comfortable, room quiet, elevator quick, parking by the day $25.00. Easy to walk to plaza. Won't return.

The hotel was very clean, the bartender was super cool and all of the staff was nice!

The shower kept clogging up when showering and eventually went down after you you were done showering. The staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was good. Great location for shopping and other sites.

Older Building in overall good condition but not well maintained, front entrance had cigarette butts all over the ground, as did the pool area - this cod be such a great place with some upkeep!

Small dated rooms, but overall worth it due to location & comfortability.

Beautiful hotel in the nicest part of KC. We had a lovely & comfortable room with a 6 th floor view of the plaza.

Our mini fridge was a little noisy when it cycled through. The bar tender had trouble finding amaretto for a sour, but once she did, she quickly made one up for my wife.
Overall it was a neat old apartment building converted into a modern hotel and if I’m in the area again, I would certainly stay there.
6.0
older building that has been converted/updated. King room was large. Checkin desk staff not friendly and, in fact, a bit rude.
8.0
We like the rooms and beds. Generally pretty quiet. Easy access to the plaza
