Breakfast was very simple, grab and go. Bed very comfortable. Older motel that has been remodeled. Very clean and quiet. Office lady not very friendly but did her job.

We needed a place to stay for one night in between Salt Lake City and Portland. This was a perfect little motel with free parking and breakfast. Check out isn't til noon so we had plenty of time to pack all our stuff and get back on the road. I also loved petting the official hotel greeter, fluffy.
Some of our towels had specks of something on them, but we just didn't use those ones.

It’s an old property so I would take that into account, but the shower was tiny, water pressure poor. There was yelling and commotion outside our door and in the parking lot from other customers that made me feel uncomfortable - this is no fault to the owners.

It was close to downtown Ontario. Easy to get to. Friendly staff.
First room we were assigned the bathroom was dirty and the heater wasn't working when we got there and it was cold outside!
The second room we were assigned said non smoking on door, but the smell of smoke was quite prevalent. As we had already moved and figured there weren't any other rooms, we stayed. The smell of smoke seemed to get worse and we think it was coming from next room, as the person staying there would be outside in his wheelchair smoking a lot. He probably smoked in his room and I think he was a permanent type of resident so the smoke smell permanated through from that consistent exposure.
Also, there was road noise, as this room was close too the main road.

We were made to feel welcome to their "home". The motel is older with a certain charm and a beautiful yard. The rooms were comfortable. I will stay here many more times in the future.

Quaint old school look, nice clean rooms, friendly staff.

The room had 3 chairs, a table and desk, two comfortable beds, and a good shower. The Wi-Fi worked well. The breakfast had fresh apples and oranges. The location was working distance to restaurants. The room price was very reasonable.
The complimentary breakfast was minimal and had to be taken back to your room. There were no fruit juices and few cereal options. There were granola bars and bottles of Sunny Delight.

Nice and clean we liked that it's one level. Being close to a main road it was quiet. We will stay there again.

friendly desk staff. I hate the be that guy, but I like to support local and this was an absolute disaster.
it was filthy and stunk so bad of cat urine. I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean myself to ensure I was staying on a clean area.

Staff was friendly.
They claimed our room was "two rooms with two double beds" but instead it was one room with two double beds!

The whole place was quaint and comfy. The manager and kitty that greeted me made my stay so much better. I never thought I’d purposely come to Ontario, Oregon but I will! When I do I will stay at the Ontario Inn and enjoy food, drinks and locals at Mackey’s Irish Pub!! Dude they’re amazing!!!
Everything was amazing. Do wish I could have taken the kitty to my room to cuddle and sleep.

Everything was great.
Ed. The room was very clean. For a pet friendly hotel I was afraid where would be a smell, but there WASNT. I am beyond impressed. It was very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and clean. I have back problems, but I slept like an angel. The air and heat thing was clean and worked perfect. Location was good. Near lots of places that we needed. The pet area outside was clean. There's a barber!!!

Very cozy, great value and friendly staff. I was very happy to arrive in the office greeted by affectionate cats that reminded me of my own. It was in very close proximity to tons of restaurants, fast food, Walmart, dispensaries, gas stations, you name it. I would recommend this place to anyone passing through looking for a comfortable place to stay without all the frills.
Everything was great.
