Very nice

People come here for the atmosphere and the crowd, not the quality of the rooms. They're ok, just passable. The grounds have been improved recently and are even more comfortable and inviting.

Booked here with my spouse as sort of a bucket-list thing without high expectations, but was pleasantly surprised. First off, the staff was very friendly, accommodating, and they really treat the guests with red carpet service. The room was very clean, remodeled, and comfortable. The property was safe and secure. The grounds had a true resort feel - well manicured, maintained, and beautiful. The crowd was definitely a mix of everything which made for amazing people watching. Guests were friendly and fun - no rifraff at all. I appreciated that we could relax in a quiet resort-vibe area in one side of the resort, but go to the other side for a different vibe. Also, having a bar and restaurant on-site was key for a true resort experience. Although we went for a one-time bucket list experience, we can't wait to go back.

This is my first time at this hotel but definitely won’t be my last. Check in was a breeze, the hotel itself is really nice, the room is big and clean, and the staff was super nice. I literally have no complaints.

Luv staying here. The staff is very friendly, and the owner is on top of it.
Nice, and relaxing, beautiful grass area, and pool. They have a restaurant there, places next door to dine at.

The CCBC staff did a good job keeping the grounds clean and manicured. I got the all over tan I wanted and had freedom of the place. A/C unit in the room was a new under the window type, but it was too loud to operate in the room at night. I hate those types anyway in any room but I managed.

The staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome right away. The staff was wonderful!
But parts of the facility are being remodeled, so not all of the onsite areas are open. I felt like we paid a bit too much money for a place that was not yet fully open.
But overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Will definitely be back, what a nice LGBTQ+ getaway!

The room was large and comfortable. It was a lot of fun even in a slow night.

Whilst not good value for money, I have to say, the staff are amazing.
The accomodation unfortunately is very expensive for what it is (dated and tired). For the huge price I would expect much better quality and quantity of toiletries and towels / bedding and modern facilities.

A fine facility which could be improved by extra porn channels on the TV and extra cool weather heating in the play areas.

Shower was a joke. Bed was not comfortable. I left a day early because I'd rather lose the money than sleep one more night in that bed.

I have been to CCBC several times and I always have a great stay. This time I got a renovated room. The best change is the bed. Clean white sheets. Super comfortable. Slept like a baby. The staff is great. They are quick and professional. They leave you alone but will help if needed. The hotel guests are older (avg. age ~50s) and I appreciated that probably more than the average man. Keep an open mind and you’ll have fun. Will be back for sure!

The play spaces need more heating during the winter and Runway needs more open hours.

Our room was clean and beautiful. However, there are remodeled rooms that are nicer. The room is large, the bed incredibly comfortable. The refrigerator was the perfect temperature. The step-in shower was huge, but the faucet turned the wrong way for hot and cold. The tv was wall mounted and the perfect height for viewing.
All the staff is professional and friendly. The landscapers were doing some work and did not clean off the walkways and room entrances adequately before leaving for the day. I borrowed a broom from a housekeeper to sweep our threshold.
This is our second visit. We will return. The amenities are wonderful with 2 hot tubs and a pool, clothing optional grounds and a welcoming atmosphere that allows you to set aside your inhibitions while you're visiting.

Lots of bugs crawling on the floor so u need to but the luggage on higher surfaces however the room does not have a luggage rack or even a couch to put luggage on . Also the closet have literally 2 hangers

The property is well maintained and had no issues.
There were no slings up during the stay which I am not sure why since all the other items were there for use.
Suggestion is to put up a chalkboard so guest could help provide info on what room they are in and what they are into or looking for.

Staff was very friendly and helpful in all areas they’re remodeling some minor parts so it was a little bit inconvenient but not much and there was a torrential downpour that the staff dealt with very efficiently

The prices for Runway restaurant were sky high and it closed way too early. The owners are doing a great job of updating and upkeeping the property. Housekeepers were great! Music around the pool was a bit loud, unable to have conversations. Movie channels not updated, same movies for 5 days in a row.
Happy with our stay though and will return.

The staff are very friendly and the resort offers exactly what it says it does. Very nice getaway from it all.

I was unable to arrive until late and wasn't able to spend much time there. CCBC is what it is.. and what it is is expensive! They prefer to maintain high prices and have the place empty rather than lower them and fill the place up which is what most guests would like to see. Empty parking lot equates to minimal fun.

What a beautiful getaway location. The common areas are inviting for daytime and night time fun! The room was a bit basic - would have been nice to even have a small coffee maker. The food at the Runway was really great with kind staff. The hours are limited and it was a bit inconvenient to keep going out of the property to get food and drinks.

Husband and I checked in for a week-long stay on a Tuesday evening. Were initially assigned a room that had clearly not been serviced after the last departure. Staff were apologetic and assigned us a clean room. We knew going in this would be a clothing optional, adult only resort, and were looking forward to some adult fun. However, we were hoping for something a little more resort-like and a little less like renting a room at a bath-house by the hour. Uncomfortable bed and a very stark room, with not even shampoo or conditioner for the shower. We abandoned our pre-paid room after two nights because we could not get comfortable and it was a significant distraction to enjoying our vacation even when we were away from the resort. Went significantly out of pocket for another room at a chain hotel for the rest of our stay. Only time we've ever done that. Buyer beware. Would love a refund for our unused nights.

The staff were professional and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Our room was spacious and well appointed. A coffee maker in the room would be a nice addition. The most surprising thing was the two Tesla destination chargers on site. I recommend promoting them as amenities on your webpage. Our four day stay far exceeded our expectations. We would stay again if it fit our plans.
