Got checked in and up to the room, the heat did not work. Told the front desk and they moved me to another room. The heat worked but the TV did not, I sent a note to the front desk but no one should up to fix it. Went without the TV the complete stay.

The place was ran down with druggies and homeless everywhere. Thankfully our truck didn’t get broken into or our motorcycle stolen. Will never stay there again.

Toilet was not clean upon arrival. This wasn’t a big deal on its own, considering public toilets are a thing, but it called into question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The only pillows available were throw size, and the blankets were very thin. The mattress was free of bed bugs though, and check-in was easy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend, but it served its purpose as a cheap hotel right off the highway.

Granted, it was Saturday night and a full hotel. However, the upstairs room was so noisy, outside and in, that it required earplugs for sleep. Also, oddly, the room AC was mounted so high above the bathroom counter that it couldn’t be adjusted from high cool and the bed had only one thin blanket. And, the pillows!! Sofa pillows, hard as rocks— never experienced anything like that in 50 years of travel. Front desk lady was very nice, although short staffed. Suggesting a makeover for this place.

The staff was very friendly and professional and the bed was comfortable, the location was convenient, however the hotel room definitely showed its age. They could benefit by upgrading the heating and air for sure, luckily the weather was moderate so we didn't have to utilize it much. The room was clean too, but the bathroom had signs of previous mildew and the grouting just gave a look that may make someone question the cleanliness. The toilet was very low and small. An upgrade may be useful especially for those that have arthritis or difficulty standing from low sitting furniture. Our first night the noise level was okay, but the 2nd night there were other patrons that were very loud outside and although our door and window was closed we could hear them as though they were in our room. The door did not have a tight seal and you could see light around the entire door when it was closed. We also had upstairs neighbors that were walking around and not sure what else in the middle of the night. It was loud enough to wake us and keep us from getting back to sleep easily.

We have spent many nights in Super 8 properties, using our Windom membership. We do not need much, but this was the worst one for us, by a considerable margin. Although this is an older property, it could be better maintained ( shabby workmanship on obviously repaired items). The pool was OK. 'Breakfast',even for a 'Grab-n'Go), was marginal. Coffee was weak, and most choices of items were either empty or one remaining, well before closing for the breakfast. There was no place to sit in the lobby area, to eat the meager breakfast offering. There were no towels, soap or shampoo in the bathroom when we arrived, but it was clean. The AC appeared to be relatively new, but the installation was very crude, and was very loud, when it it cycled on throughout the night. All in all, it was a disappointment when compared to other Super 8 properties we have used. Rod J

Had room in the corner with broken equipment stashed outside the door. The ice machine only worked off and on, and mostly off. The pet area had a gate that did not fasten securely and which was so high off the ground that a large border collie was able to crawl under it. The room had a wall that was spackled but not painted. Overall, had a rundown feeling.

The experience was terrible. I get to my room and outside the door there was a million flies. The minute you open the door they flew in. Then in the morning, wanted to take a shower and there was no hot water. There was a number of us talking about this in the parking lot that morning. The management claimed it was just in one room. I don't think so. I will never stay there again.

We were very disappointed with the whole experience No hot water in the shower, in the evening or early morning, the ice machine had no ice, the T.V. didn't work and there was a banging noise going on all night and couldn't park our car in front of our room. The pool was out of service. The garbage cans were over flowing and there was garbage laying on the sidewalk beside them, broken glass on the sidewalk and garbage sitting in the window sills, The room was clean but have seen better. There were strange people walking around all night. If you want anything like an ironing board or anything that is normally provided you had to pay extra for them. Totally unhappy with the stay.

Paid for a king and they said i only got a queen. They would not give me the correct room even when i showed them my reservation. Hotels.com was also no help. Also, this room is very old. The mattress was like a hammock. Never stay here.

We arrived at 8:15pm. The breakfast area, that closed at 9:30am was still dirty. The female staff that checked us in was ok but didn't I think she would have rather been anywhere else orher than work. Door that led outside of our room had gap. This is a motel so can get noisy right outside room.

The first room I was given stank, also the walkway outside of the room. They moved me three rooms away and that one smelled better but not perfect. I had to get on a chair then on the sink counter to change the AC. I don’t know why these places put the ac/heat units so high up without a remote. Really annoying!

The first room none of the electrical items worked. Items were unplugged and could not reach the plug-in. The second room I placed in had trash left in the room and the bed showed signs that someone had sat on it after the bed had been made up. There were dirty towels left on the bathroom counter. The room had no where to hang up clothing. There was no hot water for a good portion of 2 days due to some sort of break down that they said they weren't aware of....BULL! There was no room service to replace towels or replace coffee items used from when I checked in to when I left. I will never stay in a Super 8 Motel again!
